I love oolong, and this smells soo sooo good like an almond cookie. And considering it's only got natural almond ingredients it was very surprising that the almond smell was that strong. It does translate to the tea, but my problem is the tea is VERY sweet and I wasn't prepared for that. It would be great for dessert but just add less sugar or no sugar because it's naturally sweet.

Smells like a fortune cookie. Has a mild flavor and a hint of almond. This tea reminds me of one my grandmother used to brew all the time when I was a child.

When you first open this bag, it smells like marzipan--a little overwhelming, actually, but good. However, most of the almond flavor seems to fade out once it's actually brewed. It's a very, very, VERY faint nuttiness in the background of the tea, but I would prefer it to be a little more pronounced. Still, it's well-rounded and smooth, making it a good 'plain' tea (i.e., not a blend).
This was one of my free samples and it was a single serve, pyramid teabag and I drank it as hot tea. It was smooth with a nutty taste. I have been buying more iced tea as of late and I think I would prefer this one hot. Loved it!
i never received or ordered almong oolong tea. I don't know why this is listed. I only tried the chai combinations.

It was tasty, unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to it. But it is very light, and my family enjoyed it.
Smells excellent, but the flavor is a bit lacking. I should add that I'm not the biggest fan of oolong teas. Add a little milk and honey and it is still a pretty good tea.

This tea tastes like a Christmas cookie, without all of the added sugar and guilt after over-consumption. If you want to feel warm and snuggley, I would strongly recommend this tea.
I received this tea as part of the Orchard Sampler and at first I didn't know what to expect, despite the heavenly scent of sweet almonds wafting from the small sample pouch. (I'd been burned before by other tea(s) smelling amazing and then tasting like garbage.) Once I brewed the oolong and took a sip I was delighted! Smooth, sweet, and the wonderful lingering taste of almonds...this is the perfect cup for me!

I found this tea more of an after dinner, dessert tea. The almond flavor was a bit more than my palate can handle past one cup, but a good tea overall.
For an after dinner tea not too bad, I'm sure it would be better if cold brewed. It was a free sample and I'm not a fan of oolong tea so this is not a fair review. Try it for yourself, and do try cold brew.
Love the almond oolong. I will often mix it with the coconut tea. The combined flavor is great! Both are great alone too!

Nice sweet almond taste and scent. Didn't need anything in the tea as far as sugar is concerned for my comrades who almost always need sugar in their tea. It does not resteep well and we had to add more leaves to our pot.
I really like the almond flavor of this! It also has a smooth taste to it. black teas often have a bit of a 'bite' to them, but this oolong doesn't. Smooth and easy. Love it!

I honestly didn't expect too much from this, it was mostly just to try out oolong, sadly I feel I should have ordered a different sample of it as this smells awful and is just drinkable at best. Luckily I didn't realize until after I ordered that I had ordered other teas with oolong in them as well, otherwise I might have passed this off as the oolong taste. Not the case at all, this just seems to be a horrid form of it. I would rate it awful but I'm able to drink it so I can't quite justify that.
I like almonds and I like oolong. I'm not sure on this tea yet. I need further experimentation. I want to like it. But so far all of my endeavours make it taste like almond water.
While this tea is good on its own. I find I like it a lot better mixed with other oolong teas. Especially the chocolate and hazelnut.

It smells as if it will be incredibly sweet, which I do no like, but it taste just as it sounds without having too much almond flavor. I was pleasantly suprised.
I love oolong tea, but when I saw almond, I knew I had to try. What a unique combination. The almonds created a smokey, roasted flavor to go along with the green tea taste I love. I recommend!

I didn't expect to like this, but I desperately needed more after I used up my sample. I thought this was a great oolong that varied just enough to make it interesting. I didn't find the almond flavor overpowering at all.
This is one of my favorite and I will order it again. I will tell my friends about this site just because of this one and I haven't tried all of the teas yet
