Smells and tastes like toothpaste. My drain had more of this cup than I did.

Adding to my old review... I love mint teas! The peppermint is great with a little honey...gives you that cool sensation ... like those york peppermint patty commercials😃

2/22/20- Very nice! I love adding peppermint to other teas.

You can never go wrong with this all-time classic. Straight up or blended with other teas/add-ons, peppermint adds that nice cooling effect when sipped. Not too medicinal nor too bold, just very calming.

Hot or iced, its one of those teas you must have in your pantry all year long.

Personally I like to mix it with a bit of chamomile for times when I have an upset stomach or am too bloated.

Other times I like to mix it with cocoa nips for that Chicago Frango/ Peppermint patties effect.

You can seriously never go wrong with this tea.

I think I would much prefer this if I had a cold or wasn’t feeling well, but it was just to minty to really enjoy for me.

I love love love love love peppermint in my tea! :) By itself, mixed in a blend...even brewed with my coffee :) So yes...5 stars for this! peppermint is awesome! My favorite? Peppermint added to a black tea blend with a bit of SF chocolate syrup (I use Torani sf dark choc) and non dairy creamer (I can't have milk)...makes a great tea based peppermint mocha latte! :)

A nice peppermint tea- fresh and crisp, light and sweet. Definitely one of the better peppermint teas I've had, greener and brighter than most leaves for sale in stores. The leaves are slightly more oxidized than those from tea companies boasting their own peppermint farms in the Pacific Northwest, producing a tea with more depth, less astringency, and, in my opinion, a preferable flavor profile. Teabag peppermint quickly gets a stale, mildew aftertaste, but Adagio peppermint stays fresh. Growing your own mint might bring you an even fresher tea, but you can't beat Adagio for the next best in freshness and perhaps a more pleasing tea overall.

Update: Enjoyed a the peppermint tea this morning with some cocoa blended in. Mellowed out the peppermint and it was delish!
Nice strong peppermint flavor. Brings on that holiday feeling. Goes great with holiday chocolates too! Great cup of tea especially if you like strong mint.

This tea has a full peppermint aroma and taste. Peppermint makes a great holiday tea, but it’s also relaxing and stomach-soothing at any time.

This is so soothing hot and refreshing iced. You really can't go wrong. It doesn't need sweetener but is very good either way. Highly recommend.

The perfect mint treat you can drink any time. A little goes a long way so it can be used in small amounts when blending or as an accent. @adagioteas

This tea is wonderful. I was sick and it was easy to drink. Don’t steep it to long. I steep it for 5 minutes only, or it’s to strong.

This is a great peppermint! I’m not generally a fan of peppermint on its own, but love to use it in blends. My go-to soother is a blend of 3 parts vanilla rooibos to 2 parts peppermint with a little sweetener and a small splash of vanilla soy milk or vanilla creamer.

It is really good, but I prefer the sweetness of spearmint over the spiciness of the peppermint.

Wonderful high quality Peppermint to steep by itself and is strong enough to blend with other teas. It is true each cuppa has a cooling, crisp aroma, deeply refreshing flavor, and smooth finish. I love that there is no added oils or sweeteners in Adagio's peppermint. It is just that good by itself!

I am 100% a mint person and this is the best peppermint tea I have ever had. Hands down. No question.

I use peppermint tea to help my chronic nausea. It definitely helps take the edge off and allows my stomach to settle down. though I usually let it cool to lukewarm before drinking for this purpose. I do also enjoy it hot on a normal day. Also strongly recommend mixing with hot chocolate

I just received this yesterday. I had an upset tummy for the past 2 days. So I made this last night. It really helped. It smells like a peppermint stick. I love this! I will order again. I steeped it for about 4 minutes.

I love this peppermint tea. I typically only drank the David's Tea loose leaf peppermint previously and I'll never go back. This is just such a crisp, whole, genuine flavour that I love so much. Also the price! Can't complain about that :)

Refreshing and lovely. Great with a book on a snow day.

The peppermint has a good and refreshing flavor to it. I normally want my tea with tea in it, and wouldn’t typically choose to drink this as is, but I received this sample in the communitea box. I don’t think it’s fair to give it a lower rating based on my own preferences when the product itself is good.

Incredibly soothing peppermint sensation! I love the minty feel as something refreshing and calming to the stomach and the mind. I can’t help but close my eyes with every sip just to turn off one of my senses to heighten the taste of it a little more!

High quality minty tea. I enjoy spearmint a touch more, but this does not disappoint at all. Love this for sinus headaches and when I have heartburn. I enjoy this blended with gunpowder for a smooth, minty, and refreshing cup. The whole family enjoys this tea on its own or blended. Steeped 212° for 7 mins. Cheers!

I mean, it's hard to go wrong with straight peppermint. This tisane has the classic peppermint flavor one would expect, but I was surprised by the depth of this tea. Under the clean sweetness, there's a dark hint of bitterness, reminiscent, appropriately, of chocolate. Though I generally don't feel compelled to sweeten peppermint tea, a little sweetener goes well in it, naturally. A second steep has less potency but still has the suggestion of peppermint.
