This is probably the most delicious tea I've ever had! Light and tasty and gorgeous, it's a real treat. It's rather sturdy, too, and quite forgiving of a less than perfect steep. Try it, you won't be disappointed. (And if you are, just send whatever you haven't had to me.)

This is a delicious oolong. It's pricey but very good and worth it for an occasional special cup of tea. I bought a Yixing teapot just for brewing this tea. This is my favorite of all the teas sold here.

Nice mellow oolong! It is very smooth, without much bitter. Slight bit of honey and mild earthy flavor. It seems to take multiple steepings quite well. Although it is very good, it will probably only be reordered on an 'if the mood strikes' basis, instead of being a regular. I could see it as someone's desired regular though!

This is love in a cup. A deep real love - not the gushy puppy love stuff. It's woodsy but refined. A delightful thing to behold.

As a fan of both oolongs and darjeelings, I have to say this is both my least favorite oolong and least favorite darjeeling. That said, it produced a hearty enough flavor to keep me sipping, and stood up very well to multiple infusions, but there was little character or personality. Overall, it just isn't my cup of tea.

I'm really enjoying this tea. It has a lot of the flavor of traditional Darjeeling, but it seems lighter and perfect for the hot summer down here in Florida, where it's not always easy to drink hot tea on a hot day!

This is the best tea ever, oh my goodness. Perfectly smooth, flavorful, great with a dash of milk and sugar. mmmm...
★★★★★
Weirdly enough, this tea vividly reminded me of the tea I drank growing up: Lipton brand. Black tea doesn't do that at all for me. So...I like it? It's familiar and comfortable.
★★★★★
This is a great oolong with the same flavor range as its black counterpart but more delicate, perfumed, and pleasant. Tastes great slightly sweetened with honey.

I have been disappointed with this tea. It requires a lot of leaf and still hasn't produced a lot of flavor for me. I am not sure what I am doing wrong and will keep experimenting with brewing technique. I like oolongs and I like darjeelings, but I don't quite get this tea.

I kept tasting it and kept tasting it and couldn't really come up with exactly how I felt about it. I think what I'm left with is that it IS a pretty good cup of tea, but it's not a MEMORABLE cup of tea. While I did like it, I wouldn't miss it if I didn't have it again. So, I think my review hovers between 'ok' and 'good', but, to be fair, my experience with oolong tea is limited.

Steeped 0.5 gram through a four cup drip Mr Coffee Maker and greatly enjoyed this as a hot tea for breakfast and using same leaves I again enjoy a brew at lunch time. A good tasting iced tea. I have placed this on auto delivery.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this tea but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. This tea is not much like a traditional darjeeling nor is it very much like your average oolong. It's better than both. The scent and the first taste both have understatedly pleasant floral notes. The body holds up to both honey and sugar to sweeten it but also tastes fabulous unsweetened. The finish is light and ever-so-slightly earthy.
★★★★★
This is such a smooth and lovely tea. I was a bit hesitant as my prior experiences with anything named 'darjeeling' were black teas that I was not fond of but I'm glad I gave it a go! This will definitely be on my list of teas to replenish!

Similar to the Ceylon Sonata I felt that this tea was a bit weak when the recommended amount is put in. Looks beautiful, and smells great, but needs a stronger taste. Doesn't appear to mix well with honey, but maybe I used too much.
★★★☆☆
The dried fruit notes in this are great. I'd like a fuller cup and might try more tea in the brewing.

I'm very picky with my oolong teas, and don't like to drink them on a regular basis. Typical oolongs have their own flavor, and are usually too strong for me. But this oolong was hands down, the best one I've had yet. The oolong flavor is mild, and the tea is lightly sweet and citrusy, like a darjeeling. Love it!

This is my first experience with darjeeling and I can understand why the type is popular. Without adding any sugar it was a very smooth-drinking tea without bitterness. There was almost a fruity taste but it wasn't overwhelming. This could easily be an everyday tea.

Much lighter than any oolong tea I've ever had it reminded me of whit tea a bit. The flavor was slightly earthy and pleasantly sweet, extremely refreshing and easy to drink. Overall a great tea for any time of day. I HIGHLY recommend trying this tea, especially if you are new to oolong or darjeeling for that matter!

I could not ask for a better tea than an oolong from the darjeeling province. *sigh* It is like liquid gold... the perfect tea.

my favourite darjeeling thus far! floral, delicious, and amazing on the 2nd and 3rd infusions.

Okay so I steeped it for WAY too long. (I forgot about it and went to the store to pick up milk, that's how long it steeped for.) But that's actually okay! It gave me the opportunity to really taste the different notes in the tea and it was quite enjoyable. I love it with a little honey to mellow it out and bring out the grape undertones. I can't wait to try it with the correct steeping time! The aftertaste is a little meaty though, but I'm putting that off to steeping for muuuuch too long.
★★★★★
This is a great one! Very light, almost fruity, in a weird way, with a hint of ... I don't know what amber tastes like, but it tastes like that.
★★★★★
This tea has the grapey-floral Darjeeling aroma, but it's more subtle than a black with additional peachy notes. The flavor is grapey-apricottish and sweet-tangy, with excellent background floralness that indeed lingers on the tongue. In the second infusion the floralness is more present. It's smooth and not especially astringent, thus easier to drink than black Darjeeling. An extraordinarily delightful tea.

I think I found my new favorite oolong AND darjeeling all in one! Smooth, light flavor. Just don't let it oversteep or it gets a little bitter.
★★★★★
Just tried this for the first time but easily made it into the top one or two of my favorite teas. Highly recommend!
★★★★☆
I bought a sample of this on a whim because I love oolongs, especially darker varieties. This one tastes a lot like black tea, but richer and much less astringent. Smooth and earthy/fruity with a nice lingering aftertaste. The aroma reminds me of Oriental Beauty. Personally I'm not a great fan of black tea, so this isn't quite my cup, but it's an interesting experience and very much worth a try if you're a fan of black teas and earthy flavors.

Really good! I think I got a Ooooh Darjeeling tea in one of my samplers that I ordered before, but who cares when the tea is as good as this one?
★★★★☆
Hmmm, an oolong from India? Not bad. WIsh the sampler was bigger!
★★★★☆
Quite pleasant, but nothing particularly special. Maybe I'm just not refined enough to appreciate its fanciness, though. I'll stick with the almond oolong.
★★★★☆
I didn't have a clue what Darjeeling tasted like until I ordered a sample of this tea. Now I absolutely love it! The first brew was pretty strong but the second time was perfect.
★★★★★
Deliciously complex and mellow flavor. I think this may be my favorite black tea.

At first I didn't care much for this tea. probably because I'm somewhat new to loose-tea and more accustomed to greener oolongs. However, after a few brews I've really started to enjoy it! I think it could be optimized flavor-wise if you brew it perfectly according to instructions but I pretty much just use water at the temperature it comes out of the office coffee maker or water cooler. I get about 3 infusions out of every serving, and each infusion brings out a slightly different flavor. I would probably consider buying again but will likely give something else a go first.
★★★★★
Not as sweet as other oolongs, but still wonderful. It has a wonderful aroma when brewed, and the lightness mixed with the sharp hint of a darker tea is something that I am very much enjoying. Will probably buy again.

More of a black tea than oolong I think, and more interesting an irish breakfast, etc.

This was the first tea from Adagio that I wasn't completely happy with - it was just OK. I would like to think that it's just my inexperience with oolong teas, and will plan to revisit once the training wheels come off.

I am a newcomer to oolong tea, and this one just wasn't for me. Not that the tea was bad, but, it didn't suit my taste.
★★★★☆
dried fruit flavor almost. strong but not too overpowering. worth the money!
★★★☆☆
Package recommends 2 tsp per serving, but I think you could go with a lot less and get a better-tasting, less-intense flavor. I'll have to experiment to get the best result.
★★☆☆☆
Flavorless? Perhaps it was old. or maybe a cheap trick. In any case, this could hardly have been said to be tea.
★★★★★
Nice strong flavored oolong. Smells like fruit and flowers. A tea to have as a luxurious treat.

I rather enjoy this tea. This was my first venture into oolong, and I am satisfied. It has a very nice fruity/floral taste to it. It seems quite sweet to my palate as well, especially when iced. I am satisfied with my purchase and will probably order again.
★★★★☆
This tea is delicious. It reminds me of a lighter Earl Grey with a little extra twist. Definitely a must try tea!
★★★★★
I expected I'd like this, as I'm very fond of darjeeling and oolong teas, and it's definitely lived up to my expectations. Mellow and light, earthy and fruity, and really comforting - I love it with lashings of milk and sugar.

I like this quite a bit. An interesting and unique tea.

Darjeeling is my favourite tea, and I adore this more than anything. Whenever I have a long day at work, settling down with a cup of darjeeling is the best. This one is fantastic, even if I let it sit and steep for too long!
