I mixed this with the Raja Oolong for obvious reasons. A little fruitier than it’s Teavana counterpart but still has an excellent flavor
I used to drink Teavanna’s Samurai mate. I was so upset when they closed. Then I found this...total upgrade!
I bought this to combine with (Raja oolong chi, and Masala Chi) in an attempt to recreate a Teavana mix based on another review. While it did not really achieve that taste :( it is a light aromatic tea worth trying.
Great taste and even better when mixed with Raja.The combo gives you a wonderful spicy flavor without being overpowering

I use to purchase my tea from another company. I went to lots of tea companies and could not find anything that compared, until Adagio. I think the taste is superb. I mix it with White Ayurvedic Chi the smooth spicy taste of both combined are amazing
This is by far the best herbal tea I've ever had - I'm usually a staunch black tea drinker, but this is so flavorful that I find it perfectly satisfying!
Not a favorite since it's a rather thin tea. The mango and papaya provided interesting flavors
Not as heavy as regular chai. Great aroma, and the extra caffeine is a nice boost.
I'm missing a distinct tea flavor in this tea. The flavors are nice, but I think I'd like it better mixed with Irish Breakfast or something.
Not quite as good as its 'idea' - It needs a bit more spice.
Bought this for my mother because Teavana shut down and broke our hearts. The teas aroma is very pleasant and enticing, not too strong. The colour is a rich amber and it just warms up your body as you drink. The taste of cinnamon gives it a nice kick to the tongue that isn t unpleasant with a hint of nuttiness

Was looking for a replacement for the Teavana chai blend, mixing this w/ the white ayurvedic chai and the raja was super close! Close enough to make this my new favorite tea company!

I got this and the White Ayurvedic Chai as a substitute for a mixture I enjoyed from Teavana. This Adagio substitute is better than the Teavana, in my humble opinion. It is also less expensive.

I like the milder kick of energy you get from a mate tea in general, and the bright spicy notes in this tea promote and energetic feeling as well.
It has a light fruity taste with a undertone of cinnamon. The highlight is the smell; where the cinnamon bark shines. Overall, it is a nice tea.

This is my favorite chai! I was disappointed when another tea chain went out of business because it was my favorite and I always got it there, so I’m so thankful to find adagio carries it!

Like to combine many teas...mixed this one with Raja Oolong Chai and Kona Pineapple...add rock sugar. Like the combination.

There is a spicy fruitiness to this, both in its aroma and--albeit less potently--in its flavor. I suspected I would love it as soon as I opened the bag and unleashed the powerful cinnamon scent. The taste is very well-balanced and smooth, and the apricot especially makes its presence known as the tea cools. What an interesting, delightful cup of tea!
Not exactly like Teavana's but a good approximation. I'd buy it again.

Ok, I have never tried the samurai mate from teavana so I have nothing to compare it to. That being said, I LOVE this tea. I drink mate a couple times a day and this is my new favorite. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! If you haven't tried it then you should. And stop comparing to teavana. I stopped using teavana years ago when I realized they put candied fruits or refined sugars in almost all of their herbal teas.
Interesting flavor - not my favorite, but I think I will try it iced and see if I like it more that way.

This is a very flavorful chai. I mix it with the other chai .
Great fruity flavor, fallowed by the big punch of caffeine. Good way to really get your motor running.
