The peppermint is just delightful on the nose. Lovely savory floral blossom in the aroma. Definitely picking up on the sweet spiciness of vanilla. There is a bit of dried vegetal in the flavor profile. Very soothing and pleasant to drink. I think steeping it longer draws more of the peppermint out.
Always a great herbal blend for a cold evening or when I'm sick and in bed.
Oh my goodness--I LOVED this tea! It was absolutely wonderful. I've never, before, had chamomile tea, but I love peppermint, so I thought I'd try foxtrot and I'm super glad I did. It's surprisingly refreshing, smells fantastic, and tastes even better. I brewed it a few minutes extra and in a cast iron tea pot so the water would stay very hot--I highly recommend it. The stronger it is brewed, the more deliciousness.
I really wanted a sleepy time tea because a lot of my teas are caffeinated.
This one was pretty good! I loved the blend, but I felt like the chamomile was a bit overpowering. I would have liked to taste a bit more of the two rooibos teas though. The addition of the peppermint was PERFECT. It smelled like chamomile and pepperminty goodness, brewing you tasted more chamomile, and there was a pleasant minty aftertaste :)
Like I said, I'd like to taste a bit more of the rooibos, please :)
Foxtrot is a good tasting tea that I drink to relax in the late evening.
This isn't bad or good. It kind of reminds me too much of 'Cha Cha'. This needs to stand out on it's own.
This is my favorite herbal tea for the evening. It's a lovely blend of peppermint and vanilla flavors that are so relaxing. I usually use a few amber sugar crystals to sweeten it a bit. Perfect!
It's so good! In the bag in reminds me of a really super minty gum with a dash of something floral (which I love!) and it's got this beautiful vanilla-mint taste when brewed. I have a super sweet tooth so I usually add sugar or agave to my tea, but I didn't need it for this. It's wonderfully soothing, especially iced after a hot summer day.
This tea smells almost like candy and is absolutely amazing. The taste isn't quite as brilliant, but is still pretty great, just a little more subdued than the smell.

Perfect cup of tea before bed or when feeling a bit under the weather. The combination of vanilla rooibus, peppermint and chamomile works wonders and tastes fantastic. I usually add a bit more peppermint and chamomile to mine. Great stuff, one that I will always re-order.
I am a sucker for a good chamomile mint blend. The addition of rooibos was a revelation! It brings a whole new dimension to my favorite relaxing tea!
This has a very strange flavor. It's delicious, but I can't quite find the words to describe it. It tastes very 'sophisticated'.

So first I didn't like this. And then I loved it. And then I didn't like it again and then I loved it again. And then I gave it to someone else to try and she and her kids LOVED it. So it's good. It's different. It's a bit odd but also cool and refreshing and stuff. Grab a sample and try it out.
I got this so I would stop drinking caffeinated teas late at night. It's so great that I want to make it more than just at night.

Completely wonderful blend. I possibly *adore* it. I definitely wish I were clever enough to have invented it myself! The scent is tender and gorgeous - cuddly, even. Then every sip ends with this creamy finish - soft vanilla and cooling peppermint in surprising but perfect harmony. I highly recommend Foxtrot and may not be able to do without a continuous supply. :o)
Camomile and I have an interesting relationship - when I'm well it makes me feel ill, and when I'm sick it makes me feel better. I just got over a cold, and this definitely helped me feel better. The camomile was soothing and the peppermint was the kickstart my nose needed to clear up and give me some blessed relief!

This will be my new bedtime tea. I bought the sampler just to try it but now wish I'd gone ahead and gotten the bigger tin. It's time to make another purchase. The rooibos tea is a very mild backdrop to the peppermint and chamomile, and the longer you steep it, the better. I definitely recommend this tea.
I ordered this as a gift for my mother-in-law, but have had it in the past. It's a really nice herbal blend and i like that the mint isn't all that I taste. It is a nice blend for my last tea of the day.
absolutely delicious. i love the hint of vanilla. my only complaint is that the rooibos falls to the bottom while the chamomile stays at the top, so i need to mix it up before i scoop some out for a cup of tea

Minty and mellow and really good. Not really my thing, but I can see myself having a mug now and then when I want to relax.
The vanilla rooibos and chamomille are the strongest flavors in this blend, with the mint as a background note. Sweet on it's own and very delicious!
The Foxtrot has a nice enough flavor, but I found the aroma to be a little bit too much. I don't mind vanilla, but it just didn't really do it for me in this one. the vanilla taste is much more subtle than the aroma, but it's just not for me. If you enjoy aromatic teas, you might really like the vanilla/mint combination here.
I'm not much for herbals, but this is a fantastic blend. I tried it without looking into the ingredients first, and I was wonderfully confused by the flavor profile. When I checked the ingredients, I realized that I personally would never have put those flavors together, but I'm glad someone did.
This tea is great for the evening. The blend of chamomile and vanilla calmed me down from a stressful day. However, make sure it is a good mix of the ingredients in each cup. The first time I made it the chamomile dominated the flavor.
Smooth, minty and just a hint of that chamomile taste. The perfect morning tea if you're laying off the caffeine.

I love chamomile tea, but this was out of this world for me. The subtle taste of mint mixed with the chamomile was just amazing. It almost reminded me of thin mints, which i love.
This tea was fabulous! Usually, I am not a chamomile person but this was delicious! I had a cold at the time and it was fabulous for soothing a sore throat and clearing my sinuses, all while tasting delicious!

It was a lovely mix of mint and a bit of floral. I add a bit of rock sugar to mine, but my friend loves it without! VERY good tea.
Definitely a relaxing, bedtime tea. If you like foxtrot, be sure to try cha-cha, which is very similar.

The mint and chamomile make an excellent combination. However, the sweetness of the vanilla is not to my liking. It is an odd sugary note that doesn't compliment the other flavors. The vanilla does tone down the mint, making this a good choice for those who prefer a tempered, softer mint flavor.
Not a huge fan of Peppermint tea, but it wasn't overwhelming here. Not bad!
This tea is awesome before bed, with a upset tummy, on a cold day. You name it, and I'll find an excuse to make it. All the flavors work together extremely well and make a smooth tasting, but nicely pepperminty brew. And the rooibos doesn't taste like cedar chips, which is always a plus.
This remains my favorite tea from Adagio. It's delicious and I love the minty flavor.
