Raspberry Patch Customer Reviews

Like fresh homemade jam: juicy and tart, slightly sweet, not overwhelmingly tangy and a lovely fragrance.

Great as an iced tea. I cold steep this for a couple of days to get most of the flavor our of this tea. I love it.

This is a nice raspberry tea, very smooth. Will likely repurchase.

This is very good for summer ice tea. Would buy again

This is another great raspberry tea I really enjoy it taste

Works well for cold brew - I may try this with some other flavors in the future.

Refreshing blend to meet all your iced tea needs for summer! Bet it would be good hot too!

Making this as an iced tea in the fridge produced a lovely red tisane that smelled very much of the raspberries in the name. The first sip was more along the lines of sweet and tart, but it was not sweet enough, so I added a packet of the rock sugar. Rather than making this taste sweeter, it seemed to bring out the tartness of the raspberries - not quite what I was going for, but it works for me.

Another one of my favorites. Wonderful candy-like fruit flavor. I sometimes combine it with Raspberry Green if I'm looking for a morning caffeine boost with a yummy raspberry flavor.

★★★★★

Fruity and floral aroma prior to steeping. Wow! Talk about a tart flavor; it woke my taste buds right up. Yet ,the apple give the tea just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be stocking this and look forward to trying it cold brewed. I think it would be really delicious iced.

I enjoyed raspberry patch. I wish it had just a bit more raspberry flavor

Nice and tart raspberry tea. Benefits well from the hibiscus for this flavor profile, and very tasty iced!

This is such a refreshing tea. My grown children adore it and are so happy when they see it ready in the fridge. I use 2 tsp per cup in my Ingenuitea and steep it for 5 mins and then resteep. Typically, I don't add additional tea to the resteep and the taste comes through strong and clear!

A very light colored tea. A smooth raspberry flavor. Not too tart. Very much enjoyed

★★★★★

This is excellent raspberry flavored tea. Smells like raspberry cheesecake, sweet and great both hot and cold. I am heavy on flavour so I always add 50% more tea to the cup.

Oh my god. This is great. But, listen, Hear me out - ICE THIS. Just try it. Thank me later.

★★★★★

Juicy-bright and tangy! Love mixing this with a strawberry or vanilla tea.

★★★☆☆

It’s really just okay. There is some weird “filmy”/artificial taste. I might regift it to a friend.

I was drinking a different herbal tea for years but It contained orange peels. I have developed gout and citrus can cause gout flare ups. So I ordered several herbal teas to sample. They were all good, but Raspberry Patch is my favorite. I like a strong cup of tea and this one is stronger than all of the other ones I tried. It's very flavorful. I also avoid sugar so I sweeten my tea with Stevia. It still tastes great. I'm happy I found this tea.

This is one of my favorite teas I’ve tried. I love it with freeze dried raspberries to really amp up the raspberry flavor. I love it

This reminds me of tea parties with my girls when they were younger I like it makes me happy

Mostly tart but certainly drinkable. It's not the flavor I mean when I think of raspberries though. I went with a 5 minutes steep; perhaps longer would give the apple pieces a chance to contribute some sweetness? Still looking for my ideal raspberry tea though.

I really enjoyed my sample of this tea. Delicious. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and tart, but not too tart, and tastes beautifully of raspberry. It also is a lovely raspberry red in color! I didn't try this iced, but I think it would be fantastic iced, with and without a bit of extra sweetener. This one just cries out to be a new summer iced favorite.

★★★★☆

The brew is a deep raspberry color, in addition to the flavor. Delightful iced and sweetened.

Today's packet opened to reveal an aroma of raspberries with a curiously sweet honey like scent. Steeping this tisane was as easy as pressing the herbal button for a 7 min douse at 212ºF.

The first sip is very berry like, yet extremely tart from the hibiscus. The difficulty was in discerning what's raspberry flavor and what's the sour hibiscus. I had to add some rock sugar to this one to even out that super tart hibiscus flavor. This resulted in a much more balanced cup that was similar to a light raspberry syrup. There was some synergy with the natural sweetness from the apple pieces, yet not enough to make it overly cloying.

If you like hibiscus 'zinger' style teas, and raspberry then this one's for you. I didn't really care for the hibiscus tartness, so I'll stick to my homemade raspberry syrup and the raspberry black tea.

Pretty good but as others said, it's not as raspberry as advertised and quite tart.

I have learned I don't care for hibiscus hot so I cold brewed my Communitea sample. It was the perfect blend of tart and sweet. Definitely one I would keep around.

MmmmMMmmMm yummy raspberry flavor!!! woeeeeweeee zowweeee

★★★★★

Raspberry herbal tea that is so refreshing iced! The flavor is fresh and fruity as if you whizzed berries in your tea. A little sweetener brings out the raspberry flavor and tames the tartness.

Oh wow, this is *really* good! I was completely prepared to hate this blend due to the sheer volume of hibiscus but the sweetness balances the tang so well!

Juicy, tart and caffeine free! I enjoyed this tea hot and iced with blue agave. Not sure if this is true, but I do like to look up the benefits of what I am drinking before I drink it. I liked what I read!
Raspberry tea info: Red raspberry leaf tea is also an excellent source of potassium. Studies have shown that potassium may help keep blood pressure in a health range and reduce the risk of stroke.

This tea is tart! Adding 1/2 tsp of monk fruit sweetener really helped. The color is a beautiful red. I expect this tastes much better iced.

What a pretty color! The smell from the packet is very tangy, and once brewed it tastes very close to the berry creme compote! A good alternative for the off-season. The raspberry is very strong and tart, but it's nice with a spot of sugar.

Today's CommuniTea Packet is raspberry patch, which was blended with rose hips, hibiscus, apple pieces, raspberry flavor and raspberries. It's pretty tea to look at, and it steeped to a deep purple. Despite the ingredients list heading off with rose petals and hibiscus, I didn't find either of those to be too strong. I'm going to order some and try it cold brewed. (Brewed in 12 ounces of 205F water for four minutes.)

Part of the May 2021 CommuniTEA box. Sweettart and delicious! This tastes like a sweet summer's in store!

Cold brew all the way I love the delicious flavor, you can taste the hibiscus but after a little honey it evens out quite well.

You could definitely tell that this was a raspberry tea! I found it to be a little on the tart side, maybe a bit less hibiscus? Although I drank it hot, I actually think this would make a better iced tea version, but because of the sourness, it would need a lot of sweetening up!

What a delicious tea! It smelled amazing from the second I opened the packet! And the flavor didn’t disappoint! What a wonderful raspberry flavor!

I adore raspberry as a flavor, so its no surprise that I liked this one!

Because I sampled this tisane through the CommuniTEA, I cannot speak to its taste hot as I chose to cold-steep my portion. In my case, that was a great decision as it really tempered any tartness that would have come from the hibiscus. Instead, I was able to enjoy a wonderful raspberry iced tea that had just enough tang to ring true to its namesake fruit. My cold version had the sweet richness of jam (without adding any sweeteners) but was just pleasantly tart enough to be reminiscent of a fresh raspberry. Delightful!

Smells and tastes wonderful. Lots of raspberry flavor. It's tart but sweetener tames the tartness.

My CommuniTea packet seemed a bit light today but the smell of raspberries was strong from the dry tea. Tea brewed to a beautiful red. Best way I can think to describe the taste is using wine terms: attack is tart hibiscus with a lingering raspberry finish.

Refreshingly fruity. My communiTEA packet was hibiscus forward. Very little raspberry flavor to mine. I love tart fruit so this was right up my alley. This tea brews to a lovely deep blood red. Wonderful fruity aroma, slight raspberry scent. I added a tsp of honey to help tame the hibiscus. I had the first half of my cup hot and the second half cold and it was delightful both ways. It reminds me somewhat of Adagios Blood Orange. Adagio really does fruit tisanes well, I just wish I could get a second steep out of them.

It’s a raspberry tea. I had to pick out some of the hibiscus because I don’t like it too tart. Works well iced. It’s a bit one note, but not bad.

Since this tea has no caffeine, I decided to wait till later in the day to review. The dark red color is full of fruity goodness. A bit of raspberry tartness was tamed with a touch of honey. I think this would really be even more refreshing chilled.

Wonderful sweet, fruity summer tea with a tart edge. I added a little sugar to balance out the tartness. Would make a great iced tea!

Enjoyable, a nice strong flavor that doesn't need additional sweetening.
I tried it hot but, I certainly feel it would make a lovely iced tea.

★★★★★

This hits an excellent balance between sweet and tart. I'm having it hot but this would make a fantastic iced tea, with some fresh mango pieces and an orange slice. Great fruity summer tea.

★★★★☆

This tea smelled 'raspberringly' delicious : ) I think I added too much water and diluted out the raspberry flavor. I would definitely try this again but ease up on the H2O! Happy Sipping!

Received in my communitea box. I don't like raspberries, but gave this a try anyway. Smelled sickly sweet when I opened the packet, but the resulting brew was so tart/sour I had to toss it. If you like raspberries, this is for you!
