The tea has a great scent, at a heaping tsp per cup the tea is weak, but I’ll try it with more tea. The ginger flavor and scent is much more prominent then the lemongrass’s.
Really nice tea using double the amount of tea.
Zesty lemongrass and ginger blend with soothing peppermint and licorice root to provide a therapeutic cup of tea to help guide you through this coming cold and flu season.

Really nice tea using double the amount of tea.
my go to tea in the summer iced, or in the winter as a nice pick me up warm. ginger brings a nice warmth and the lemongrass acts as a citrusy base.
This is a warm, unexpectedly cozy tea. Definitely recommend if you're feeling a little under the weather or just need a nice little cup of something in the evening. :)
Great combination...really did not know what to expect from this one..wanted a good lemon tea but saw the added respiratory health benefits and said yes that's the one! This tea has a smooth lemon-ginger combo with lemon being very strong with the licorice and peppermint being very subtle. I made it a double and sipped on it all morning. Appeared to help that mild morning post nasal drip often evident first thing in the morning. Love the fact that it is a long steeping time. I left the tea bags in until i sipped the last of it and it was great.Thumbs up on this one.
Very earthy flavor with a little spiciness from the ginger, very nice
Simple, but great lemon flavor. It is relatively cheap as well so it is easy to keep a large amount on hand.
This has a strong ginger flavor, so go for it if you like it. Add a dash of sugar if you like a gingery sweet flavor.
I wasn't a fan of this one. I wish I was, I didn't really get much of a lemon more ginger. I only tried a one cup sample perhaps adding a wedge of lemon or lemon juice might have changed my mind.
Delicious! We loved all the unique flavor profiles in this one. Ended up being one of my top favorite flavors from the bunch we bought.
Great non caffeine tea for evening or night time drinking. Wonderful lemon and ginger mixture of flavor, well balanced between the two.
Not bad. Not as good as double ginger. The lemon grass and ginger are both a little too subtle.
A niced, balanced herbal tea. The ginger is definitely the predominant flavor, and then lemongrass. It doesn't have a strong identifiable flavor as 'licorice' per se, but there is definitely an earthiness that the lemongrass contributes to. Personally, I like a little more citrus flavor; if there were a bit of lemon peel in the blend, that would bump it up to five stars for me, but still a pleasant drink.
I had a cold and this tea helped me get over it quickly. The smell is amazing and the flavor is very subtle.
i love lemongrass and the ginger gives it a nice kick!
Lemongrass ginger will make you feel refreshed and revitalized. This zingy blend has a citrusy aroma of lemongrass and ginger, and a smooth and spicy taste of ginger, licorice, and peppermint. The lemongrass and ginger add a touch of freshness, while the licorice and peppermint add a touch of sweetness and coolness.
Great for when you’re feeling under the weather. I can really only taste the ginger, which isn’t bad - just wish there were a tad more complexity.
This is a great tea for the afternoon or evening when you want something warm, but you don't the caffeine to keep you up at night.
I've been looking for a good lemon ginger tea and this one has ended that search! Very satisfying. I will order more to make lemon ginger kombucha.
My all time most favorite tea. I used to drink another brand, but since I've tried this, I haven't been back. This is a warm, comforting tea. Best when I want to snuggle on the couch and relax.
Lovely flavor! Bright ginger. Mellow lemongrass and licorice make a refreshing no caff drink for late night or any time you want a soothing lift.
I drink this tea almost every night outside of the summer. It is exactly what I'm looking for in an evening tea.
This is a nice caffeine-free drink and is warm and comforting. Even steeped for a long time the flavor is somewhat mild. I try not to add sweeteners to my teas, but this one is definitely better with some honey. Especially my lemon-ginger honey that I make for winter. This isn't an every day warmer for me, but it's a nice change of pace.
Simple soothing warm
Lemongrass and ginger is soothing without feeling like a medicinal tea. Enjoyed with lots of honey and lemon
This tea helps calm my tummy while the lemon soothes my throat. I have allergies, so often congested and in winter my throat gets dry, the lemon is soothing.
If you want lemon ginger tea, this will do you. Both those flavors come through powerfully, and it's great with honey.
Meh. It's a nice flavor, but I found it a bit too quiet of a flavor for my palette . I like something with a bit more body
This is one of my new favorites. It’s good hot or iced. No sweetener needed. It has excellent flavor.
I love the ginger flavor. It tastes so fresh.
It's a great tea for the evenings.
I wish this tea had a little more flavor, it needs a boost of more ginger and lemon.
Tried this in a small sample. I had to buy a larger amount. Really love the lemon and ginger!
Perfect for calming the mind and an upset tummy! The flavors are balanced in my opinion, the ginger isn't overwhelming. A repeat purchase.
It's so naturally sweet and the taste is so much better than I expected! The ginger doesn't overpower anything in the tea which makes it delightful. I like drinking a nice warm cuppa at night before bed and it helps me relax and keep my tummy warm. <3
Brewed this at 212, then stuck my Simplicity in the fridge chill. This method really pulled out the ginger flavor with lemongrass playing second fiddle. Fortunately, I like ginger and there was just enough lemon flavor to make this herbal very tasty chilled.
Not sure why I haven’t reviewed this before, I’ve had it in my cabinet for a long while and drank it many times. This was a welcome treat tonight as I sit to unwind after a long day outside. My allergies are ramped up and this is soothing to my throat. I love lemongrass and ginger, even added a bit more ginger to mine. The mint is very light, just enough to give a cooling sensation. I didn’t even taste the licorice, which is shocking since I added extra of that too. I like this one better warm and either as a bedtime cup or when I’m feeling under the weather. (200° for 7 minutes)
Not a bad tea to end the day. A bit more lemon to counter the spice of the ginger would have hit my pallet better. CT 9/9/2023.
Of the lemon offerings I've had from Adagio, this is probably the best. But, that's not saying much. I still didn't finish the cup as it tasted like a Hall's honey lemon cough drop to me. If I had a chest cold I 'might' consider this - but honestly I think I'd feel worse drinking something I didn't love while sick. So this is a no-go for me.
I LOVE Ginger <3 This is such a nice tea! Great for my current cold! Exactly what I needed tonight.
On the first sip, lemongrass stands out with its citrusy brightness, but as the brew cools the ginger comes out more leaving a spicy burn on the tongue. Though the lemongrass tempers ginger’s bite, this concoction has less natural sweetness than either lemongrass alone or double ginger, so it’s good with a little sweetener (e.g. honey) which helps the lemongrass stand up to the ginger’s dominance as it cools. Interestingly, some of the other ingredients in this tea - the peppermint and licorice - are lost because the ginger and lemongrass are so strong. Yet, that might be why I wouldn’t mind drinking this tea even if I wasn’t feeling ill: its taste is not overwhelmingly medicinal. (5+ minutes @ 212°F)
This tea has the perfect amount of zing! It’s refreshing and delicious.
The spice of the ginger was a bit much for me with this tea; the flavor was nice, but the bite of the ginger cut through the blend and made the cup overall a touch less soothing than I would have liked.
I really like this blend, lemon, genger and hint of peppermint. It's very soothing. Wish the second steep was just as strong.
Not crazy about this herbal tea.
The peppermint was seeping through the ginger and lemongrass too much for my taste buds. I kept waiting for licorice to save the day, but no such luck. I would probably reach for this if I was feeling under the weather because the taste would not matter.
For now, there are more appetizing herbal teas to be found.
Nice balance of ginger and lemongrass. Good flavor and refreshing and invigorating to drink. With honey is also nice but much mellower in flavor. Would have it again. (8 min @ 212)
Soothing lemon and ginger aroma. I love this combination. The ginger adds a lovely spiciness I added a little honey
The lemon and ginger go very well together. A little coolness from the peppermint is a nice balance. A very refreshing herbal.
Zinga ding it sings
Of gingery things it rings
Lightened by lemon

My reaction to this tea was what a nice tea to drink when you're not feeling well. A peppery ginger mixes well with the lemon.
This is a nice lemony and refreshing tea. I wouldn’t have minded a little more ginger but the lemongrass was just right.
I love lemon grass and I love ginger. So I was pretty sure I was going to like this tea. And I was right. These flavors go so well together.
Very pleasant lemon tea. The ginger gives it a mild bite.
