Light, with a hint of floral notes. A delicious, balanced cup of oolong tea.

Lovely floral notes in the scent, and a nice balanced flavor that lingers just enough. The liquid is a lovely gold color. Very much my type of tea.

This could be a 4 or 5 star. Definitely a 5 if you factor in the amazing pricing. Soft floral aftertaste might be better if the floral notes were toned down halfway. The sample definitely warranted a 3oz order.

At first, wasnt impressed. Kinda taste like all the other floral teas. After finishing 3oz, what I can say is it grows on you. Isnt my favorite still, but for the price, good deal

I use this to make Kombucha, it adds a wonderful depth of flavor. I m sure it s delicious on its own, too!

I ordered a sample of this because it sounded interesting and I figured I would throw it onto a recent order and see how it goes. I made a cup of this hot and I don t know if I steeped it too long or what happened, but it was not enjoyable, and I took a few sips and decided to try again some other time, well then I decided to try it as a cold brew overnight and that did the trick, very drinkable, really nice and light and refreshing. I will say this, do not use these with a bag, only let the leaves steep and then strain off the liquid later or make sure to use a very large steeper because the little tiny beads of tea turn into like Godzilla sized giant leaves. Both times, I had wondered if I should put more tea in because it really looks like nothing, but when I brewed hot, I had barely even covered half of the bottom of my steeper with tea beads, and a few minutes later the leaves were close to pushing the lid off of the steeper that is how much they had expanded the entire chamber with little room to spare. I decided next time to cold brew in a mason jar, and just put one tea scoop in along the bottom, and now it looks like I have an algae farm going on in that jar, so be forewarned, these leaves expand like crazy and bags will likely break if used, so heads up on that. Flavor is slightly roasty, light, a hint of tanninyness, and much better cold than hot in my personal preference.

I’m not sure what “orchid notes” are supposed to taste like, but this tea is good! It reminds me of tea I'd drink at a Chinese or Asian restaurant. Good for multiple brews.

★★★★☆

Your standard oolong. Good, but nothing special. I didn t get any orchid notes from this.

★★★★★

Floral and sweet. Not the most complex oolong but still delicious

★★★★★

Nice floral smell, delicate but complex taste. This tea makes me feel a little fancy when I drink it.

This is a very easy oolong!! The description said to lower temp and I did for gong fu but I bumped it back up and it was not super floral, it was sweet and honey like!!! Very delicious!!

This one seems to me like a 'poor man s ti kuan yin.' It s rather similar, but not quite as good. It s more delicately flavored, which could be a plus for some, but I like a stronger oolong.

This is a lovely, clean oolong. It would be a wonderful introduction to oolongs. Its flavor profile is soft and a bit simple, as opposed to other more complex oolongs, but it s still a great cup and can be steeped a few times to fully enjoy the different layers in each infusion.

★★★★☆

Had a nice gongfu session with this, nice floral notes that peaked in the first few infusions then mellowed into a nice subtly sweet cup. Enjoyed it, but I prefer golden flower at this price point.

Mild flavor and strength like a green tea, but without the grassy taste. Pretty good. The leaves expand quite a bit so use a big strainer.

I've waited so long to find a proper orchid tea :0c. There's a subtle crisp sweetness that you cn only get from flowers

Once again another winner from the
Oolong family. This tea has a mild sweet flavor!

★★★★★

This tea smells soooo good. Definitely do more than one steeping to enjoy the subtle changes in flavor and scent. Now I need to get a proper gongfu set to dedicate specifically to this tea.

★★★★☆

Decent oolong for the price. Doesn't last for many steepings but its delicious for the few steepings that you can get.

This reminds me of the Milk Oolong from David's Tea. It's creamy with hints of floral notes, and is great with honey or on its own.

slightly drier and sharper than tieguanyin, less sweetness but still rich and flavorful

Fantastic green tea with a more subtle floral flavor than jasmine. Will be ordering 1lb next time

This is a great tea to rebrew it definitely gets sweeter as you go along. Love it for lazy afternoons.

A really beautiful, light oolong, that is definitely on my repurchase list.

★★★★☆

This is so unoxidized, it's practically a green tea.

★★★★★

Gorgeous! A slight herbal taste with a pleasant brightness, well-balanced acidity. A new favorite oolong. Yields at least two steeps.

★★★★★

More floral than other oolongs, very good across 10+ short infusions

I normally prefer flavored teas but wanted to branch out and try some straight teas. This is a nice tea.

Not bad but not my favorite. I was hoping for a pronounced floral taste but to me it was still quite vegetal.

★★★★☆

This was a pleasant tea, but there wasn't really anything exceptional about it. I wouldn't turn it down if it was offered to me, but I'm not sure if I will buy more.

★★★★★

Really nice, mild flavor. Holds up well to 2 or 3 brews.

★★★★☆

A nice, delicate tea at a really good price. Great to try for the first time due to price

★★★★★

The Fujian Orchid Oolong Tea has a light floral taste. It's a good tea.

★★★★★

A wonderful, full flavored tea that absolutely surprised me with its orchid overtones. I find any thing Fujian is delicious!

The leaves themselves are quite beautiful, but I was hoping for a more robust flavor. It s lightly floral.

★★★★★

I ve been hoping Adagio would pick this up. I love orchid oolong. The floral, complex flavor is always a delight.

★★★★★

Indeed a wonderfully smooth, pleasantly floral orchid oolong. A perfect amount of flavor without being overly flowery or grassy, and good for multiple steeps. And it's not so expensive to keep a supply regularly stocked. My new favorite after trying a sample, and now I must order more soon!

I'm a sucker for low-oxidized oolongs, so I jumped on the chance to try this. I think pouchong still is a little more floral and less mineral-y, but I still absolutely enjoyed this.

Light and floral with a hint of sweetness at the end. A truly delightful oolong for any to enjoy.

★★★★★

One of my floral faves ! I enjoy steeping this one 3 times throughout the day, each time gives a different floral note. 3rd steep I add a touch of honey.

My first taste of a second batch of samples in my quest to find (or blend) the perfect iced tea. This is so good! I'm supposed to taste floral notes, and if I knew what I was doing, maybe I would. To my untrained buds, this is a bit fruity - which is so nice for a summer iced tea!

★★★☆☆

Soft mouth feel but flavor too subtle for me to appreciate. Floral aroma.

★★★★☆

A very good tea. Delicate mouthfeel and delicate flavor. This one surprised me.

★★★★★

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this tea as much as I do! It's so earthy and floral, but also light.

★★★☆☆

Definitely has a strong floral flavor, but it's not a floral I overly care for. I usually love florals but this one has an almost bitterness.

★★★★★

Delicate, floral, lush. It’s absolutely delightful, almost as lovely as my favorite milk tea varieties.

★★★★☆

Very nice and smooth, brothy tea flavor. Hard to describe, but I enjoyed it.

LOVE THIS!!! A very extremely floral tea with both fragrance and flavor. Definitely give this a try!

Lovely lovely tea! If you are looking to venture into green Oolongs, you can't go wrong with the Fujian. It's similar to the Milk Oolong, but lighter on the 'grassy/earthy' notes. It's just a perfect gate way green, plus, very very drinkable all throughout the day!
