I love this tea. My normal experience with pu erh is that it tastes really funky, but this one doesn t have that funkiness. The aromatics come through beautifully, too. Will definitely repurchase.

this is honestly such a fantastic flavored tea! The orange flavor is amazing but subtle so that it doesnt overpower the chocolate. the smell was also really great once steeped. Smeeled just like a chocolate orange candy, I added some cream and a bit of sweetener and this tea was decadent! The chocolate flavor was very natural.

Orange and chocolate is definitely there mainly chocolate it’s almost like a dark chocolate bar with orange. Very tasty with milk.

★★★★★

this has a nice orange flavor with a subtle chocolate flavor in the background.

★★☆☆☆

People in the Adagio Tea group swore by this, as i love orange, but no matter how I make it, I just cannot love this. I can't quite say why.

Works great paired with a stronger Pu-erh. It is a little too light to drink on it s own, but if you have another black tea or darker pu-erh it really gives a delightful zing to your cup.

★★★★☆

The orange part of the 'Chorange' is difficult to pick out, but the chocolate flavor blends very well with the Pu-Erh tea. A coworker of mine who drinks a lot of coffee compared the flavors to a nice dark roast coffee.

This has the same chocolate liquor flavor as the chocolate chip, kind of a kalua flavor with subtle orange and a bit of floral like the hazelberry pu ehr. This might be spectacular to someone else but it’s not what I am looking for. Nice to try, I love that Adagio has sample sizes!

Description is on dot! To make it spicy, i add a bit of pepper flakes & cinnamon. Then on other occasions, I'll mix it w/ decaf ceylon &/or assam. Also, blends well w/ honeybush herbal tea. It's ALL good!

I love Pu-Erh Chorange. It is a great chocolate orange tea with just a hint of background funk from the Pu-Erh. Just enough funk to add interest.

Love the combination of chocolate and orange! The fact that it's pu erh is even better

★★★★★

I absolutely love this blend! Such a great flavor combo.

Pleasant, though I don't really taste chocolate, just orange. I was hoping for more of a balance. Still, I can't not enjoy a pu-erh, though Pu-Erh Spice still has the edge for me.

★★★★★

Very smooth and mild. It has a flavor that develops nicely as it is drunk.

Tastes like oranges, smells really good. I think that it might be really good iced.

Winter time makes me crave Pu-Erh Chorange tea from Adagio. It is a black tea with natural chocolate and orange flavors. It’s a strong earthy taste. Not for everyone.

★★★★★

I absolutely love Adagio's pu-erh teas. The Chorange flavor is one of my favorites - it has a pronounced, but not overly strong, aroma and flavor of one of the chocolate oranges you might eat at Christmas. (I almost always have a bag around in December.) Vanilla soy creamer makes it unbelievably creamy and delicious - worth getting out of bed for even on a cold morning! I also find that it's impossible to oversteep: I put some in one of Adagio's teabags, pop it in my travel mug and take it to work, and I don't have to worry about it getting bitter during my commute. Clearly I'm a fan - if you like the flavors of chocolate and orange together, I highly recommend this tea!

★★★★★

This tea is great if you hate coffee (like myself) but need a caffeine pick-me-up in the morning! I drink a cup of this tea every single day! If you love chocolate and love orange (almost like those Terry Orange Chocolate candies), you will LOVE this tea!

★★★★★

This is one of my all-time favorite teas. I first sampled this tea during a class that Adagio was hosting and Pu-Erh is now a staple! It does have an acquired taste. The cacao nibs and orange are such a delight! Try it with creamer!

★★★★★

Well done. A pleasant blend of Pu Erh, chocolate, & orange. A welcome addition to our tea family.

★★★★★

Ugh, so delicious. I have never tasted anything like it. A little candied citrus, a little spice - with a toasted sugar sweetness, all built on the earthy foundations of pu-erh. If you are tired of chai, you may just love this instead.

★★★☆☆

Didn't finish the sample. It's all right, but it quickly became clear this one wasn't my thing.

★★★★☆

I like this tea. It has a different mouth feel than my preferred black tea. I especially enjoy it at the end of a long work day. It is smooth and pleasantly sweet.

★★★★☆

I enjoy this one-- not huge chocolate flavor, but the citrus comes through. I love that I can steep it while getting ready for work, forget about it until it s time to leave, and not be left with a sad, bitter cup of no-longer-drinkable liquid! Utterly convenient.

★★★☆☆

This is an interesting combination of flavors. The chocolate is subtle and consumed by the Pu-erh. The orange is reasonably strong. The taste is just a little weird. It's fine, but I don't think I'll order this again (for reference, I'm a HUGE earl grey fan, but also like darjeeling, etc.)

★★★★☆

Took a few pots to 'warm up' to this blend (haha,) but I can now see it becoming a regular on my tea shelf. You need about 1-1.5 tsp of sweetener per mug for the orange notes to come forward; and when they do, they complement the deep cocoa and natural earthiness of the pu-erh very nicely. It's shockingly low acidity makes for a smooth and comforting blend, 10/10 highly recommend paired with a butter croissant.

I mix this in the morning with my absolute fave Mocha Nut Mate. It totally rounds it out and give it a really nice extra flavor. I brew them both longer than recommended to about 7 mins as I like it rich. It is my everyday morning tea.

★★★★★

Very nice. The chocolate smell and taste really come out in this tea. The orange not so much. It has sweet notes and an earthiness to it. Adding cream and some sugar I feel like I am eating an exotic confectionary. If you are new to Pu-Erh I would recommend this tea.

★★★★★

The chocolate comes through much more than the orange in this, but it works with the warm nutty flavor of the Pu-Erh itself.

The Chorange flavor is strong and unique and Pu-Erh is my absolute favorite morning cup. The Pu-Erh Hazelberry is still my favorite however.

★★★★★

This is my favorite Pu-Erh. Smooth and lightly flavored.

★★★★★

This is the most amazing smelling and tasting tea. I would put it on par with my favorite Adagio tea, Hazelnut.

★★★★★

This is my go to when I am craving an orange chocolate bar!

reminded me of chocolate/orange mix. It would be a good choice instead of getting both separate and mixing them

★★★★★

This is a good tea, and I enjoyed the bag, but have found out I dont like pu-erh enough to repurchase.

★★★★★

I like the additional flavors in this variety of Pu-erh. Just a bit earthier than I'm used to.

★★★★★

The first time I had this tea (a few years ago), I didn't care for it. After I developed a better 'taste' for what tea tastes like, I found that I really liked the complex chocolatey orange flavor! Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys the combination of chocolate and orange.

★★★★☆

I'm not a huge fan of chocolate teas, but this one was pretty good.

★★★★★

Easily one of my favorite teas I've tried. The fermentation of the Pu-Erh gives the tea a nice bold, smooth, earthy feel, while the blend of chocolate and orange make for a taste that nobody can pass up. Fantastic!

★★★★★

Today my first box of samples came. This was the first one I opened. I don't even know where to start, aroma: wow! How wonderful! Flavor: Mmm Mmm GOOD.
This tea held up to its ingredients. I could taste the orange and chocolate notes. I tasted more chocolate than orange but I didn't scoop from the bottom or mix the dry ingredients up any, so the next cup may have more of an orange note. Either way I will definitely be ordering more very soon. I truly enjoyed!
Update: after mixing up the dry ingredients, I now have a better orange flavor mixing with the chocolate flavor. Excellent!

It's like drinking a hug. It's deep, complex, warm and makes the day seem better.

★★★★★

I enjoyed this quite a bit. It’s summer here so I am favoring floral teas that I can pour over water. This has a slight floral and was a nice light tea.

★★★★☆

This is an interesting tasting tea, Tastes like you'd think orangey chocolate

★★★★★

This tea has a nice chocolate flavor. Not too strong of a flavor, though. Rich color.

This is a smooth, tasty tea that is perfect any time of day.

★★★★★

THIS IS AMAZING. Chorange was my first time trying Pu-Erh tea; it was quite a success. I add only a spoonful of sugar -- usually I add milk and sugar to my tea -- and the taste is perfectly balanced. The chocolate and orange flavors play together perfectly, much like an expensive dessert. I highly recommend this tea.

This is one of my favorite teas by Adagio! Mixed with Thai Chai and it is sublime!

★★★★☆

I generally prefer green tea, so while I was ok with this tea I admit it's not one I plan to rebuy.

★★★★★

I love this pu-Ehr as a treat, for something completely different from my other teas!

★★★★★

This tea was amazing. I loved the balanced full palette.
