Golden Flower has become my favorite oolong tea for its beauty, sweetness, and floral aroma. A very unique flavor, as other have said, but mild if not over-steeped.

Incredible tea. The floral, almost rosy notes blend well with the greener-tasting base. Love this in the afternoon.

I want to love this tea, but I fear it just isn't my thing. It has a pleasant floral aroma, but nothing about it compels me. I think the problem is me, because my daughter, who is more of a green tea drinker, really likes it.

I loved this! Light, sweet, sort of floral flavor and scent.

My family and I have been looking for an authentic tasting oolong tea, and finally we have found the one. The flavor is phenomenal and smooth.

I got this tea for the oolong part of my tea cabinet. It's a delightful Goldilocks--not too flowery, not too nondescript as some oolongs seem to me. It's just right for any time of day.

I don t have the refined palate than many tea enthusiasts do, but what I do have is a penchant for this tea. There s a subtle sweetness to it that is floral and fruity, but entirely delicious.

This is my favorite tea on this site. I can really taste the honeysuckle they talk about. Absolutely delightful light and bright cup of tea. Delicious iced or hot. Second steeping works well too for hot.

Tastes kind of like green tea but with more earthy flavor instead grassy, good if you want to try something different

I love this tea so much! The flavor is very subtle and soothing and the tea itself is very smooth. You can tell that this is a high-quality tea because the leaves are large and almost whole when unfurled. This is something that should be considered though, because a small infuser may not allow enough room for the leaves to fully expand. It’s also nice that this tea can be re-steeped multiple times without losing too much flavor!

This is my daily drink at work price point oolong. It's wonderful and green without being too grassy ( I love grassy, but know others don't).

I quite enjoyed this fresh, yet earthy, oolong. It’s a great addition to my collection of “plain” oolong teas.

I found this one good but slightly boring. It's probably just me. There's nothing wrong with it and I'll drink what I have, but it's expensive for something I don't see myself craving that second cup.

Exactly the oolong I've been looking for! A lovely crisp flavor that is perfect for any fan of oolong.

Wow, this is a fantastic tea at a GREAT price. Subtly sweet, light and smooth, no astringency. Of all the other Adagio Oolongs I ve tried, only Ali Shan is better to my tongue, and it is waaaay more expensive. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up.

This tea has tempted me more than once. Finally, based on reviews and a fondness for oolong tea, I bought a 1lb bag. That was a very good decision. This is an excellent, excellent, excellent green oolong. It has a natural but not overwhelming sweetness to it. I definitely get the creamy aftertaste. It is truly addictive. Take a sip, enjoy the oolong sweetness with a hint of green flavor and, then, wait for the creamy finish. It is a delight. You should really try this if you like green oolongs. It is truly worth more than it costs. Don't tell Adagio I said that, though.

It’s soft but layered. Tastes strongly of sweet floral notes, yet there is a light creamy after taste.

Wasn't as crazy about this one. Taste was so delicate, I could barely taste anything at all. Will try again with longer brewing time. To see if that helps. Update- with new kettle proper temps and brew time this tea is amazing!!

Really good flavors across multiple infusions, similar to a green tea like some other oolongs

Flavor and quality interchangeable with Jade Oolong. Approaching green tea characters. Slightly floral, very slightly astringent and malty. Good for all-day, every day drinking! Can infuse up to 4 times.

Oh my dear lord have mercy, this tea is amazing. It smells amazing - like honeysuckle - and it tastes like it smells. My usual adagio method is to hop from sample to sample but I just got on the list to be notified as soon as a 16oz bag is available. This is seriously freaking amazing tea.

I'm usually not much of a fan of floral teas, but this one is light enough that I can enjoy it. It definitely has a floral aroma, but the taste is quite mild and smooth. Not bitter at all, just light floral notes with a creamy and slightly sweet vegetal oolong base. Brewing at a lower temperature draws out more of the sweetness and less of the vegetal flavors. Really nice when I want something light that can hold up to a couple of infusions.

Golden Flower is one of those teas that proves you can have it all. Or at least most of it. It's beautiful, smooth, aromatic, and lasts for multiple steepings. There is a uniqueness to Golden Flower that makes it instantly recognizable. I've had it before as a sample but upon receiving another sample and opening the bag the scent was like coming home and seeing an old friend you missed dearly. My love for this tea is on par with that of Ti Kuan Yin. They are both Oolongs but stand separately - they evoke similar mouthfeel but decidedly distinct flavors. I highly recommend this tea.

A little more vegetal (“grassy”) than I prefer, but this is a decent oolong for the price. It’s smooth and complex. My first steep was 20 seconds, and it came out nicely.
