I had the highest hopes for this tea. The smell is horrible. I tried this one twice. I even had my husband try it. the orange is over powering. chocolate seem to be dark. I am a coffee drinker. pu erh was recommend because its so dark. I recommend the vanilla oolong.
It's like a fancy chocolate bar in a cup-- great alone or with a little sugar and very, very forgiving on the steep time.

I was a little concerned about this tea when I purchased it. Some reviews called it pungent, an acquired taste. What I found instead was an amazingly delightful, easy to drink tea. I am a fan of rich, bold, black tea -- straight, no milk. And while this tea is more delicate than that, it's utterly divine! Delicate and smooth, the sweet of the orange and cocoa nibs perfectly complementing the flavors of the tea. Strong flavor up front with a soft finish and no astringency. I think this one has become my new favorite.

This kinda of smells like one of those christmas oranges that you whack on the table and my GODS does it ever taste like it too. Definitely the strongest orange AND chocolate flavor I'v had in a tea before. Truly excellent.

I like the Chorange. I stepped way outside my comfort zone with this one. It took me about three times to learn to appreciate the fruity spice. Its a sharp, slightly bitter tea with delicate fruit tones.
My personal fave. Not too citrusy, has almost a orange creasicle taste, wrapped up in a very decadent milk chocolate.very silky, from first sip to last.
This combination of flavors works really well for pu erh.
I'm a fan of Adagio's pu erh, but the biggest drawback is that it's not as strong as I'd like. This is more evident with Chorange than other Adagio pu erh teas. I generally prefer very strong teas, and even if I increase the ratio of leaves to water, it's not as strongly flavored as I like.
The chocolate orange flavor is kinda subtle, but exactly as expected. Works well with milk.

Truly like drinking a chocolate orange. I drink mine with unsalted grass-fed butter and some stevia. Absolutely delicious. Takes the place of breakfast. Keeps me satisfied for hours.
Veery chocolaty and veery good. The multiple notes you taste are pretty strong and robust. In a way, its sort of hard to explain. But I know I will most definitely reorder it. ^_^
This tea is very beautiful right out of the bag, and it tastes great as well. Pu-erh by itself can be a bit overbearing, however, the orange and chocolate mellows it out well.

I have been trying a lot of teas lately just to figure out what my preferences are...this one I found to be just OK. I will drink what I have but am not likely to order more. Nothing wrong with it, just personal preference.
I enjoyed this tea. Pu-erh can be intense on its own and the chocolate orange rounded it out quite a bit.

Received a sample of this rich, enticing tea with the most alluring cocoa aroma. Great option in lieu of dessert. Sweetened it with a touch of organic stevia extract. Definitely will include this new FAVORITE in my next order.

I'm just beginning to get into the wonderful world of Pu-erh and this is a nice, mid-range option. The price isn't bad and I'm not sure of the aging but I like the lighter flavor it gives than other 1989 pu-erhs.
I am not a coffee drinker but when I smell and taste this tea, it seems like the closest thing I'll ever enjoy to a coffee (a highly flavored coffee that is). The flavor is very yummy and I don't tend to like orange with chocolate or other sweet flavors. If you are a fan of Pu Erh tea, or even if you're not, I recommend you at least try a sample. It's delicious!
I tried this on a whim as a sample. I like pu erh teas and had not had a blend before, so you have to understand my first cup was entirely new and frankly an almost off-putting surprise. The chocolate really hit me in the nose as something that just didn't 'go' with this. Fortunately, I did try it again because then I started to actually like the difference. I still think of it as a bit too chocolaty (maybe instead of the 'natural chocolate flavors' just the cocoa nibs would suffice), but it is certainly palatable and rather fun to drink. Rather like having dessert.
This tea and pu erh hazelberry are tied for my favorite pu erhs. Definitely a unique taste, but if you like chocolate oranges this is sure to make you happy!

This was a wildcard for me. I had never tried pu era before. My wife and I love it. It is probably our favorite flavored tea. It is addicting when made sweet with a little milk.
