This is my new favorite tea! The subtle lemony notes add complexity to the robust ginger flavor, perfect for cold mornings and stomach upsets. The tea when brewed has a really powerful gingery aroma too, which is a lovely surprise compared to the aroma of the dried tea in the bag.

In love with this flavor. Refreshing, clean tasting. Mind clearing.

Ok for starters I really dislike ginger, but will try to be as unbiased as possible in review. I gave it 3 stars as I felt the peppermint was a welcome flavor and offset the strong ginger decently though I would have loved more mint. The lemongrass was a great base flavor that was present throughout entire cup. I definitely can see why the general consensus is that this is a great tea when you aren't feeling well. Steeped 212° for 10 min.

Sniffing the cup before drinking I could definitely smell ginger and licorice. Drinking it definitely seemed medicinal. It was ok. 212F at five minutes.

Great ginger tea! I’m glad I steeped it for the full amount of time. It came out great.

If you like ginger lemon teas you'll probably like this. Assertive and feels healthy without tasting too medicinal.

I was rather eager to try it based on the description, until I saw that it includes licorice. Licorice is one of those ingredients that I'd much rather eat than drink, as the mouthfeel is entirely different. Thankfully this is drinkable compared to other blends I've had that include licorice and doesn't leave my mouth numb and make swallowing painful. I'm sure if I had brewed it for any longer than 5 minutes that would be another story, however!

I really like this tea- the ginger is well balanced and not overwhelming.

Lightly lemon, with a bit of bitter and a somewhat strong ginger spice. Looking for something with a stronger flavor, but I will brew with more tea > water ratio next time.

The ginger was not overpowering in this blend, which surprised me. I was also surprised that it tasted good cold.

★★★★☆

Good tea. We like it when we are sick or feeling “off”. I taste both lemongrass and ginger but neither are too overpowering. We added some ginger infused honey & it was the perfect combo!

A light and refreshing herbal tea. Perfect after a long day, but not for anything heavy. The light notes of ginger and lemon perfectly come through with a few fruity notes. Very good!

★★★★☆

I like ginger tea to have some oomph, and this just met that criterion while striking a nice balance with the lemongrass, which struck me as a thoughtful addition. Will certainly enjoy occasionally in the future.

I mix lemongrass with some of my black teas. The lemongrass ginger just gives it an extra punch. It is also good by itself.

★★★★★

Loved this. I bought it as a sample and it tastes very good.

This has quickly become one of my morning favorites for teas. It is well-balanced while still opening the airways on cold winter mornings!

So easy on my body. Love that flavor. I can’t think of what to say. I always take them with me when traveling

★★★★★

One of my favorites. Steep longer to get stronger ginger flavor. I love to drink it especially when I feel sick.

★★★★★

Tried the Lemongrass Ginger for the first time last night and was extremely surprised at how tasty it was. Sick or healthy this is definitely going to stay in my tea rotation.

★★☆☆☆

I am not a ginger fan, so I was surprised that this became one of my favorites. The lemongrass keeps this tea nice and light, and the ginger adds some fun spiciness.
Update: I ordered a sample size of this tea. I was disappointed to find that the ginger zing from the individual portion was not present in the sample size. This leads me to believe there may be issues with consistency, at least with this tea.

Love this tea. Perfect to warm up with in the winter with its gingery, lemony warmth. It also smells amazing. I will definitely get this one again.

This was good but I was hoping for more of a lemon flavor similar to Lemon Balm tea. It was a very light flavor and the second time I made it I used double the amount and that was better. Perhaps it would make a better iced tea.

★★★★★

A very calm tea with a strong ginger taste. It's a good blend between the different flavors, each complimenting each other.

★★★★☆

Heavier on the ginger than lemongrass. The lemongrass and other flavors are extremely mild (almost non-existent) in comparison.

★★★★☆

My husband enjoys this. It's more flavorful and smoother than any store-bought tea bag. This will be a staple during any sick-season.

★★★★★

My daughter loves this tea when she is feeling sick. Add in some honey and it's wonderful at soothing those unwanted ailments.

Lemongrass and ginger are 2 of my favorite tea flavors so find in them together makes this gal super happy. The lemongrass just adds such a wonderful boost to the ginger that plain lemon just doesn’t have. This tea is in my top 5.

Lemongrass Ginger tea is a wonderfully soothing and invigorating blend. The lemongrass brings a fresh, citrusy brightness, while the ginger adds a warm, gentle spice that’s both comforting and uplifting. Together, they create a perfect balance of flavor, making this tea ideal for relaxation or a refreshing pick-me-up!

This is my go to when I am sick. I am not a fan of ginger at all but the lemongrass gives it a nice refreshing, herbal
Taste that is perfect with honey. It has helped me with feelings of sore throat, Cold, and upset stomach. A staple tea in my household without tasting too medicinal.

I enjoyed this tea, it was on the spicy side due to the ginger, but still a good, relaxing cup. I steeped it at 212* for 5 minutes; I don’t think I would go longer than that or it might be too spicy. I would have this tea again but it’s still not my favorite.

CommuniTEA sample: steeped at 5 minutes for the first cup at 212 F. This tea was good for multiple infusions! Currently drinking my third, which I steeped for 12 minutes. All of them I felt it was more heavy on the ginger and licorice notes than the lemon grass, but they all had nice aspects to them. The peppermint started coming through more in the second and third infusion. The first had enough lemongrass that it reminded me of some savory broths, but I still liked it over all. Adding honey helped overcome the savory notes and I like how strong the ginger is.

I honestly don't know which is better with this tea, the smell or the taste. I save the packets from the most outstanding of my communitea samples, and this one is definitely joining the pile of 'needs to be purchased'. 10/10 would recommend!

was worried the ginger and licorice flavors would make me dislike this, because usually i like lemongrass. Lemongrass and ginger were very upfront for me.. peppermint and licorice together is just odd for me. I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA October box.

I like this one! If you don't like lemongrass or ginger, then this one won't be for you, but I think it is a nice blend, soothing and relaxing. It does have a kick from the ginger, but the lemongrass plays really well with it. I thought it was going to be medicinal tasting, and maybe to some it is, but I thought it was nice!

Ohhh yeahhhhh. All the ginger is in here, and it goes perfectly with the lemongrass. I didn’t notice the other ingredients much, but that’s okay. I steeped it a loooong time to amp up the ginger, and it worked great.

This seemed to be very strong on the lemongrass. That's the fragrance that I noticed first. Not much peppermint detected. The ginger adds a nice bite. But I would not drink this just for an enjoyable tea. Maybe if I had a cold and needed something soothing. Added honey and lemon.

This tea had lemongrass, ginger, and peppermint, which I was not expecting to blend as well as it did.

WOW does this one have a zing to it! Ginger dominant, thought I can taste the lemongrass and just a bit of peppermint.

This is one of the first Adagio herbal teas I tried and I absolutely love it, I don't think I could go back to a store bought bag ginger tea again. I brewed at 204 for 5 minutes (usually get two steps from this) and add in half a teaspoon of honey. This will be my go to sore throat fix for winter.

Yep for me this is a medicinal tea; high quality as in it’s exactly what it says it is and nothing extra. Tastes nice.

I think I've had it before and loved it; love anything with ginger usually. saving it for when and if I'm sick this winter.

Ooo. The weather has been crazy here, and this tea is really hitting the spot. Smooth and sweet lemon flavor up front, and a sharp ginger bite at the end that sits in the back of your throat. Great with a cold day or a cold without being too medicinal.

This tea was milder than I was expecting. Pleasant still, but a lot milder.
2024 update: I've noticed that when the tea is hot, it is very ginger forward. As it cools down a lot, then I can pick up the lemongrass and licorice flavors with the bite of ginger still there. I seem to like this tea a lot more now than before. Enjoy!

Great additive to other teas. The lemongrass flavor is so fresh. I like to add it to the Thai chai for extra lemongrass flavor.
