★★★☆☆

The scent of pineapple and coconut greeted me when I first opened the packet of this tea, giving me high hopes. However, the amount of rose hips ended up dashing those hopes. Pineapple and coconut don't have very strong flavours, and after my usual 30 minute steeping, all I could taste was the rose hips. I have a naturally poorer than average sense of taste and smell, but even I was overwhelmed by the lack of pina colada flavour. This tea would be better if the rose hips (and possibly the hibiscus) were replaced by honeybush or something to give the pineapple and coconut a chance to shine.

This tea is really delicious! The pina colada balances well with the hibiscus. I am really enjoying it chilled, although I do use more like 3 t of tea for 16 oz of water

strong pineapple/coconut smell; the coconut flavor is a little more muted but still delicious

While this tea does taste really good it tastes more like a pineapple tea to me versus a pina colada tea. I didn t really notice much, if any coconut flavor. It is good and I will probably end up ordering it again in the future but it just doesn t have the coconut flavor I was hoping for.

Interesting, tasty herbal blend. A little more tart than I'd like. Not as much coconut or pineapple flavor as expected. Will try iced as I expect I'll like it more that way.

Delicious fruity tea. Can really taste the pineapple and coconut. I like this one even more when mixed with other fruit teas. It's very versatile.

A fruity, tropical tea whether hot or cold brewed. The pineapple and coconut are natural tasting and the first notes present upon tasting, though they are fainter than I would like. The hibiscus yields a nice red color and a red-fruit taste alongside the tropics but I find it to be overpowering the pineapple and coconut more than I would like. Even when cold brewed. Overall a lovely tea, that would go well with some rum!

This is great to blend with other teas. I've mixed it with green teas, black teas, pu-erh and herbal teas. It can really change the game for any tea you mix it with. I personally enjoy mixing it with Foxtrot the most.

This is a very fruity tea and while it does smell like Pina Colada I wouldn't necessarily say it tastes like it. Maybe it would be better served cold?

It's tropical and fruity with all the delicious notes of a Pina Colada! Just don't steep too long or it gets sour.

The tanginess of the pineapple tended to overpower the sweetness of the coconut instead of blending equally on the palate.

I liked this tea, but the pineapple coconut flavor was a little overwhelmed by the tart rose hips.

A bit artificial for me. It would probably taste better cold vs hot.

This is another great Adagio caffeine-free blend! It is very refreshing cold or iced. All my ice has melted now and it is just cold, but it's just as good. I added 3 teaspoons for 16oz to make sure and have a strong enough steep for ice tea. It has been perfect! I can taste the sweet fruit so I did not add any sweetener. I didn't drink this hot, but I sure loved it iced!

The smell of this is so strongly pina colada that it's actually a bit off-putting that it's so red in color. It tastes just like it smells as well. An amazing tea, cold or hot. 5 stars = one of my favorites.

Not a favorite. To pungent and strong. It has a very strong scent. Not like Pina colada though

Wow! The smell of this blend sends your senses on a tropical vacation. Once it is brewed it has a very intriguing taste that is hard to nail down, maybe it is the hibiscus? Not sure what that tastes like. However, I can taste the pineapple and apple but not the coconut. So the tea is pleasantly mild with both a sweet and tangy bite. I enjoyed this tea blend.

This smells so fruity and sweet and reminds me of a frozen cocktail on the beach. No sweetener needed but it becomes a dessert tea if you do add some.

This tastes exactly as the name states. The strong pineapple and coconut flavors make the resulting cup taste like a vacation. The hibiscus turns the cup a beautiful red color, and hits the spot for something sweet and indulgent.

Cold brewed overnight results in a very sweet concoction that is still very tropical and sweet. It tastes great 50/50 with seltzer for a spritzer, as well as a mixer with harder spirits.

This has a nice fruity, crisp flavor. Beautiful red color, and lovely aroma. I made a cup and was busy with something else, came back when it had cooled to find that it was very refreshing as a cooled drink. Will try this in warm weather as an iced tea.

I’m a lover of an icy pina colada on a hot summers day, but this tea, not so much. Once I opened the bag the smell from the tea itself is very strong and has a tropical/chemical smell. Even after resealing the bag the smell has permeated my tea cabinet. I tried it hot and it was bearable but not overly enjoyable. I thought it would be better iced, but I noticed that chemical smell/flavor even more when doing so. I know the flavoring says it’s natural but for some reason it has that fake smell and taste. Reminds me of a fruity nail polish remover. This one is a hard no for me.

The crazy weather had me wanting something hot, but non-caffeinated this evening, even with the headache that was brewing. I spent much longer than I planned looking through my stash, before settling on this tea. When I opened the pouch and the citrus notes came out, and I saw all the lovely little chunks of fruit, all I did was smile.

I brewed this a little strong, about an extra ¼ - ½ teaspoon. Overall it was a really pleasant tea, just this side of tangy from the hibiscus. While it was hot and even while warm the flavors were more subtle and almost softer, but as it cooled down and eventually got coldish, the tartness and stronger flavors became more apparent, but it never got overpowering or where I wanted to tone anything down. It was a little more engaging than I planned but I was still smiling when I finished my mug, and already thinking about brewing it again in the future.

Got this in a sampler set and have since been buying it in the largest bags possible! I brew it twice (first time 3-5 mins, then 5-10+) and it makes so much tea, and is so good! I'm not sure if it's true to it's name, as I haven't drinken in years, but the flavor is amazing!! I drink at least a few cups a day, and always make it in large batches to keep in the fridge. I add a small amount of honey, but I also like things extra sweet.

The flavors are all there, but it seems as if the ratios are off. The hibiscus was the strongest flavor by far. I'd prefer more pineapple and coconut flavor.

You need more tea than suggested to make it taste really pina colada-y. Warning: Not safe during pregnancy b/c of the hibiscus.
