Nice subtle coconut flavor. Still trying to decide if I like it as much as the coconut black tea.
Our velvety smooth pouchong lays the perfect foundation for the tropical flavor of coconut to shine.

Nice subtle coconut flavor. Still trying to decide if I like it as much as the coconut black tea.
Beautifully delicate floral notes from the tea itself and a lovely coconut flavor that matches perfectly with the tea. It's very forgiving and you could forget you were steeping it and it would still be good.
I must say that the coconut pouchong grew on me... I wasn't a fan at first, but have come to enjoy its subtle coconutty flavor.
A delicious and delicate tea with a smooth mouthfeel. The coconut flavor is prominent, and not too subtle or overpowering.
This is a delightful cup of tea. The coconut flavor is very nice and lingers in your mouth. It's the perfect amount of coconut flavor.
I love the smoothness of this tea. Perfect when you need the warmth of hot tea, but crave the taste of summer.
Such a wonderful coconut tea. There were not a lot of other flavors going on for me here, but a case of executing a specific task/flavor extremely well. I could see keeping this one around in the stash. 195° 4 min
CommuniTEA 6/5/25: nice coconut flavor. Not a flavor I reach for in tea a lot since coconut goes rancid very quickly (for long storage) so this was a fun treat.
200° F for 3 minutes with raw sugar
This was lovely! My first thoughts when I opened the packet was omg this smells like a mounds bar. Steeped for 5 minutes at 195° and had the first cup without sweetener. The tea definitely has a dark chocolate note and the coconut is not subtle. I will be adding this to my collection.
I love coconut and with the first few sips I wasn't too sure and thought it smelled better and more flavorful than it actually tasted. But once I let it cool just a bit and was able to take a decent sip, I really enjoyed it! I got the coconut, although it's at the back, but delicious! Very enjoyable afternoon tea.
I enjoyed this green oolong, with a rich color upon steeping, and coconut swirling underneath, popping out as each sip lingers on my tongue. I'll try my next batch cold brewed, as we head into summer months!
It has a nice aroma of coconut with a hint of oolong when opened. I enjoyed the wonderful coconut flavor enhanced by the oolong. I tried it hot but I think it would be delicious cold also.
A wonderful coconut flavor is perfectly balanced with that of the pouchong tea.
I enjoyed the tea today. The coconut was subtle and warming
I love coconut, so I was excited to try this. And it's excellent! It's smooth and coconutty. I was able to get multiple steeps and each one was delicious and flavorful.
June '25: really summery good mood kind of tea.
june 24: yeah this is a special tea; really enjoyed it
very light and has kind of a buttery mouthfeel-the scent is more toasty-rice than coconut and the taste is subtle.
I really thought I would love this tea but instead I'm going with 'huh, it's good, and dang that lingering finish is AWESOME' but it turns out I wear too many coconut body/hair products and have a weird smell/taste association. I think this is great for folks who AREN'T living beachside and embrace coconut as an everyday smell, lol. It's well done, enjoyable, just not for me.
That is one tropical coconut flavor tea. The oolong is mellow enough for the coconut flavor to really sing. Bit oily though.
CommuniTEA sample: 3 min @ 195 F, second cup for 4 min @ 195 F, third cup for 5 min @ 195 F. One of my favorite oolong teas is a Japanese Honyama oolong, which has some kind-of-coconut flavor and texture. This gets kind of close in flavor to that! It’s definitely different, it’s sweeter, it has more coconut flavor – and it almost smells like there’s some kind of sweet, fruity spice in it, like cinnamon. But this is definitely a lot cheaper and I could see it working as a bit of a substitute!
I find this blend to be more tolerable the longer I let it sit and cool. Upon first sip the coconut flavor was very strong. Too strong for my liking. However, I'm sure this would made for a lovely iced tea.
I would have never thought to add coconut to a tea. Brilliant!!! I have learned so much about the vast array of ingrediants used to make teas.
Love this one - Smooth and strong coconut flavor. 😊
Absolutely love this one. Very bold tropical blend. Fragrance was bold
Very smoky, sultry flavor to it. Pairs well sweets
This was one pretty good nice smooth taste faint hint of coconut but it was the perfect about for me.
While this is a good pedestrian tea, it doesn’t come through enough for me to want to have more. Its initial notes are good, but the rest of the flavor never develops.
Creamy goodness in a cup!!! Yummy 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋
My favorite, creamy and rich. I keep coming back for more.
In all honesty hot coconut was not sounding appealing to me...but man was I wrong! This stuff is great! Subtle but very well rounded with a floral finish. Very lovely!
I liked this tea and it was a very calming tea. I wish the coconut was a little stronger but I ❤️ coconut.
I love the coconut flavor profile very much! Not too forward, leaving the tea to hold its own.
Oh my goodness this is so divine. Perfect amount of coconut
A delightfully delicate cup!
This is a tea I would enjoy in the evening due to its lighter delicate taste (caffeine does not seem to effect me) the coconut was a good strength, not too heavy to out way the oolong.
Very good
If you love coconut, you will love this one. It is best served hot. When you want iced tea I would recommend the Toasted White Coconut
Delicious ❤️ I love all of the teas I have tried so far
I tried to sample and I didn’t really care for it because of how weak the coconut flour was you mostly tasted long in here it’s not even a good balance of coconut or oolong at all. You just mostly taste oolong that’s it.
Very pleasantly surprised at the depth of coconut flavor. Very aromatic pre-steep and in the cup. Will be ordering this one again!
What an incredible tea! It tasted like happiness and left a note of joy in my mouth!
A perfect winter tea, this coconut pouchong is mellow and soothing, not at all astringent. Like a hug in a mug.
This is a nice tea with just a hint of coconut flavor.
I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I like this one each year when it comes in the communiTea! I'm hit or miss on coconut teas, but this one hits!
I like this one a lot. There is coconut but also some sweet and it was smooth to drink. Of course the coconut reminds me of beach vacations.
I tried this lovely blend both hot and iced and much preferred it cold and sweetened with a little honey. I found it smooth and not at all vegetal like other green teas.
7/24/2022: I love coconut but not enough to put this tea in my wheelhouse. If it wasn’t such a savory flavor I might be more inclined to like it, but it’s like spinach water with coconut. Sorry, but it’s a no for me. 190° for 3 minutes.
Edit 6/26/2024: I gave this another try and liked it better this year. The oolong wasn’t as savory as before. I think this would be good cold brewed. I finished my cup, but it’s still probably not something that would make my main list. 185° for 3 minutes.
I really loved this coconutty tea. I had heard a lot of negative chatter in the CommuniTEA but was pleasantly surprised when I tried it for myself. It is on the greener side, but I don’t mind that and the additional flavors complement it nicely. Would definitely purchase.
I love coconut tea, and this one does not disappoint! I drank it hot, with a couple of sugar rocks, but it would also be delicious iced. I brewed it for 5 minutes at 190, which gave me rich coconut flavor and no bitterness.
I found this tea to be just ok. I though it was a little strong on the pouchong side not well balanced. Would of liked more coconut flavor.
I can actually taste the coconut. And the smooth earthiness of the Pouchong underneath balances it nicely.
Loved this! Part of my first purchase with this company
This is my absolute favorite tea, it smells and tastes delicious and is light and refreshing!
