This is the first tea I've ever had from Adagio, and it is by far my favorite! It is a great start to the morning. I can't wait to sip this on my porch on a brisk fall morning. It is a very comforting tea, and it smells amazing!

This is such a gentle tea. The chocolate-orange flavor is subtle and really delightful. It doesn't overwhelm the taste of the tea itself, which a lot of combinations do.

Creamy and smooth, perfect to start the day - I love puerh

★★★★★

This taste just like the Christmas chocolate oranges. The smell is like when breaking one of the chocolate oranges open.

The earthy taste really came through more then I would like. I did taste some notes of orange and chocolate but not as much as i would have liked.

Good dessert tea - love the robust flavor of the chocolate and orange together. But the smell though...not great...

Strong, pungent, earthy with a citrus hint. Tried it hot with a bit of honey.

I love this tea. It is, indeed, like drinking a chocolate orange in a cup. It is also extremely forgiving -- I got distracted this morning and the infuser was in the cup for at least 10 minutes yet there was still no astringency and the tea was eminently drinkable.

I really enjoyed this tea. The scent once brewed is an earthy-chocolate, but the taste favors orange cast on a background of earthiness. It is definitely reminiscent of a chocolate orange.
I have found that Pu-erh is much more subtle than black tea, so I need much less honey to achieve the same effect that I would get with a black tea. And, personally, I think I would opt for sugar in lui of honey with this tea, but it is just as delicious unsweetened.

Very smooth pu-erh tea with a nice orange flavor. Definately need more.

★★★★★

I love Chorange! It’s perfectly chocolatey and satisfying. It’s one of my frequent flyers.

★★★★★

This has become one of my absolute favorites! It's also a deliciously masked introduction to Pu-Erh for any who might be a bit scared.

This was my first pu-erh and I always come back for more! It's absolutely one of my favorite teas ever. Do highly recommend.

★★★★★

I drink this tea every single day. It is amazing! The boldness of Pu-Erh works so well with the sweet orange with creamy coco notes. I can't recommend it enough!

OMG! I have been looking for this tea forever. David’s Tea used to carry chocolate orange tea but they discontinued it. I have been looking for alternatives for almost a year. It’s amazing! Remember the chocolate/orange balls that you hit on the counter and they split into orange wedges...?? This tastes just like it. Sooooo Gooood!

Very smooth! Just a bit lacking on the chocolate side.

I very much appreciate he earthiness of pu-erh tea. This one has the aroma of a chocolate orange stick---the candy jelly kind. Delicious. The taste is a little off, though. I drink it with a splash of half n half and sugar, so it's really decadent, but there is some odd chemical note in the back of my tongue that keeps me from buying this one a 2nd time.

★★★★★

This is my first Pu-Erh ever, and it might be the only one I ever buy - I loved it! So smooth and rich, the chocolate and orange notes were perfect, never overwhelming. After several tries of it, I finally realized what was so comforting about it, to me it smells and tastes similar to a tootsie roll! Such a treat!

★★★★★

My favorite tea from here so far. Tastes so good with a little milk and sugar

★★★★★

This is not a strong tea but has a good chocolate and orange flavor. It was light and flavorful and is yummy as a latte.

★★★★★

Can definitely taste the chocolate and orange! Loved it!!

Smells like a chocolate orange but the taste is very subtle. Delicious with honey.

This is a really awesome tasting tea with the chocolate and orange flavors and smells adding to the pu-erh.

My wife and I both loved this tea. Chocolaty with a hint of orange and the smoothness of the pu-erh.

I keep trying to find a way to enjoy pu-erh tea, and this gets very close to enjoyable for me! This should be an absolute treat for people that enjoy Pu-erh tea.

UPDATE: Since writing this review, I have learned that pu-erh teas are supposed to get a 30-second rinse in a small amount of boiling water to clear off any lingering micro-organisms that could give the brew an off flavor. Despite being a blend and not a straight pu-erh, the chorange does in fact benefit greatly from an initial rinse and discard prior to steeping. I can now recommend it without reservations!

This is another one of those teas where I don't quite know what to make of it. I've never had pu-erh before, but I read some other reviews describing it as horsey and boy, do I know exactly what they mean now. (I would say earthy, because I'm nice.) Weirdly, it works with the chocolate orange flavor and it's actually great! If you're interested in broadening your horizons, I would say this is a great 'training wheels' blend for getting into pu-erh.

I have become obsessed with Pu-erh tea (that book, you know?). I like a little flavor and this orange/chocolate addition fits the bill!

Pretty good. When I opened the bag, it smelled like the chocolate oranges I used to get at Christmas, with a whiff of damp wood. So I was expecting the pu ehr to come through a bit more. It's pleasant enough, but not a favorite.

I love drinking this tea with ice during my morning walks in the warm weather. Delicious.

★★★☆☆

As other reviewers have stated, this is a Tootsie Pop in tea form! Smells delightful but the taste is too mild... very light on flavor. I would most definitely drink again. This is my first experience with Pu-Erh and it gave me the pep in my step that I needed. I look forward to trying other Pu-Erh s and hopefully, I ll find my match.

★★★★★

One of my favorite teas! The unique flavor is great with my dinner.

★★★★★

Delicious and smells wonderful. The taste of chocolate and orange is less intense than the smell, but it tastes great. A favorite for after dinner.

Usuaully i dislike orange in tea. But I like to try anything at least once. it was much stronger on the chocolate side and had a great combination with the orange. While the tea was still smooth.

This is my new guilty pleasure, chocolaty and orange-y

★★★★★

This blend is the perfect mix of orange and chocolate, without being too citrus-y. It's smooth and pleasant, especially on a cool day.

★★★★★

I love a pu-erh tea and the chorange is my favorite. Chocolate and orange are absolutely perfect.

★★★★★

This tea was reminiscent of the terry s chocolate orange - something I remember cherishing as a child. I was hoping to find a tea to replace cravings for dessert after dinner - and this was a family favorite to sip on while watching a movie! (also kept everyone awake)
I have yet to try it iced, but I have high hopes!

★★★★★

This is the perfect combination of chocolate and orange - it is delightful. I’ve taken to drinking it daily as my afternoon pick-me up. It’s like enjoying a dessert while gaining some energy all at once.

My new favorite tea!

★★★★★

It smells way more like chocolate orange than it tastes, but it is delicious nonetheless. Tasty tasty!

★★★☆☆

The overwhelming aroma from the bag is orange, but the chocolate notes are much stronger once it's been brewed. Which is a bit of a shame; the chocolate doesn't play particularly nicely with the earthiness of the pu-erh. Sugar helps, but this is never going to be one of my favorites.

Nice earthy tea with a strong orange flavor. Overall very balanced.

★★★★★

As expected with Pu-Erh tea, the soothing earthy base of this tea is both delicious and soul-refreshing . The notes of orange and chocolate are luscious. My favorite.

★★★★★

I love this tea! It was sample included in my last order. It tastes like one of those Chocolate Oranges we get at Christmas. Yum!
