At first taste, all I was getting was the peppermint. I had to wait a while for the tea to cool off before I could taste anything else. It wasn't bad, though!

At first taste, all I was getting was the peppermint. I had to wait a while for the tea to cool off before I could taste anything else. It wasn't bad, though!
Excellent herbal blend that is not too sweet. I loved the diverse flavors. This tea does not turn bitter if you brew it longer than recommended.
I don't like chamomile and I love THIS TEA! It tastes amazing. I was very skeptical. It's a very good tea to drink before going to bed or winding down.
With rooibos teas I'm in the habit of brewing for an extended time, and I have to say that even though it takes a while to brew. The strong flavour I get from it is absolutely glorious.
For some reason foxtrot just leaves a bitter after taste for me.
Good mix of no caffeine herbals. Very smooth. Good balance
This is better than any other sleepy time tea I've ever had. It tastes amazing and it just knocks me right out.
This tea was a good mix of the ingredients listed, but not quite what I expected. It is a good night time or belly-ache tea.
Great tea, i'm not a huge fan of chamomile but this tea is awesome at night, with its slightly sweet vanilla and mint notes
I have never cared much for chamomile, so was sure that this would not be a favorite. I was wrong! It is delicious, soothing and I will be ordering a larger quantity.
This tea is really interesting. I've had at least 3 cups of it and I'm still not sure how to describe it. The chamomile hits you first. A nice floral scent, gental sweetness. Then the Rooibos vanilla (another great tea). The peppermint is more of an after taste to me, especially during/after your first sip. I'm not sure if I don't like the peppermint Rooibos, or maybe it's the Rooibos chamomile, but I dislike and like this tea at the same time. Might be because I'm use to all three teas on their own and my mouth isn't sure what's going on (it can be tricky in that way). To be honest, I'll probably reorder it when it's gone, that's why I'm giving it a 'great' rating.
It is amazing! So calming and aromatic. Perfect tea to unwind after a busy day. Sometimes I even find myself sniffing this tea, when I pass the kitchen.
'Tea is balm for the soul, don't you agree?' - I would definitely agree on this Foxtrot tea with P.L. Travers. =)
This tea is equivalent to getting hit upside the head with a blunt object. It will put you OUT! One sip of this and my body starts shutting down and getting ready for bed time. It's impressive how calming this blend is. My wife can attest to the same. Peppermint and chamomile are definitely the big players here while vanilla takes a back seat.
small pieces of chamomile clog my strainer and make it very difficult to wash. my girlfriend loves this flavor and i do as well. it is a good way to relax after a long day. however i see myself avoiding it because i dont want to make a mess in my tea ware
I got this tea in teabags for my dad since he's been into herbal teas before bedtime. He's used to the Sleepy Time tea, so he wasn't too fond of the first cup. He gave it another try tonight and said he thought it was good - not as good as Cha Cha or Sleepy Time but something to throw in there to shake it up every now and again.
Edit: Well, this is now his favorite tea! Nice job, Adagio.
My absolute favorite tea from Adagio. Perfect before bed and a great mixup from Cha Cha.
This tea was soothing and refreshing. It is my go-to bedtime tea.
My go to bedtime tea. Nice and refreshing but also very very relaxing. I can't imagine going back to regular chamomile anymore.
I think I prefer straight-up peppermint, but this is still really, really nice. It's got a soothing flavor and aroma. I HATED Honeybush Vanilla and wasn't entirely confident that it wouldn't bother me here, but it's pretty subtle in Foxtrot and actually rounds it out perfectly. I think this is perfect for bedtime when I don't feel the need for pure chamomile.
Update: I now drink Foxtrot more often than I drink hot peppermint - almost every night before bed, in fact! I reordered and will do so again when I run out!
This is an herbal blend that has a combo of everything. It is very delicious and has a more bold taste than just a chamomile.
It's okay. I'm not a fan of Rooibos so that might be the problem.
I'm not a big herbal tea fan, but foxtrot is now a staple for me in every order. On description the flavors seemed like they would clash, but instead they blend perfectly. The hint of vanilla adds just a little sweetness that I love.
Beautiful and surprising! Use a finer tea holding/brewing containment device so you don't chew most of the tea!
My favorite comfort tea. This is the kind of tea I like to help me wind down after a stressful day!
Soooooo calming. *yawn* It makes me sleepy, which is good, because I have difficulties falling asleep sometimes. It's slow and smooth, like the dance.
Mixed this with some chamomile, peppermint, and cha cha and just a few sips knocks me out.
Amazing! My wife doesn't drink tea, but when she's sick she always has me make this with honey. It's a simple mix, but all combined its soothing and delicious. Easy too, since its herbal you can't go wrong with boiling water and I let it steep 10 minutes to cool before serving and get the strongest brew.
I had been eyeing this tea for a long time before I ended up buying it, and it was totally worth the wait. It surprised me how much I enjoyed this tea, because it's such a random collaboration of flavors. But it works, I don't know how, but it just does.
Nice fragrance with a hint of sweetness. I would order this again.
Soft and sweet, yet with a smooth allure. Bring on this dreamy dance! The dry scents create a beautiful fragrance right out of the bag. The light floral in the chamomile, the sweetness of the vanilla, and the cool peppermint leaves are a perfect trio. But it's a not glacier iciness, but a gentle kind of peppermint. It's dignified and approachable. It really helps me unwind.
It's okay. Pretty much Sleepy Time tea in loose leaf form.
Found it to have a strong peppermint flavor. I didn't get much of the rooibos but, the chamomile was definitely a strong background flavor. The vanilla smoothed things out.
A nice blend of chamomile and peppermint that works well for someone with a sensitive stomach but is great anytime at all.
A mild mint flavor. I couldn't taste the chamomile. It's OK but I have no particular desire to drink this tea, especially considering that it is really pricey for a rooibus.
My fave. Refreshing mint, creamy chamomile, and vanilla rooibos. The perfect trio are great anytime.
Smells like heaven. Best before right before bedtime.
Had a cup of this last night after a lousy day and I wasn't too sleepy at the time. One cup of this and I was yawning and actually went to bed shortly after. Great taste and a wonderful relaxing cup. This will be my nighttime staple tea for when I can't sleep.
Okay SERIOUSLY. Where has this tea been all my life? I swore I was going to look for more iced tea type teas since Summer is upon us, but this one was niggling at me. 7 mins @ 212. 2tsp tea/1.5tsp rock sugar for a cup. It's absolutely perfect. Where's the option to buy it by the 55 gallon drum?
This is delightful as a bedtime tea can get. I could see myself drinking it during the day to relax with a good book, brewing a cup for a hot bath or taking it before bed every night. It's the most relaxing tea experience. I was worried when I realized it contained peppermint because I usually hate peppermint, but the taste blends right into the other flavors so very delightfully that it didn't bother me at all. The roobios flavor isn't as strong either and also blends rather than standing out. This blend is artfully put together. No individual flavor overpowers it. It is thusly a true blend and not just a combination of flavors. One of the best teas I've tried. I will definitely be back for a bag of it.
a wonderful herbal concoction that is nice to have in the evening as a way of winding down.
I drank this over ice, unsweetened for a nice, refreshing, and relaxing drink before my work day. It was perfectly minty (not too strong or weak),and smooth going down. I think my favorite part of this tea was the was the aroma. The peppermint really made this drink a refreshing experience in both taste and smell. Definitely interested in buying some again.
I loved it, especially on those really cold January nights where I needed some extra help to get comfy and sleep. Sometimes I'd add a teaspoon of condensed milk to sweeten it up. The minty sweet smell alone when I open the bag always made me happy in anticipation of a lovely cup of tea. Definitely my favorite tea I've ever had!
Nice flavours but does need a larger quantity to make a pot of tea. Adding fruity flavours especially appple makes an excellent tea.
Puts me right to sleep and has the most pleasant flavor - not the usual chamomile hint.
it's so peppy. it's fabulous for when I'm trying to write a paper or do other work at my desk
At first I thought this blend of rooibos, chamomile, and peppermint wouldnt work but it does and really we'll I might add. In the bag it smells like vanilla mint but once steeped the chamomile comes out with the vanilla then you get a nice minty finish but it's a warm mint if that make sense
Nice taste, would like it alittle deeper flavor but I still liked it
I was browsing the site for new teas to try. In the herbal section, I saw this one, and knew I had to grab it for my mother. She really likes the Celestial Seasonings 'Sleepytime' tea, and this had all the same ingredients- in looseleaf, not 'ground up tea powder' form. She had her first cup of it last night (and after a less than pleasant sip because I left sweetener out for her to put in and she thought I already sweetened it), and she loved it. I think this is something she might definitely buy again.
I'm not sure why the rave reviews for this tea. When you open it, it smells divine - but once you brew - it just tastes like plain chamomile. I did not find it too soothing, just like getting a tea at a regular store. I brewed this for 2 other people, they did not enjoy it either. Will not be purchasing again.
This is a great tea. The chamomile and mint mix together well. It provides a full taste, and it's so relaxing to drink!
