This is a new favorite. It's refreshing and soothing. I really enjoyed it prepared per the directions. On a day when I was under the weather, I blended it with a bit of double ginger and added a drizzle of honey - it was great!
Refreshingly clear, soothing aroma. Slightly smoother, more grounded than peppermint, gentle to the palate.

Very good as a hot tea! Looking forward to making an iced tea with it!
This smells and tastes a bit like Wiggley’s spearmint gum (though it’s much better)! It is delicious with or without sugar!
Yum! I love a good minty tea, but wanted something a little more mellow than peppermint. I was not disappointed. This is an excellent refreshing tea.
Love to mix with Peach Bellini, some honey and fresh lemon juice when I have a sore throat. Works wonders, like Chicken soup.
Nice cool mint flavor great with a pinch of sugar!
Such a relaxing smell and tea also my favorite gum flavor. My son used to love to chew on the leaves of my spearmint plants when he was a kid.
A nice, solid spearmint tea. Just remember that it isn’t peppermint.
I’m more of a peppermint gal for chewing gum and mints, and I love peppermint tea in the evenings. That said, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed Spearmint tea. It was strong and refreshing in a peaceful way and I drank it on its own. I will try a second steep, maybe with gunpowder as a homemade Morrocan Mint! I steeped at 212 degrees for 7 minutes and will of course lower the temperature for that second steep.
I really like it with a little sugar. It is not too strong and it's minty like the green EXTRA gum. It soothes my sore throat.
I like spearmint tea on cold winter mornings and this stuff hits the spot. It's not the strongest spearmint I've ever had, but it's fresh and delicious.
I love anything mint and the spearmint does not disappoint. It's not as strong as peppermint but it's delicious
I was so used to peppermint tea that this will take some getting used to. But it is quite good
Delightful - I prefer spearmint to peppermint, and this tea is a perfect calming cup for me. I particularly like to combine it with green tea and also with rose petals.
Want to wake up with a bit of fresh mint, cleanse the mouth after a nice lunch, wind down for the evening, or really anytime in-between? If yes, then this tea is for you. It is a light, mildly minty, herbal tea that goes well with most occasions.
I use this blended with spearmint for colds and stomach upset; as I tend to get one symptom along with the other. I don't follow the instructions. Jest leave the leaves for as long as I'm drinking the tea. Unlike most; you don't have to worry about unfortunate tastes from over steeping.
Second time ordering this sample. Smells like childhood gum. A very straight dose of spearmint, soothing for starting or ending your day.
This tea smelled just like a packet of spearmint gum (which I love). It brewed into an amberish color with a continued great aroma. It was a refreshing end to a long day. Enjoyed it. (2 g 8oz, 7 min 212).
Like a breath of fresh air! This was a refreshing, bright tea that was a relaxing way to wind down today
I love the peppermint tea and this provides a fun alternative when I want something refreshing and a little different!
This lovely mint yields a tingly, bright, and rejuvenating tisane. I prefer spearmint to peppermint for its round and refreshing flavor.
I’m sorry to say this tea is not for me. I’m not a fan of mint teas, so I think it’s just that it’s not my personal preference. If you like mint teas, and particularly spearmint, I’m guessing you will enjoy it.
This is a good cup of tea, I love spearmint, I put Little Rock sugar in mine tea. (212 @ 10 min.)
This is fresh and energizing. It’s rich, smooth and sweet. I like it hot or cold.
Pleasantly sweet and mellow mint flavor. This is a refreshing tea, but without the bracing flavor of peppermint. 5min @ 212
Spearmint makes a fantastic addition to herbal blends. I like mixing my own sleep time tea, with spearmint, chamomile, honeybush, valerian and a few lavender petals if I'm feeling fancy.
I’m not a fan of purely mint teas and while this one isn’t as bad as some others, it’s still not really for me.
A very solid mint tea. Fragrant when brewing and slightly sweet when sipping
I am not always a mint person, except for in ice cream but I have to say this one is very good. Light, refreshing and it does not taste artificial or like mouth wash. Not something I see myself buying often but well done.
CommuniTEA portion: Steeped at 212 for way more time than recommended as I forgot about it. 😁. The packet aroma was 💯 gum from my grandma's purse. Steeped up exactly how I would have expected. Minty and fresh and calming.
Its good but as someone thats not a fan of mint teas its not something I'd drink again
Spearmint!! The Ultimate of all Mints!! Wondrous by itself or in blends! 💚
I was unsure of this tea initially because I'm not used to mint teas, but it was actually good. It tasted like Doublemint gum in a cup, if I'm being perfectly honest. I was always a big fan of the gum growing up and now I'm loving the spearmint tea.
I'm not a fan. It tastes like I'm drinking a pack of gum.
Light, refreshing, and slightly sweet. I only gave it 4 stars because I find it a little bland on its own, but it would taste great in a blend.
A wonderful spearmint tea. Spearmint is much more polished than peppermint. This tea was enjoyable both hot and cold.
Truly delicious! The smell coming from the sachet reminded me of doublemint gum. I added a sprinkle of sugar and drank it hot. It soothes my stomach as it delighted my taste buds.
If u like spearmint gum this is the tisane for u. Mint is hit or miss for me and this was a blast of mint.
Very smooth minty tea. It tastes exactly how you would expect a spearmint tea to taste. Nice relaxing caffeine free tea.
Spearmint makes a great hot or cold tea. And it’s awesome to mix in with other teas for a dash of minty freshness. Spearmint is relaxing and comforting.
This tea brews up to a surprising brownish color, instead of green. The spearmint flavor isn't as strong as peppermint, and seems a little sweeter. I do prefer the iciness of peppermint, but this is good!
extremely refreshing on its own when chilled, and even better when mixed with other teas. i particularly enjoyed it mixed with some lemonade !
Recommended steeped; 5-10 minutes at 212°F. I steeped for 8 minutes at the recommended time at recommended temperature, in 11oz of water with 1.5 tsp of tea/rock sugar.
There is a very strong spearmint aroma upon opening, almost like spearmint gum. Even without caffeine, it wakes a person up. I think this must be what is meant by a “bright” tea.
This is a very sweet tea when hot and I could probably use about ½ the sugar. I might consider using Adagio’s chocolate honey in the future. I was having a little trouble with congestion due to allergies and this tea helped to cut through it.
This re-steeped well and this time I used ¾ tsp of the sugar and ¾ tsp of Adagio’s Chocolate Honey. This blend was enjoyable both the first and second steep and with and without honey. This one’s a keeper. 5 stars from me.
Absolutely lovely spearmint tea, terrific hot or iced.
I'm not a huge fan of pure mint teas or herbal teas in general, but the overall quality was fine, just not my cup of tea
if you're into minty flavours, this is a great tea to satisfy those cravings. as someone not inclined toward any mints, this wasn't a favourite. no fault of the tea - just my preference. i ended up letting a nephew finish the cup and he enjoyed it, found it refreshing, and even thought it was soothing.
I find Spearmint to be refreshing and comforting. I like peppermint too, but when I need a more relaxing tea I prefer Spearmint. I added some additional Spearmint to the 40 Winks tea I am currently sipping before heading to bed. I also enjoy it mixed with other teas, especially green teas.
I didn’t expect to like this tea. I woke up this morning with a headache and an unsettled stomach. I thought this tea might help but didn’t have high hopes that it would. I was pleasantly surprised to find I actually did feel a bit better after my tea. It was light and refreshing and just what I needed this morning.
I love spearmint however locally I have a hard time finding it. Can find mint no problem but it is always peppermint nit spearmint.
mix this with chamomile and lavender for a nice night time tea
