I keep hearing about teas like this on longevity podcasts and articles. I figured I would finally give it a try and see what the fuss was about.

★★★★★

I love this tea for calming down. It is abundantly more soothing than any other tea I've tried. Excellent Celestial Seasonings' Tension Tamer replacement.

★★★★★

This review is for hot, though I’ve heard it is really good iced too—
It actually smells kinda citrusy to me. The taste is sort of lemongrassey, or maybe sweet orange? Not flavors I was expecting at all, but they are very good!

It's a nice tea to calm down with in the evenings. Subtle but pleasant flavor, I would say similar to chamomile but lighter

I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this. I was scared away by the description and I originally got this for my partner who grew up with similar tea. However we both really enjoy it! I love using it as part of a blend using hibiscus, and lemon grass.

great base for floral flavors, I look forward to experimenting more with this tea

Imagine mint without the cold bite of menthol, and you've got a grasp on 'Sideritis.' It's quite good, and gave me an odd sense of familiarity I still can't quite place. I recommend it without milk. It can be a little tricky to measure.

This is a mild, grassy tea that tastes like a bit of sunshine on a cold evening. It reminds me of a nice, plain green tea, but sans caffeine.

★★★★☆

I tried brewing at different temperatures and times. I even tried 212 degrees for 10 minutes, but I really don’t get any flavor from this. If I am fighting a virus, I will drink it for the medical value, but now I brew it with another tea that has more flavor.

This blend is just okay. It's reminiscent of green tea, a lighter version that doesn't spark my interest beyond the sample.

★★★★★

I was interested in it because it's one of the tea leaves used as a cooking ingredient in the game FF14, but it's only sold in bulk, which is too bad for me to buy in Korea, but Adagio was happy to sell me a sample. The tea smells like citrus and phytoncides.

When I had my Korean friend try this tea, they said it reminded them of Korean yuzu tea.

Mellow, sage-like flavor, herb-y but not bitter or vegetal, with an almost lemony tang and a faint peppery kick. Very pleasant and soothing.

I was very surprised by this tea. The consistency was unexpected, but the flavor was great and I swear I immediately felt more relaxed. Tied for my best bedtime tea

I like this one. The flavor is unique, fairly complex, and smooth. I'd describe it as very pleasant. The problem is I have other herbal teas from Adagio that I'd describe as delicious, so pleasant isn't enough for me to reach for it often. I'm enjoying the bag I have but I'm unlikely to reorder. Definitely worth a try if you're looking to try something different.

Greek Mountain tea is a light, earthy, comforting tasting tea. I prefer drinking this hot, as it cools the flavors are stronger and a touch bitter. I used a scale to measure the amount for a cup of tea.

This tea has a very mild flavor and aroma, and there is only a slight earthy/herby taste coming through. I'm not usually one to add honey to my tea, but the vanilla honey pairs perfectly for a calm, soothing sip.

It's hard to describe exactly how this tastes, but slightly lemony and minty and also a little earthy and green? It's very good especially with some sugar or honey. I really recommend this one, and the fuzzy leafs are fun.

it is a nice plain relaxing tea. No special overpowering flavors added. A nice clean tasting earthy quality.

★★★★☆

Sage-y and deep and nice, especially when you can't drink caffeine. I think it is a nice and unique addition to my decaf tea selection!

★★★★★

A wonderful herbal tea with a some minty flavor without actually being mint. Mint gives me heartburn, but this doesn't, so I'm very happy to have found it.

The most unusual tea I've had from Adagio. Very earthy - kind of like drinking sage (the herb). Not my most favorite, but ... a friend of mine loved-loved-loved this tea! So now I know a good Christmas gift for her!

An interesting herbal blend. Tastes a bit like mint, or lemongrass. Strong scent and strong taste, even with a small amount of leaves brewed. This one is light and refreshing; I tried it hot, but would be interested to know how it tastes chilled as well. The description's 'honey' suggestion is spot on, the honey evens out a bit of the sourness to make a light, sweet minty flavor. The leaves are large, furry, and absorb water well. Definitely keeping this one in mind for the future!

★★★★☆

Gentle and floral. Earthy and relaxing. Very natural and soothing. Like a lovely garden tea. Interesting!!

New favorite. I’m completely obsessed. I don’t know quite how to explain the flavor. Somewhat minty, somewhat like chamomile. Generally just sweet and pleasant, a tea that sets me right when I’m feeling off.

A good tea. But the flavor is hard to describe. It is rather mild and refreshing. I've only drank it hot. I wonder how it would taste cold.

I live this tea. It is very light and refreshing and the perfect tea to drink for relaxation after a long day.

★★★★★

A very earthy tea but I loved it because of that. It has a gentle sage like taste but it also has other unique flavors that resemble lemon and mint but I wouldn't call in lemony or minty. If you want something with mild herbal undertones, its perfect!

Wasn't what I expected, but isn't terrible. I was hoping to catch more of the lemony notes that it claims to have, but I only got herbal.

★★★★☆

Second infusion for 10 min @ 212 F. I found the tea to be very light in body, with a beautiful golden color. The aroma was like a mix between sage and lemon balm, with some hints of something minty in there. In taste, I would say that sage is a good comparison, but this is sweeter. It's got something that's a little bit citrusy, and a little bit like honey, maybe the tiniest hint of stone fruit. But, sage and mint are my main comparisons. This makes sense, considering it is in the same family as mint and sage! I feel like I would put it closer to peppermint, just in that it did feel like it had a little bit of a peppery note to it as well.

A comforting fuzzy, fun tea. The flavor is a little bit earthy, but lightly herbal with a touch of mint.

Unique and tasty. It doesn't stand out as the most exciting flavor, but I still enjoyed it. It has a good flavor to it.

★★★★★

I've had the privilege of drinking greek mountain tea picked directly from the area near the Vermio Mountains and handed to me in a plastic baggie. While nothing can ever reach that tea, this comes decently close. It has the right taste and feel and brings back good memories. I'm glad to have a new source!

★★★★★

It's light and unique. Definitely worth a try. It's closest to white tea, but there are hints similar to green. Yet it remains its own distinct flavor profile.

★★★★☆

Tried the sample size. This is a very different tea to anything else I've had so it's hard for me to describe. But it feels like a blend of white tea, herbs, honey, and with a earthy taste.

★★★☆☆

With all that I had read I was expecting this to be the best tea I had ever tasted. It is a nice cup of tea. Calm and tasty. But I didn't find it to be special.

★★★★☆

This tea is really lovely. It has some floral notes and citrus notes. It made for a really gentle herbal tea experience. I could see myself mixing this with other herbal teas to experiment with different flavors.

★★★★★

Greece is translated as the 'Land of the Wise' to Georgian language, so it's no wonder that I've immediately clocked sage in this lovely herbal potion. It is preferably to be consumed piping hot as the fires of Hephaestus. Thank me later.

★★★★★

This Greek Mountain Tea is quite hearty! It's a light herbal tea with a touch of sage and mint after-flavor. I would highly recommend this tea!

I've never had anything like this before, and I was pleasantly surprised at what it wound up being. Tastes very similar to a light white or green tea, but while being completely caffeine free, I'm a very big fan. I've started looking into how to keep this plant just to pay homage to it. Genuinely recommend this to the highest, only thing is that it is a very light tea even by weight, so the flowers and leaves tend to float, may do good to brew it in a press.

The taste of this tea is nice and pleasant, but the look of it is a little weird, so it's hard for me to drink it.

★★★★★

The direction to use a teaspoon to dose this out it ludicrous. Give it a healthy pinch, it’s light and fluffy. Brewed it has the aroma of new construction. Flavor is delightful, subtle and refreshing. Takes honey and citrus very well. Recommended.

I had this tea in a bagged version at a cafe and really enjoyed it, but couldn't find it in looseleaf form anywhere until now. A very mild tea, this is a great base to add fruit or Adagio's double ginger. Calming, but with a better flavor (IMHO) than chamomile. Also enjoyed it when it was brewed hot and then chilled; very refreshing!

★★★★★

Very unique herbal tea with background flavor of mint. It is nice unsweetened. Definitely worth giving it a try!

Definitely different than any other tea I've had before. I was expecting this to be like sage tea, but it is only somewhat like it. I feel that it is less herbaceous than sage, more gentle. There is a pale color, like white tea with a hint of green. A faint mint comes through in the flavor, a light floral in the background, overall a light earthy herbal tea.

It's definitely interesting. Clearly minty but also has some warm sage and other 'herbal' smells. To match my perceived 'strength' of other teas I make, I use almost a tablespoon.

This tea was nice and mild, like chamomile, but a bit more refreshing. I haven't tried it iced yet, but I think it would be an excellent summer tea, maybe with a bit of citrus.

★★★★☆

Greek Mountain tea reminds me of a sleepy tea that I like. It boasts a very light flavor, slightly minty, chamomile like. Its easy to sip and is very relaxing. I added a tiny touch of cranberry whipped honey for a sweet tanginess. I enjoy sipping this blend. No caffeine jitters either.

Soothing is the best way to describe this, plain and simple. Floral yet a tad of earthiness. Will definitely add this to my rotation of herbals.

It is a bit difficult to describe this tea, but I found it to have a very enjoyable and comforting flavor to it! The flavor is like a combination of sage and chamomile with a hint of mint. This tea is perfect to drink in the evening when you need something relaxing to unwind.

I had never tried this tea before, and gave it a shot here. What a pleasant surprise! The dry tea is light and fuzzy. Brewed, the flavor is very herbal, with elements of sage, thyme, chamomile, and mint. I'm really happy to find this, because I can't tolerate chamomile in much quantity, and this tea allows me to get a hint of that flavor without the intolerance. I'm loving this as a bedtime tea.
