Honestly, this could be a tad stronger. I remember lemongrass tea straight from the plant so I was perhaps expecting too much. Maybe it's one of those that we need a bigger quantity and more time?

I like to mix this with other teas such as Thai tea and Turmeric Bliss to add a subtle lemon flavor.
I combine this with either hibiscus or lemon balm and make a nice and refreshing tisane. Having it on its own is fine to, a little goes a long way. You could use this for Thai cooking too but I would put in some cheese cloth because it is small stems,
Well, to me, lemongrass is just lemongrass. I snatched up a sample as my daughter likes to smell lemon. The lemon lavender is getting low in our household. We already have a sample of lavender inclusion. This will work extend the life of our existing lemon lavender bag. I'm ready to move onto summer drinks (iced teas, fruits, etc.). The May sale is tempting, but I'm not going there.

I love this, I put plenty into a cup & let steep with hot water & it is a caffeine free yummy tea, similar in taste to green tea with no bitterness & a lemony smoothness.
It does call for 2 spoonfuls per cup, so make sure to steep with more tea for a stronger flavor

This is more mild than what I usually drink...usually mixes with a lot of flavor. It s ok on its own, but I like adding it to other teas for a bit more flavor. I got this specifically to add to the 40 winks tea to mellow out the valerian, and it works quite well for that!

I love lemongrass, but this is the first time I've had it on its own. I think I prefer it mixed with other flavors. This is the first time I've gotten that 'fruity pebbles' flavor that someone else mentioned, haha. I haven't tried it with honey, though; that might help.
This tea is very relaxing and easy to drink. I will keep it on hand for when I need to relax.
I was pleasantly surprised by this tea! It’s mild and delicious! The lemongrass is not overpowering, like I worried it would be. My husband tried it and liked it as well. He said, “This would be perfect to poach fish!” It would be. We both give it 2 thumbs up!
