Tastes like a natural version of lemon. Great mixer. Deserves some honey.
Native of Southeast Asia, with delicate Meyer lemon flavor, a hint of sweet ginger and uplifting floral aroma.

Tastes like a natural version of lemon. Great mixer. Deserves some honey.
Good for an upset stomach. I've been using it in a blend for a queasy migraine.
Lemon grass is a great herbal tea! I drink it alone or mixed with other teas for a sweet lemony flavor.
This is really good and really refreshing. The smell is especially great. I like it with a little bit of honey.
This tea is very nice on its own. It's light and sweet.
Got this for a sore throat and it does the job just fine. I am not usually a huge fan of lemon in tea but this soothes my throat perfectly, so I will put it to good use. A very herbal, natural lemon taste, without being overbearing.
I haven't tried it by itself, but this is fantastic blended with spearmint!
Not the strongest taste so I would suggest steeping for longer or with more tea leaves than recommended.
This was a gift for some friends, and the flavour was exactly what one of them wanted.
I like having lemon grass around for herbal blends but otherwise it doesn't get me quite as excited as Adagio's other options. Still, for those nights when you just want a relaxing herbal tea it's an essential ingredient
This is a great tea by itself or mixed with others, even great for cooking! I definitely recommend keeping some of this in your pantry!
It turns out green! And its literally GRASS! Its kinda cool! And very good :)
This tea is such a strange and interesting flavor. It's extremely lemony and herby. I got used to it really quickly, though. And it's really good if you have an upset stomach.
I really love this tea. It's lemony but not tart. Perfect hot or cold. Second steep is a bit weak but I started just sticking it in the fridge to cool down and enjoying it cold.
Distinct light flavor, not too overpowering. Very soothing.
I love this stuff! It's great for blending with other teas, like honeybush or chamomile, but it's also terrific on its own! It reminds me of freshly baked lemon bars or something. Mmm...
A subtle citrus flavor comes through followed by a very grassy flavor. very Herbal and delicious.
I WANT TO DRINK THIS EVERY DAY. I was a teeny bit skeptical when I opened the package, because the smell seemed like it'd be a bit too much grass and not enough lemon to my taste, but after it finished brewing it smelled like a lemon drop. I put in a teaspoonful of sugar and it's perfect!
Yummy, exotic, and very different. Although I don't usually use sugar in my tea, I highly recommend trying this with some brown sugar. Mmmm, hits just the right note.
Bright, crisp and clean. Not too overpoweringly pungent or 'lemongrassy'... if that makes any type of sense. Mixed with chamomile makes for a lovely, not-too-stimulating cuppa.
Would definitely recommend as a staple blending tea.
This is great stuff. It has a lemon flavor, but it has a unique take on it. It strong cup of this seemed to soothe some stomach pain. In addition to drinking it on it's own, I like to mix this in with a green or oolong tea.
I loved the smell, but I suppose I was looking for a more citrus-like taste. All in all, still a good tea.
I use this tea to mix with a variety of flavored rooisbos teas and black tea. I always keep at least a sample on hand for mixing.
I just like smelling the bag, okay. Very energizing. The taste, too - so bright and clean. Goes incredibly in blends (with pretty much everything, I find), but maybe not so much on its own?
I never would have expected that lemongrass tea would be so...good. Very lemony, but not sour. Personally, I'm not a lemon person, but this is enjoyable. The scent is a bit flowery but the taste is fruitier. Brewed at half the recommended. I'm really looking forward trying this with spearmint and seeing what happens.
Although I've only had it once on its own I've found that this tea is a great compliment to almost every green tea that I've tried. I put a scoop of it into any tea that I think might need a little hint of lemon.
I love this tea, i really do. It's notes of citrus are perfectly balanced. An excellent herbal tea!
Really nice lemon flavour, and very refreshing. Another favourite of mine.
We drink this iced and hot. Sometimes alone but almost always mixed with peppermint and sometimes with mint and a green tea. I've been experimenting with the lemon grass and we're currently drinking it with peppermint at equal portions.
It makes a great iced tea and all of our relatives look forward to my afternoon iced teas while at the family summer house.
I taste a slight almond flavor in it that nobody seems to mention.
This was a good cup of tea, again hot or cold it kept its flavor.I used 1 1/2 teaspoons.Right away when I tore open the pk I could smell the lemon, and the tea did not disappoint.First Great one so far.you have to try this one.
So good!! The perfect amount of lemon with a little kick. Great for after dinner.
I found this lemon grass tea to be a bit too light on its own. It's refreshing, but nothing special. I added Meyer lemon to my cups to get more flavor.
It just tastes like lemon grass. There's sweet ginger notes and it's rather soothing, but I suspect it will be best for blending. Still a purchase I don't regret.
This tea has the perfect amouont of lemon flavor to be refreshing, not tart. I recommend a very fine mesh tea ball otherwise the grass floats out.
Refreshing as iced tea, but I didn't detect any lemon flavor. However, I only steeped it for 5 minutes.
Really great flavor, but not quite the lemon flavor that I was expecting.
Bright fragrant notes. A good pick me up on blah days
My girlfriend and I have been enjoying this tea in the evenings or just when we need something refreshing rather than caffeine. It's got a great flavor that's smooth and not over powering so it's great to sit down with after a long day when you want to relax.
Well, lemon grass is just what one would expect it to be - very refressing, good for any time of the day. Interestingly enough, we found that it's really good cold (with ice cubes) while hiking in a hot day.
As an additive, this is a fantastic herbal component to a blended tea. However, it easily overpowers the flavors of more delicate teas
I love the taste and smell of lemongrass. This stuff is good on its own or blended with other teas or herbals. I love it with some chamomile.
I bought this for blending and decided to try it plain first. It has a strong lemon scent when brewed. In fact, the entire room smelt of lemon when it was finished steeping (and I swear Lemon Pledge has ruined that aroma for me). I can't taste much lemon though, the ginger comes across stronger.
It's a lovely, if somewhat unexpected, tea and I'm enjoying it.
Quality lemongrass results in bright flavors. I usually mix this with other teas for an added lemon kick, and it does the job very well.
The best herbal tea I have ever tasted! We use it as a late night tea OR in recipes that call for lemon or lemon grass and it adds a wonderful taste to lemon poppy seed muffins too.
The lemony smell from the bag was just a hint on how good this herbal would be. It doesn't disappoint. Delicious in every way. Even my boyfriend, who doesn't care much for tea, drank most of my first cup.
Might not be for everyone, but I love the mix of herbal and lemon flavors. Tastes great when blended with spearmint and/or peppermint.
Upon opening the bag, I was pretty amused that it looked like something I could collect from my front yard after it was mowed and smell wise it had a slight hay-ie smell that wasn't unpleasant. Once brewed, it's smell was awesome, the lemony scent coming through very nicely and it tasted just as it smells once brewed, with that hint of lemon. I actually found I preferred this tea with no sugar, though some experimentation is in order (I could probably get pretty close to lemonade with this tea with the right amount of sugar and it chilled..) Overall, it's a nice little tea and something that I would recommend.
I would say this tea was ok. I was expecting something more soothing to use as an evening tea and this didn't quite do the trick but it still had a good flavor. Just not as good as I was hoping for I suppose.
A nice tea. I love the light lemon and ginger tastes. Good w/ a splash of honey.
I have only used this to cook with for Asian dishes, mainly soups. I gives the soup base a wonderful lemony kick without the acid that lemons add.
