This tea was ok I don't think I will buy again. Very light taste weak tasting. Did not have the fruit sour taste I think I was expecting. If you like more of a slight taste this might be the tea for you.
A celebration of the apple! Sweetness like a candied apple, fresh tart-floral notes of crispy crab apples.

was hoping for a little more body, flavor was a little week and bitter even without oversteeping
Good tea that doesn't taste artificially flavored at all.
I wanted a little more sour in my sour apple. The overall taste and smell are a little too artificial for me. the flavor falls flat of apple, and that's where it falls apart, I think. Stronger apple flavor would kick this up a good notch. This tea was not horrible by any means, but I don't think I would purchase it again.
This tea is exceptional on its own merit or is an incredible blended experience with equally blended with Dewy Cherry.
I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Wasn't sour at all! Tasted like a fresh apple. Will reorder.
Wonderfully tart and delicious. I had this hot with some snicker doodle cookies, so good!
When opening the bag it smells almost like sour apple candy. After brewing it as stated on the bag it was a nice light tart apple flavor. I will be ordering this flavor again.
Right when you open the bag the smell of sour apple is very pleasant. But for me i did not feel like the taste was strong enough. It smells like hot cider but tastes watered down. Maybe some cinnamon would help spice it up but it was not the taste i was looking for. Leaves a bad after taste as well.
It's just tart and nice, like I expect. The only thing is that the Berry Blues takes pretty much like it, and I didn't expect the tartness on that one.
I thought the sour apple was ok hot but better iced.
New treat: This with caramel rooibos = caramel apple!!
Tastes as wonderful as it smells! Tried it hot and iced...like it both ways. I add just a touch of sugar to take the sour edge off (I know, I know it's supposed to be sour). Definitely would recommend.
A little sour. Note: this has flavoring (natural).
My wife and son love this tea I have a hard time keeping it in stock
This is so much fun to make blends with because it's versatile.
If you like sour apple candy, you need to try this tea! so refreshing iced too.
I enjoyed this one the most I thought it would have been the watermelon but this one surprised me the most I loved the taste.
Hands down my favorite tea right now. Hard to describe the flavor. But you can really taste the rose hips in it. I drink it super hot with no sweeteners. Just really makes a cold, dreary day immediately better! :)
I made this iced. The tart apple flavor is nice, but it did need a little sweetener.
I found Sour Apple to quite underwhelming. It wasn't amazing, but nor was it undrinkable. While the smell was good, I found the taste to be one dimensional, and very much lacking complexity. Perhaps it would taste good as a blend along with a green tea. By itself I'd give it a 6 out of 10.
Just as described, this infusion has a clear apple flavor, with chunks of apple visible. (Sometimes I like to eat the chunks when I'm done brewing.) I tend to like a strong flavor, so I recommend letting the tea steep a while.
A great fruity flavor - wonderful with some cookies.
Tastes exactly like it sounds. Sour apple! It has a wonderful, medium taste, and is great paired with a little honer.
I didn't get a very strong apple flavor from this at all, it seems pretty weak unless you steep it for a very long time.
Really awesome flavor! I loved this herbal tea. Very uplifting and flavorful!
I got this as a free sample with my order. It's good and the flavor is growing on me, but I'm not sure if I'll ever seek it out once my sample is gone. I highly recommend steeping this tea with a cinnamon stick in the water.
I have grown to absolute love this tea! I steep it for a lot longer than suggested and add a dollop of honey and it's like the best fall honeycrisp apples distilled into a warm cup of wonderfulness.
The smell of the tea was quite strong - and I was worried it would be too tart. The tea after steeping is too mellow. The other issue is, even though it doesn't have a lot of flavor, it feels quite acidic - so if you have a sensitive tummy, be careful. I will try steeping it for longer to get more flavor.
This is a really nice tea. And it tastes pretty much exactly like sour apples. I'd put in more tea than it says, though. I put in two tbsp for 2 cups, since I like my tea strong.
I've only tried to once and as a blend and I think it tastes a bit like vinegar, but my sibilings all seemed to really like it
I loved this so much. The color was beatiful while the taste was still there. sour apple is sour apple
Very nice tea. It can be a little sour but it has a great fruity flavor and a great everyday fruity tea.
The perfect amount of tartness but balanced with the right amount of sweetness.
I Loved this tea. I am no tea expert, so when I saw that it really just looked like bits of dried fruit, I didn't know how much flavor to expect. In fact, it has tons of tart/sweet flavors. I'm an herbal/fruit tea drinker with a sweet tooth, so this was perfect for me.
I enjoyed this a lot. I don't find it particularly sour, but it is a nice fruity flavor.
Oh man, this is FANTASTIC. I only wish it had caffine - I will try mixing it with a little plain black tea for delicious times.
The sour apple tea has a unique tart flavor (does not need any sweetener) and is a great alternative from traditional herbal teas. Bought the tea bags so I can use them at work.
I'm not sure what I was expecting with this tea, since it's not typically a type of tea I would order. The taste of the tea was fine, but the odor was a little odd to me. I think I would like it more if I mixed it with some kind of black tea as a reviewer before me suggested.
This is by far my favorite tea. Wonderful flavors.
I love citrus, especially lemons and limes and this tea-has the right amount of sour to it without it being overwhelming or making you purse your lips! I will definitely buy more.
Is ok. Like the apple taste but would better if was its Apple and not sour.
I can't even force myself to make a cup of this tea. In the package, it smells like feet and vinegar.
I really love this herbal tea as well. It's a favorite amongst many who I make tea for and I love it mixed with rooibos teas.
Tastes very good, would highly recommend this tea.
I really enjoyed the delicious sour bite of apple - goodness. I get lost in the sour a little though, when I want more of the apple flavor to come through. I can tell it contains the hibiscus. I also tried sweetening it, just for the difference and it to me was better plain.
This tea is crisp and tart like a granny Smith Apple with just enough sweetness to balance it. It's one of my favorite herbal teas. It's also wonderful mixed with a caramel tea.
My daughter's favorite. Great fruity taste. Perfect hot in cold weather.
DELICIOUS! Very apple-y flavor, tastes like eating an apple instead of drinking apple flavored stuff.
This is my very favorite tea that I have had yet! Thanks for your service!
