This reminds me almost of a Lapsang Souchong variety. Tasty-woody-smoky-sweet tea that would go well with food.
Oolong from the WuYi Mountains in Fujian, China. Savory aroma, roasted vegetables. Faint pit-fruit notes. The honey-floral flavor and nutty, with white sesame, sweetened burdock root (fans of Japanese sweets, anyone?) or barley is satisfying and hearty.

Rich color, fabulous flavor!
Subtle, smoky, mysterious, like the Orient herself.
Awesome woody/earthy aroma and flavor. Great body and mouthfeel. My favorite tea so far.
A little stronger than the Oolong I was used to but still a good tea.
Different infusion times & repeat infusions of the tea leaves has resulted in a relatively wide range of teas. Overall a good tea. Have yet to figure out my personal best cup (infusion time & which infusion)
