I like to add a bit of mint flavor to other teas or blends and this spearmint works very well. It is a bit milder than peppermint so to me it blends a bit better. It is great to have on hand by itself or to make your own blend.
I like it enough to drink it, but I prefer the peppermint over the spearmint. Flavor isn't strong enough and has a different after-taste and feel to it.
we order this often- lively and slightly sweet- I mix it with chamomile for a healthy nighttime tea. Not too bitter or sharp.

Love love love this herbal tea. Of all the different teas that I drink throughout the year, nothing compares to this particular teas ability to refresh you. I am not a 'summer' person but no matter how hot I get after working outside in my gardens, this tea cools me right down. I make a pitcher of it and keep it in the refrigerator when it is really hot outside. A glass of this tea is like being spritzed with water, it is that cooling when you drink it. The flavor is excellent. Everyone that ever tastes it comments on how delicious it is. Can't say enough great things about this tea, definitely the best mint tea there is.
An excellent tea--very refreshing and invigorating when iced, or simply comforting when had hot. Most often, I mix this with gunpowder tea to create Moroccan mint, but adagio sells such a large quantity for spearment at a fairly low price, I have plenty to enjoy alone.
This is a very good tea. It's great hot or iced. I definitely recommend it for anyone who likes mint or herbal teas.

This tea is definitely spearmint! Normally I don't like spearmint but it's excellent in a tea form. I drink this when I need to breathe a little better.

This is exactly the flavor that comes to mind when you hear the phrase 'spearmint tea.' Unless you were expecting that extra hint of cardboard you get when you buy grocery store tea. That's not in this. Just spearmint tea.
I like the subtle flavor in this one. It's minty, but not overbearing. It's a good tea to have alongside a meal or just drink throughout an afternoon. Will definitely be getting more in the future.

I prefer this over peppermint. Spearmint has a cleaner finish on the palette and doesn't have the cloying sweetness peppermint can. Some may compare spearmint to toothpaste or chewing gum, but I'll call it peppermint's sterner cousin.

I bought this to add to my iced teas for extra freshness. I think The peppermint would have been a better choice. This is still good though.

Everything I expected from a straight spearmint and more! The more was the incredibly intense smell when I first opened the bag. I didn't enjoy it straight but truthfully, I didn't buy it to drink straight. Sometimes I enjoy a pinch of mint and this fits the bill.

Very strong mint taste, careful not to oversteep. Tastes great with a little bit of milk. I imagine it might also be better mixed with some peppermint and some rooibos, though I have yet to try that.

I simply love how refreshing spearmint is! It is like nothing you will find in stores (which is why I bought the 6 oz bags...took up two of my Adagio tins but I know I'll drink it quick!) It is very refreshing and smells incredible. I will definitely be sending some to family and friends over the holidays.
Hard to miss this one up. I love it on its own, but usually I blend it with Gunpowder for Moroccan Mint.
Purchased this for mixing with the plain peppermint tea for evening cups of tea. A touch of sugar and lemon helps with the sweet tooth munchies as well.

An excellent, cool, refreshing mint flavor. It is fabulous as a hot tea, but quite refreshing as well as an iced tea. It doesn't get the harsh after taste that peppermint sometimes has when either over steeped or iced.
The spearmint is good, but I definitely prefer peppermint. The spearmint was just a but too smooth and sweet, reminded me too much of gum. Some people may like that, however.
EDIT: I realized its not that it reminds of gum, the spearmint flavor is just too reminiscent of toothpaste and the dentist.
