This was a pretty good tea. I was worried it might be overly bitter or sour but it wasn’t. In fact, maybe the grapefruit flavor was a little too weak but I’ll experiment with steeping times and see how that affects the flavor. I’d recommend adding at least a little flavor to dull the harsher flavors and bring out the actual grapefruit flavor more

I would like this to be a little stronger but it is good. Friend enjoys this one as well. I used 2 tsp for a larger mug and it is wonderful! This is the way it is supposed to me. Think the first time was user error! :)
Love this tea! Great burst of grapefruit citrus with to complement the rich oolong. A little pricier than I like; so it's not my everyday tea. But I give it to myself as a treat.

I'm new to tea, and have been ordering samples from adagio to hone my palate. This was my favorite I've had yet. Tart and truly grapefruity.
The fragrance on this one is a knockout! I loved the strong grapefruit scent. The flavor is more subtle, but nicely citrusy and refreshing. I had mine hot and iced and prefer it iced, but it doesn’t need sugar to shine.

I hate fresh grapefruit, it just tastes abrasive to me, but this tea is amazing. I really wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I do. It’s now a staple in my pantry. If you’re curious I recommend you try it.

If you’re not a fan of grapefruit you’ll probably want to avoid this one.
I don’t normally steep oolongs this long or at this high of a temperature but it does fine. Might try at a lower temp and see what impact that has.

Unbelievable taste, I mix this with Cranberry for a special flavor. It is easy to make perfect tea when you have velociTEA.
I love both oolong and grapefruit so this tea was almost a no brainer for me. The flavor it good and enjoyable, however I feel it could be better still.

Really smooth with a nice citrus sweetness aftertaste
Very nice, bright, and clean grapefruit aromas were noted right out of the bag. The amount of grapefruit tastes were not overpowering with the orange making a nice touch. The Oolong was creamy smooth mouthfeel with nutty flavors. At finish, the marigold added floral notes to top things off. No strong or bitter aftertastes were noted, thus making oolong a better choice over a black tea. This a very pleasant and drinkable tea from start to finish. Added 1/4 tsp sugar.
I love the Grapefruit Oolong tea. I have loved the Adagio Grapefruit Black tea for years but I think that I might like this even better! It seems to be a bit smoother, less bitterness, not that the other is bitter, it is also great.
Grapefruit is my favorite fruit, so I was excited about trying this tea. The tea has the flavor of a bitter red grapefruit. I don't think I would order it again, but if someone offered me a cup, I would drink it.

This was ok. Drinking it iced mellowed morning it the grapefruit flavor, I was a little concerned by the strength of the grapefruit smell when I made it.
This one is fantastic! I am not normally a fan of grapefruit and was sure this would be bitter as a black tea. BUT I was so pleasantly surprised! The grapefruit is prominent but not artificial or bitter tasting. I gave my sister (a grapefruit lover) a cup, as well, and she immediately asked me where I got this delicious tea from! We both drank it hot but agree it would probably be incredible as an iced tea, too!

Delightful grapefruit flavor with a wonderful oolong base; don’t let the grapefruit blend scare you away! I don’t like grapefruit juice AT ALL, but I really enjoyed this cuppa!
The grapefruit flavor was too strong and made for a bitter brew.

I really enjoyed the grapefruit flavor, but I'm not a huge fan of oolong. The smell and flavor of grapefruit was definitely noticable in this tea.
It's good for what it is, but the grapefruit smells a lot stronger than it tastes. Every time I try one of their grapefruit teas I find myself wishing they had a ruby red grapefruit herbal.

I love citrus tea! Great flavor hot or iced. Smelled so good right out of the bag. That grapefruit tang works with the oolong. Sampled as part of the CommuniTEA (August box)
