Ooooh Darjeeling Customer Reviews

Very rare oolong from Singbulli Estate, Darjeeling, India. Muscat grape and apricot pit aroma (also the mark of fine Darjeeling black teas). Dried fruit flavor, lingering floral notes. A lesson in 'terroir': the place where the tea is grown.

I wasn't too impressed with this tea, but it was ok. I thoght it was a little noxoius smelling. The darjeling frangrance was over powering. This really isn't much like an oolong.

★★★★★

Love love love... love oolong, love Darjeeling, and this is one of my absolute favorites. Can't wait for it to come back into stock.

Can't remember this one. Probably because I drank it too fast. Good sign. :-)

★★★★★

Smooth and delicious oolong. Flavor is refreshing and slightly reminiscent of bergamot.

★★★★★

A nice smooth, well rounded tea. I will be buying more of this.

★★★★★

Great Oolong tea. Good or better then many of the Chinese varieties.

★★★★☆

As the name would suggest this is a cross between a darjeeling and a higher oxidized Oolong.

★★★★★

An extremely good oolong tea, highly reccommended.

★★★★☆

A sutble change in perspective on a variety refered to as the 'Champaign of Tea's'. Excellent companion to anything you would choose to partner with tea.

★★★★★

This is a great oolong. It's fairly light and works great when you mix with flavor teas.

★★★★☆

Good, light Darjeeling. The flavor is more subtle than the Darjeeling #22.

★★★★★

increadible tea, Smooth satisfying flavor, very enjoyable

★★★★☆

This was a nice tea. I prefer Oolong #40, but this one was good.

★★☆☆☆

Don't know what to say, it's just not very good, greately pales in comparison to almost anything I have tried at adagio.

★★★★★

I love the darjeeling teas. I've tried to order more of this but it's been out of stock. It gives off an almost lemony aroma and flavor.

★★★★★

Truly an enjoyable oolong tea. It will certainly impress those who appreciate fine oolongs

★★★★★

This tea has a rich earthy flavor and is my favorite tea from Adagio.

★★★★★

My favorite oolong so far, I think it has a lighter more sweeter taste compared to some other deeper oolongs

★★★☆☆

not the best oolong, sort of just ok, wouldn't buy again

★★★★☆

Very nice black tea. Not too bitter but a very pleasant flavor

★★★★★

Probably my favorite Oolong. Very refreshing, yet relaxing at the same time; try the sampler!

★★★★★

I absolutely love this one. Very smooth and mellow. Will buy again.

★★★★☆

Nice oolong tea to relax to after a long hard day at the office.

★★★★★

One of my all time favorites! I am ordering some more right now.

★★★☆☆

This was one of my first oolongs, and I found the taste to be way too bland. Maybe the leaves aren't very strong, and I need to start putting in more. But this almost tastes like water.

★★★★☆

Very nice flavor, nice, mellow and smooth first flush tea.

★★★☆☆

I was underwhelmed by this one. I found the flavor to be very weak and soapy-tasting. I much prefer the other oolong offerings from Adagio.

★★★★★

This is perhaps my favorite tea. It has a wonderful taste that is perfectly balanced.

★★★★☆

A solid darjeeling that is flavorful and not bitter

★★★★★

Everything and more in what I look for in a quality oolong.

★★★★☆

Not my favorite oolong but above average. Don't get as many infusions as with other oolongs.

★★★★★

Absolutely delicious! This is probably my favorite tea of all the Adagio teas I've tried.

★★★★☆

I'm not that familiar with darjeeling, but this was a very enjoyable tea.

★★★☆☆

This made a very nice cup of tea. I will definitely buy more.

★★★★☆

I'm not much of an oolong drinker, but this wasn't bad. Has a 'sunshine' taste to it, if that is a good word to describe it.

★★★★★

Wow expensive. Totaly worth it though. I can hardly wait until I can afford my refill!

★★★★★

A nice, fruity darjeeling. Undertones of an almost peachy flavor.

★★★★★

This is my everyday tea. It took a bit of experimenting with amount of leaves and brew time, but it finally worked out to be a lightly sweet tea.

★★★★★

This one surprised me, smooth and refreshing. Large leaves, fun to watch them uncurl.

★★☆☆☆

Not quite what I expected it as a true oolong tea. It defineitly has an Indian tea flavor.

★★★★★

This is my favorite tea that I've ordered so far...very mild, but still delicious.

★★★★★

This tea is really fabulous!! I highly recommend it--suprisingly it is a perfect blend of the two flavors.

★★★★★

MMMM this is my favorite oolong and it sure does produce oohs and ahhs

★★★★★

Another favorite. To me this one tastes like a fuller/smoother version of Darjeeling #2.

★★★★★

This was my favorite oohlong out of the 5 I tried. I will be reordering. Delicate but not too much so. Not hard to get right either.

★★★★★

What a wonderful combo! Sweet and mellow. Will definitely reorder.

★★★★★

A wonderful twist on enjoying an oolong... or a darjeeling, depending on how you look at it. A darker oolong, it brews up like a mild black tea but with those nice oolong floral overtones.

★★★★★

This was comparible to the spring darjeeling in quality, but a bit lighter in flavor. It's a very nice afternoon tea.
