that's a very good tea for those who have problems with sleeping, that really helped to my husband, I also liked the taste, was kind of unusual!

My tea of choice for sleeping. It has no actual tea in it so you can just boil the water and steep it as long as you want without worrying about bitterness.
Such a joy to drink! It was refreshing and as it is decaf, I drink as much as I want or as late not thinking about sleepless nights. Plus it is so relieving and perfect for sinuses.

Definitely a favorite 'wind down' tea. Would also probably taste good iced! I like it with some honey for added sweetness - but it's quite sweet all on its own!

I really liked this one. I don't usually care for mint teas, but this blend keeps the mint from being too assertive. People who must avoid real teas (as opposed to herbal tisanes) beware; I could not serve this to my Mormon friends because of the green tea in it.
I'm normally a fruity tea drinker, but this is a perfect soothing tea to break the monotony. Great for bedtime.

Very hardy for an herbal tea. Good, deep color, robust taste, you might not be aware this isn't a more traditional, black tea. Sweetened with a little honey, this is an excellent late-night brew.

I liked the Foxtrot tea but, the rooibos tea slightly over powered the chamomile and peppermint. The rooibos tea, gives this tea a heavy rich flavor but the tea doesn't need much sugar. I will try cha cha next order.
chamomile with a little zing. I prefer plain chamomile or the cha cha because it is milder than the foxtrot, but the foxtrot is good, especially if you'd like to add some zip to your chamomile
I love this tea. This is a great blend and not too overwhelming camomile flavor.

It is a good blend, but I like chamomile on its own much better. I feel like the rroibos is a bit overpowering.

This reminds me of one of the sleepytime bagged teas, but so much better. With a dollop of honey, it makes an incredibly soothing cup of tea.
