Raspberry on the nose but not on the taste. While this smells like raspberry, there's absolutely no raspberry in the flavor. Still a good Matcha.
Only the finest, young, shade-grown gyokuro tea leaves are used to create matcha. The leaves are plucked and laid out flat to dry. Veins are removed and the leaves, now called tencha, are carefully ground in granite mills until they become the precious powder.

Raspberry on the nose but not on the taste. While this smells like raspberry, there's absolutely no raspberry in the flavor. Still a good Matcha.
This is on of my favorite match a teas, it has a nice raspberry aroma.
I love match and wanted to try out the different flavors offered. I did not get much raspberry flavor from this but it still tastes like good matcha so I will still enjoy it.
A very strong matcha flavor with a hint of raspberry. Great tea just involved to make.
Was okay but not great. Will not reorder this one
diet shake: almond milk chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp of raspberry matcha 1 banana ice and blend
Oh, yummy!! Nice raspberry flavor without the sugar. It also still retains the pleasing flavor of of the matcha itself.
Lovely tea with fresh scene and vibrant color that makes me think spring!
This is delicious! It is my daughter's favorite. My favorite is the peach. However, I gave it a 'great' review because she is a 16 year old who is very picky. Next week she and I are going to use this flavored matcha to make yogurt smoothies!
This was my first experience with matcha. I am loving the powder when paired with non-fat yogurt, almond or coconut milk and some frozen raspberries. Double the berry power and soooo good for you!
To be honest I'm still figuring out how to drink this correctly. But it smells amazing!
you should have one more rating very good I would have checked it off. I didn't know what to expect with raspberry . but I really was pleasantly surprised. if you like raspberry tea you'll love th8a matcha. none of the flavored matcha is overpowering . I like mine with just a few drops of flavored stevia. but many of my friends and family love the sample Pac I've given them and they say they drink it with no sweetner. I'm giving my mom a matcha set this a Christmas I know she'll love it! mmm. so very good!
This is an awesome tea hot or even made as a cold tea latte. The flavor is subtle but doesn't require sweetener.
Pretty good, as far as matchas go. Flavor is subtle, which I feel is a good thing.
LovThis tea is excellent! Great flavor and no sugar.
tastes like matcha with just a hint of raspberry. I like it but I like the peach matcha better.
I drink this every morning. The energy and clarity it gives me without any side affects has become addictive!
I don't steep it-I use it in my fruit smoothies.
This is my favorite flavored matcha. Try it with white strawberry tea and a little agave.
The matcha was surprisingly delicious. When I first saw the powder, my thought was that I would be trying to swallow this thick paste, but it was smooth and creamy with a nice flavor.
I love green tea lattes. It's nice to have some flavored potions for them from Adagio.
The raspberry flavor wasn't strong in this tea but it was still wonderful
With the plain matcha, I usually use a bit of sugar to sweeten, but the light raspberry flavor in this really made that unnecessary. It's super light. I think I read someone else describe it as more of a scent, which is accurate. However, it is enough that if you usually find matcha too bitter or plant-y but don't want to sugar your tea, this is a good alternative. My only critique is that the baggie the sample comes in is a bit annoying if the powder gunks up the closure, so it would be nice if Adagio rethought how they ship matcha when not in a tin. As for preparation, I drink it in cold milk over ice. I make a bit of a paste with a little milk and the teaspoon of matcha initially, then shake that with the rest of the milk in a tumbler, then pour it over ice and drink it on the way to work (it rarely lasts the whole twenty-minute drive :)).
It seems to be much less bitter than the regular matcha, but the raspberry is more of a scent than a taste. It's also very good as a latte!
There isn't a ton of raspberry flavor in this, just enough to give it a hint of fruitiness and natural sweetness. My only complaint is that the matcha powder gets into the seal on the bag and makes it difficult to close.
My first foray into the world of matcha. I drank one cup of my sample and before I knew it I had drunk five more. Curiously compelling.
The balance between matcha and raspberry is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this for a mug cake or anything similar!
Smells amazing, though the actual taste is quite muted. I like it better as a latte with a little sugar.
Love this. Great grassy matcha flavor with enough raspberry to make it interesting. Looking forward to trying this cold brewed or in a smoothie too.
I have recently become hooked on Green Tea Lattes from 'the coffee company that shall not be named', but i don't need the massive amount of sugar that comes with it. The Raspberry gives it a tinge of a fruity taste and is great for a home made latte. I haven't been able to drink it straight (not my cup of tea as it were) but it is a nice alternative to the calorie and sugar fest that is Starbucks.
I was really excited about the thought that Adagio is finally jumping on the gun about flavored matcha. I've been ordering flavored matcha from other companies for over the past year, so I thought I would try the matcha raspberry. I am horrible to describe tea, but it very overpodent matcha. The raspberry is very faint. I was wished it had a stronger flavor. Perhaps another fruity flavor like peach would work better with matcha, but I probably won't be ordering any more flavor matcha from Adagio.
First, this is very good quality matcha. Unfortunately mine didn't have a raspberry taste, or any taste besides plain matcha.
love the mild flavor of the rasberry in this green tea. Nice to have something so good for you taste so good!!!
More smell than actual flavor. Taste like a nice cup of Matcha but if you are looking for extra flavor it really doesn't stand out(raspberry). Update Tried with sugar brings out the raspberry flavor.
This was great! Not as tasty as the peach variety plus honey, but still amazing. I prepared it hot and then poured it over ice with some vanilla simple syrup. I've been going back and forth with drinking them both each day. I don't like the raspberry hot as much as I like the peach hot, but still, I really appreciate that it's subtle and doesn't take away from the grassy matcha nor does it discolor the matcha. Definitely ordering another sample to have around when I buy a tin of peach.
WOW.I did not expect to like this as much as I do, but my goodness this tastes incredible. I mixed about 1/2 teaspoon with cold bottled water. The raspberry flavor doesn't taste artificial and compliments the greeness of the matcha very nicely.
