★★★☆☆

This was a bit too sweet for me. Did not have notes of watermelon.

★★★★★

Super refreshing!! I like it warm, but I've yet to try it iced.

Even better than I thought it would be. Doesn't necessarily taste like you're eating watermelon, but tastes far better than any watermelon flavoring I've ever had. I really liked this one.

★★★★☆

This is a nice, refreshing iced tea. I added a little lemonade and 2 frozen strawberries instead of ice cubes.

★★★★★

Outstanding, I brewed this at 212F for 5 min, and cold-brewed it, both times the flavor came through beautifully. This is one of my all-time favorite herbal Summer-Time teas! I do think that it is best served cold with crystalized stevia (at least a teaspoon per cup),

I've only tried this one as cold brew. The first batch mostly got apple flavors, though the second did have some watermelon come through. It's okay.

★★★★☆

Not exactly what I was expecting when I got the tea but still nice. I would reccomend ice brewing for a few hours rather than boiling water for it. The brewing temp isn't letting me put a value less than 130 tho haha

I really wanted to like this one. It smells great but it has no flavour and tastes bland.

Very sweet but it was a really nice, pretty tea. I really enjoy it in the evenings.

The dry tea smells like watermelon. When brewed, the cup is a light pink and smells sweet, but less like watermelon. When hot, the tea is sweet with a bit of tartness, but it is hard to determine exact flavor notes as the flavor profile is mild. When warm, the tea tastes like sweet watermelon with some tart cranberry and hibiscus in the finish. This tastes like it would be a nice one to cold brew and have iced. This is a subtle fruit blend, which makes it perfect for a hot day. Brewed at 212 for 5 minutes.

Next best thing to enjoying watermelon without having to slice one up. The initial tart flavor from the red group of hibiscus, rose hips, cranberry and raspberry leaves was nicely tempered with agave sweetener. As the tea cooled more, the watermelon flavor blossomed and a hint of rose taste came forward to soften the overall flavor. The gentled tart flavor added a pleasant tang in the background.

My Ct packet had many apple pieces, a plump cranberry, a rose petal and a smattering of fruity bits and leaves. 3 grams/ 2 full tsp. steeped into a pale pink liquor that looked like pink watermelon juice. I used 10 oz. instead of my usual 12 oz. of water to brew 3 grams of tea for a fuller flavor. I brewed at 212*F for 10 minutes. After tasting and sweetening, I set aside half of the tea to try cold. Chilled, all the flavors blended well to make a truly tasty watermelon tea that was so refreshing ! Next, I added 12 oz. of water to the spent fruit in the infuser and made an enjoyable flavored water too. This tea was terrific especially chilled. For me, using less water or more tea for the steep was key to enjoying a full watermelon flavor. Enjoy!

This is a lovely, light, refreshing watermelon tea. Some of the watermelon teas I've had in the past taste too fake, like you're drinking a jolly rancher, but this one reminds me a lot of the watermelon cucumber smoothies I make for breakfast. Needless to say, I'm a fan!

I first tried this on August 3, 2020 when I was new to the CommuniTEA below is the review I wrote on my blog:
Note: This year my packet had more hibiscus which produced a more red color that I did not get last year. Which may have effected the flavor.
I got more flavor. This year. Still enjoyed with sugar to bring out flavors.

August 3,2020 from my blog.
I have never been a fan of herbal teas. Most herbal teas that I have had usually have a strong floral taste. Watermelon Cooler definitely was more of a fruit tisane. However, I found the taste to be very subtle.

Not believing the suggest steeping time, I tried this at three different steeping times. First, I poured a little at 3 minutes, my usual steep time, it was basically still water. At the five-minute mark, there was a slight hint of taste. It was not until the steeping reached the full 10 minutes that I actually tasted watermelon.

Sugar will often enhance the flavor. It took more sugar today than any previous days to bring out the essence of watermelon. I will give points for the natural flavor and it not tasting artificial. I was also pleased I did not get any hint of the rose petals or hibiscus.

Watermelon Cooler makes a nice Sweet Iced Tea to be enjoyed on a summer day.

I'm not getting alot of flavor. I may need to put it back in the fridge for a bit to make it stronger. The light flavor I got wasn't bad it just wasn't enough

Every time I’ve drank this, it was iced with exception of today. Today I steeped it for 10 minutes with some rock sugar and thought it was one the best options on the website for something fruity. I wouldn’t say it’s big on watermelon flavor, but more of a tropical fruit punch. This is a tea I think works for both adults and children.

Tried this as part of CommuniTea. Warm, the hibiscus and cranberry tanginess prevailed with a hint of fruit. Cold is when this tea shined for me. Light watermelon candy with a little kick of tart. Very refreshing.

Last year I didn’t care for this one much but I’ve had a change of heart. I don’t know if it’s the sample or better preparations this year, but I really enjoyed it. I had it hot, but would like to try it cold. It’s not something that I would have in my cabinet all the time, but maybe in the summer months. Really was like drinking warm watermelon juice. I only used 8oz of water, at 200° for 30 minutes. (I forgot it was steeping so not sure how long it sat.)

Smells and tastes like a watermelon-flavored Jolly Rancher. I cold-steeped overnight for a lovely pale rose-colored tea. The flavor is delicate, so don't oversweeten. Delicious and refreshing on a hot day--like a slice of watermelon can be!

Delicious smell and huge pieces of fruit, The taste was weak but it has great potential.

I really liked this blend. It actually did taste of watermelon, and I found it to be quite refreshing. I liked it better as it cooled, and I genuinely think this would be great iced. Very enjoyable.

Did anyone else think they were drinking a lollipop? The delicious and refreshing fruitiness of this tea had me in awe. I loved every sip! The cranberry flavor wasn’t overwhelming and blended well with the watermelon and hibiscus. Definitely adding this to my list<3

★★★★☆

It tasted more fruity than specifically watermelon. I didn't mind it though. I made it hot then let it cool in the fridge. I also tried adding 1/4 tsp of monkfruit.

I cold brewed this for about 5 hours. The taste was very faint but I could tell it was watermelon. I probably should have used a bit less water. Love the smell of the packet.

I’ve had this tea in ice tea bag form and loved it, so I was excited to dry it warm this morning. I’m not sure which way I like it better! Iced, this tea is deeply refreshing, warm, it’s a sweet comfort. In both forms, the watermelon comes through fresh and clear with no cloying fakeness.

A pleasant and delicate watermelon flavor. It didn't have an artificial taste to me. Very refreshing iced.

Sipping along with the CommuniTEA: Strong watermelon fragrance with an herbal nuance from the dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 5 mins at 212° F, subtle watermelon scent wafting from bright ruby liquid in my cup. When I take a sip, I notice a complex watermelon, berry, and rose combination with a pleasant tangy finish.

I hot steeped this blend for extra long (about 20 minutes) and then poured over ice. Quite tasty iced tea! It is a little too sweet for me, but if you like watermelon-flavored candy, I think you will like this one.

Very mellow delightful watermelon flavour. I would have liked it a bit stronger, but still enjoyed it. Next time will try this as a chilled tea as I think that would be perfect.

One of my favorite teas. Watermelon flavor is really nice, though I wish it was a little bit stronger. Cold brewed overnight. No additional sweetener needed. With a lovely pink color which adds to the enjoyment.

A bit too light in flavor for my taste. If I thought about it I could pick up the watermelon, otherwise it was just a bit too mellow

Always a lovely tea, actually one of the first I tried from Adagio.

A big watermelon fan with a bit of a sweet tooth, this tea really hits the spot on a sunny afternoon.

A wonderfully sweet, fruity and vibrant cup of tea that's as great warm as it is cold, wonderful to sip on a nice summer day!

I cold brewed my packet in 8 oz of water for 5 hours, and it came out really tasty. A nice smooth, fruity tea. Pleasantly balanced with a natural sweetness and a very mild tartness. I don't know that it tasted distinctly watermelon, but I did get pink kool-aid vibes. Overall, a refreshingly fruity summer iced tea. (reviewed through CommuniTEA; cold brewed 5 hours)

This tea is awesome. I brewed hot with sweetener, Hubby loved it too.
I will buy this and cold brew like others have suggested, will definitely bring out the sweetness.

★☆☆☆☆

Candy watermelon scent upon first impression of the dry leaf tea, and it left me apprehensive because I normally don’t like watermelon-flavored things.
Unfortunately this remains true: though I could taste the apple and other fruit flavors vying for the forefront of the palate, it was all underscored by saccharine, stale, fake-tasting watermelon on the back.

I tried this hot, it tastes nice this way but I also believe it would also be refreshing cold brewed. Tastes like the sweet juices from Watermelon! Delightful!

Lovely dark pink colored tea with a delicate watermelon flavor. Smells a little like jolly rancher watermelon, but it tastes so much better. No artificial metallic tangs noticed at all in this tea. Hibiscus plays a nice role of keeping this from being too sweet, but there is a touch of astringency on the end of the sip. I did not add anything to this tea to sweeten it. It is just right. I cold brewed overnight in 10oz of water and was rewarded with a refreshing cup of delicate watermelon flavors. Enjoy!

This smells and tastes exactly like watermelon candy. The watermelon flavor dominates but there are accents of other fruits and rose hips. I made this hot and loved it, but it would be incredible cold.

Meh. The aroma of this tea in the packet was supurb. I got definite smells of watermelon and very strong rose, but once brewed, it didn't taste like anything. I'd be hard pressed to even tell you what I'm drinking except maybe vague flavors of non-descript fruit.
