This is a delicious tea, the smell is nice, and it is a cool color :) I highly recommend it!

Very refreshing and mildly sweet. No one flavor overtook the others.

too sweet and flowery for our taste, smells great though...

drinking this tea made me feel as though I was in the tropics. what a great flavor

This will now be a staple. Such an excellent herbal tea. I get pina colada: pineapple and coconut galore. Somehow they seem to get a heavier body in here too. If I was nitpicking, I would like the color to be more in line with the drink but, this is excellent.

very great pina colada flavor, without adding rum, the subtle flavor notes are very present and an absolute joy

Tastes just as described. Fruity, creamy, tropical, smells amazing!

2022: This experience was much the same, wayyy too heavy on the hibiscus, and I’m not sure this tea needs it.
2021: I enjoy pineapple a lot and coconut a little. The combination of the two works well here and produces a harmonious piña colada flavor… but holy hibiscus! My cup today stepped to the brightest, deepest red I’ve seen since Cupid’s Cup. I did not expect that or the sour-tart it delivered. This would have been a perfectly lovely piña colada cup without.

The piña colada flavor in this one is more than present. The tea itself actually tastes like a piña colada mix. I don’t think this is meant to be a hot tea, as I couldn’t imagine drinking it warm.

The hibiscus is a central flavor in this tea but you also can't miss the pina colada. I cold brewed overnight and served iced.

This is a naturally sweet and fruity tea. I’m transported to a tropical vacation! I like it cold brewed.

It's decent. while I like pineapple and coconut in iced tea, the florals just don't mix as well for me

Cold brewed for 6 hours, and added a bit of simple syrup to sweeten it up. The dry blend smells just like a pina colada- all that's missing is the rum! Pineapple and coconut flavors were perfect, though I found the hibiscus just a touch too bitter.

An enjoyable iced tea year round. I love the bright red color it turned after steeping ingredients of my CommuniTea packet in fridge overnight. I could raste the hibiscus and citrusy flavors, though couldn't specifically identify them as pineapple and coconut.

The coconut and pineapple are detectable in this tea but the hibiscus just completely overpowers everything. I think a black tea base wound have been better for a more true Pina colada flavor. If you go into it looking for a tropical tasting tea then this might work for you, but to me the name isn't accurate to the actual flavor I got after brewing it.

Had this tea as a sample awhile ago and liked it then so I was happy to see it today in the CommuniTEA box. I had it iced with honey to sweeten it and enjoyed it very much. It's a very pretty colour thanks to the hibiscus and delightful to sip.

Coconut, despite all others in this, is the main star. Adding a little agave helped the pineapple grow bolder and also bring out a hint of hibiscus zing.

I cold brewed this tea. At first I didn't taste much of the coconut but the more I drank it the more the coconut flavor came out.

CommuniTEA portion: cold steeped for 16+ hours. Beautiful deep red/pink color. I could definitely get Pina colada aroma and initial taste. The hibiscus gave me more tartness than I cared for but it balanced out with each sip. It's good for one summer cup but I think that would be my limit because of the tart.

I'm glad I cold brewed this one, it is very tart but I'm ok with that in a cold drink. Tasty coconut and pineapple is always a winning combo!

Tasty tropical vacation in a mug! Too tart on its own, but perfection with a dash of agave added. I enjoyed this both hot and then iced on the 2nd steep. Adding to my wish list! 🍹🌴

The main thing I got from this one in my CommuniTEA packet was a lot of pineapple flavor with a hint of coconut. Not bad overall, and I’m definitely going to try it cold.

I really like this tea. It’s a nice cool, refreshing drink for the hot summer weather. I cold-brewed it due to concern for the possible bitterness from the hibiscus. I noted some bitterness but it was not too much. I initially tasted the coconut, which I like, and as the chill came off, the pineapple taste was noted. I don’t like to add sweetener to my tea but several others have commented that they did with good results. I think I’ll get a small pouch to have on hand for occasional treats.

Brews up to be a gorgeous red color. Another delicious fruity herbal tea blend! I brewed it hot in my IngenuiTea and let it cool before pouring over ice. In my cup I taste natural sweetness from prominently pineapple and coconut. Aftertaste slightly tangy Hibiscus and sweet pineapple. Delicious!

This tea was a perfect blend of coconut, pineapple and hibiscus flavor. I drank this one iced with some sweetner and the tropical flavors came through beautifully.

Pina colada but somehow rosehips and hibiscus. I wouldn’t think that would work but it does! Fabulous iced summer blend, definitely adding a bag of this one to my next order.

Tart hibiscus and rose hip combine playfully with pineapple on the front of the sip, fading gently into sweet, creamy coconut. These flavors are the real deal - no artificial taste to be found in this tea. I cold brewed my sample, and I can't wait cold brew it by the pitcher next summer! I could sip this all day.

I loved this tea! I taste the sweetness of the pineapple and coconut and the tartness of the 🌺 and rosehip. Blended beautifully. I drank it hot with no sweetener

It is not your frozen pina colada but a red flower infused variation of the original alcohol version. Fun for summer.

Holy coconuts is this tea a winner! It's simply delicious and a perfect summer brew! I love the tartness and the mix of pineapple and coconut flavors. Truly a tropical temptress I like it iced AND warm. Put on some Jimmy Buffett and hope it doesn't rain! Happy Sipping!

UPDATE: 7/10/22 Still an awesome tea! But how the heck did I get through 46 years of life not knowing it wasn't Jimmy Buffett who sang this song? My deepest apologies to Rupert Holmes. Whoopsie.

The truth is, all you have to do to get me to like something is add coconut. And coconut and pineapple go perfectly together.

Delicious pina colada flavor. This is only mildly tart from the rose hips and hibiscus. It tasted mostly like pineapple with a little creaminess from the coconut. I enjoyed this hot and iced and it was great both ways. I’d get this again.

I wasn't expecting to like this as much as I did! The coconut scent is sweet and the flavour of it drives back much of the tartness I associate with hibiscus, though not to the point where there are no fruity sweet flavours left in the drink. I might have to pick this up properly at a later date.

Smells exactly like a piña colada, and the flavour is pretty darn close as well. Coconut is more distinctly noticeable than the rose or pineapple as a hot tea, but the impression of sweetness that I assume is from the pineapple is also present. Not actually sweet, just mimics it. This would also be a beautiful iced tea.

A terrific tropical tea for pineapple coconut fans. It’s great hot or cold with lots of delectable pineapple flavor and a touch of coconut taste that smooths. The rose hips and hibiscus chime in perfectly to boost the wonderful sassy pineapple flavor. This tea brews into a beautiful dark garnet liquor that easily showcases added decorative fruit or fruit laden skewers. It's a colorful and tasty summer sipper.

My CT packet had 4 g / 2 rounded tsp of chunky loose tea with apple pieces, plenty of rose hips, hibiscus, and a few pineapple pieces. I added the missing coconut flake and brewed 12 oz. at 212*F for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to fully bloom. The beautiful dark red liquor became a true tropical delight with a sweetener add. A drizzle of agave brightened the pineapple flavor and brought out the coconut taste more. The rose hips and hibiscus were just enough and harmonized with the pineapple and coconut flavors well. Chilled, this tisane makes a terrific and refreshing iced tea for those extra hot sizzlin' days. It's one of the best tropical blends Adagio offers.

UPDATED from 7/10/21: ahh - the smell of coconut permeates the air as the CommuniTEA packet opens. It steeps into the brightest, candy red color.
'If you like pina caladas, and getting caught in the rain...' Well actually I don't like pina caladas, (and this morning I did get caught in the rain) but the flavor of this tea is so fabulous - due to the full bodied flavor and zingy tartness. I love strong flavored herbals and this is a hit with me! As good as it was hot, as so many other reviewers have said - it is Fabulous on ice! I add 1/4 teaspoon of stevia sweetener - and I am now on an island vacation. It tastes like a fancy tropical drink (without the alcohol). This does NOT handle a second infusion well - very little color or flavor - so this is a one time brew tea. (10 mins @ 212ºF + sweetener)

I am not a fan of the overwhelming coconut flavor. Plus the strong red color seemed out of place.

I wasn't expecting it to be so coconutty! The pink color is a pleasant surprise as well. I drank it iced and unsweetened, but I think adding a bit of simple (or even pineapple) syrup would really bring out the tropical flavors. Perfect for a hot summer day!

When you can't get the real (virgin because I don't drink alcohol) version, this is the next best thing.

This is a decent iced tea, and I prefer it iced to hot. It's also true to flavor and very much tastes like a pina colada. This is getting a four more for personal preferences than tea quality. I like a good pina colada, but there are some days when it's just a little too sweet or cloying a flavor. If I've got a pitcher full and I'm not in the mood for the flavor, it becomes a bit more of a chore to drink.

I'm not overly fond of coconut, so wasn't too sure about this one when I ordered it, but the description sounded interesting. Fixed it as a cold brew tea, and was absolutely delighted by it! There is definitely a hint of coconut, as well as pineapple, leading to an overall taste and scent of a relaxing island vacation. Definitely will be ordering this one again!!

It tastes exactly like pina colada. I boiled water then steeped it for 10 min. I like to put it on ice after that and add a little sweetner.

A delicious pineapple coconut tea with just the right amount of tartness from the hibiscus. Add a little sugar and it tones down the tartness. This tastes better cold brewed.
