1 star is generous for the abomination, this stuff was really gross, tasted like a sick and moldy flower, taste went straight through my nose, I’d rather drink Hibiscus all day long.

My first thought as I sipped a mug of this tea was that it was too bland and needed to be blended with something else. I kept sipping, and after a while realized I actually liked it. I wouldn't say I loved it, but it was good in a vegetable sort of way, like sage and celery leaves. I added peppermint for the second brewing of the leaves, and that was good, too.

This one honestly surprised me. I decided to try it on a whim, and I wasn't certain that I would like it, but it turned out to be a really nice tea. The funny, fuzzy leaves like to cling to one another, which can make it a little difficult to measure out, but other than that, I love this mildly herbal, slightly minty tea. It's quickly becoming one of my go-to bedtime brews.

Nice light taste. like a stronger white tea. I have cup after cup of this, its very easy to drink. Would recommend for an afternoon cup!

This is great! A little lemony, a little herb-y, both flavor profiles I enjoy and wish I could get more of from Adagio. It's pretty mild unless brewed strongly, so you have to use quite a bit (and it's very bulky, not processed nearly as fine as much tea), but it fits ok in a large enough infuser.

Pleasant, mild- not overpowering. General herbaceous flavor, under tones of sage and mint.
I enjoyed half my cup hot/ plain. When I got back to my cup, I poured the rest into my electrolyte drink. (As I often do with left over teas/ tisanes). Paired well, gave it a nice herby undertone.
Update: Have been enjoying every morning as a spring tonic. Have also added a bit of lemon, and having as a variation of hot water with lemon in the morn.

I have enjoyed a different Greek Mountain tea species previously so fully expected to like this one. It's been a while so I can't be sure, but I think this tea is slightly better or maybe the preparation is slightly different (tea to water ratio different?). To me, it has a sage-like taste but this one seems a little less savory/has a more general flavor. I appreciate that attribute. :) Recommended and I'll buy again when my sample runs out. :)

Absolutely lovely! Herbaceous and green. Subtle with a little tang. Very good if you like your straight herbals. Hints of horehound and sage that are mild and nice. Also the texture of the tea is quite fun...fuzzy and full of flowers!

It does taste and smell very similar to sage, though not as nosey, more mellow. Sage is one of my favorite herbs. color is a pale green-yellow similar to white tea. I brewed at boiling and it was not bitter at all, as some other teas can get when brewed too hot. Supposedly this herb is good for cognition, immune system, stress, digestion, and it opens blood vessels which helps lower blood pressure. Excessive tannins can be bad for iron absorption. But that's just what Google says. I like the flavor of this tea enough that I might consider doing some independent research haha

Adagio’s Greek Mountain Tea is a gentle yet refreshing herbal tisane with a naturally mild and soothing flavor. Lightly floral and earthy, it’s wonderfully smooth and enjoyable even without sweeteners. Packed with polyphenols, it’s not only a calming cup but also a great choice for those seeking health benefits. A perfect, caffeine-free brew for relaxation and well-being!

This is an unusual herbal tea with a somewhat medicinal taste. I like that it has no caffeine and I will put it in my bedtime rotation. I don’t think I would buy it again though.

This herbal plant is light and fluffy, similar to maybe cottonseed. I use a heaping teaspoon per cup because of the fluffiness. It brews to a light bright green. The scent is what I might imagine a meadow in Greece. It has a light and bright flavor, almost like a short seep of green tea mixed with a savory element.

This was an interesting and savory tea. I wouldn't call the flavor grassy, but more... Leafy? It was definitely herby with an almost sage like flavor and a refreshing aftertaste.

I really liked this tea but describing it is rather hard. It is has a taste somewhere in between green and white. It’s vegetable and herbaceous. I would not say it tastes like sage or peppermint but very reminiscent of something you’d find growing in a meadow or field full of flowers. It’s very refreshing and tastes great hot or cold. It is able to be resteeped several times. I will be buying again.

This is such an interesting tea! It's really green and herbal. It tastes like sage, chamomile, mint, and lemon all mixed together. I like to drink this in the evening since it helps me relax.

Greek Mountain Tea is unlike any other tea I’ve had. It’s very light with light taste of sage and lighter hints of mint and lemon. Steep for a full 10 minutes or more for full flavor. It brews to a beautiful cup hot or chilled. Cold-brewed it’s much lighter both in color and flavor than when brewed hot. For full flavor, brew hot and let cool, if you want cold tea. The leaves are very light, weighing almost nothing. The six ounce bag is the huge bag. I’m glad I made the “mistake” of buying the huge bag. I’m going to enjoy every cup of this beautiful tea.

This greek mountain tea has a kind of chamomile-ish green tea taste to me. I'm still trying to decide whether I like it or not. It definitely doesn't taste bad, but it's a unique flavor that I'm not quite used to yet.

Herbaceous, savory cup that smelled like sage and had cute, furry leaves. I added a squeeze of fresh lemon to brighten this up. Interesting flavors in this one. Cheers!

This tea is not quite like anything I have ever had before so I will try to describe it as best I can. It is slightly like green tea with the taste of sage, thyme, lemon and mint. It is relaxing and soothing to sip in the evening, and I think I will be adding it to my nighttime tea rotation. Hubby, however, is not a fan. The review is my opinion alone.

I love sage in tea, so just had to try this! I brewed at 195F for 10 minutes to be sure all the flavors had time to come out. What an interesting mix of herbal nuances! For me, the taste is a lot like sage with some sweeter bright herbal notes. The aroma and flavor are quite nice. It is not grassy at all. And there is just a hint of a mint like coolness to it as well. Very nice!! This would be good brewed with another tea, or all by itself. Yum!
