Yum, this has a nice pineapple forward fruit punch flavor. There was a mild tartness, but there seemed to be a very good balance with a natural sweetness (read: there were not overwhelming amounts of hibiscus and rosehips taking over the show). I could actually taste most of the fruit flavors mentioned in the ingredient list - which is a huge bonus in making this actually taste different than every other red herbal offered, and for that alone it gets 5 stars. I like a bit of tartness, so this was perfect with no additions both warm and room temp. (reviewed through CommuniTEA; 5 min @ 212F)

Did the 5 minute steep at 212 and it's a nice fruity flavor. I found it a bit tart for me unsweetened, but so yummy with some sugar added. I like the fruity blends mixed with the green teas for a nice change of pace too.
CommuniTEA Sample: A very good fruity herbal tea. It is good hot or iced. I do like all of the different fruit added to give it a more rounded flavor. The dragonfruit does add a different flavor than most fruit teas and I like it!
Once brewed, there is a very nice pineapple scent paired with a pretty rose pink color from the tea. The pineapple was the most prominent flavor with a tangy background (probably the rose hips). Good tea for a hot summer day. (5 mins @ 212°F)
This tea smell wonderful, and taste great. This is my cup of tea, love the fruity taste just right (212 @ 10 min) I really enjoy it! 🫖☕️❤️
This tea smells really good and has a lot of flavor! I feel like sometimes different fruit teas can blend together for me, but this one definitely stands out. It does not skimp on the dragon fruit flavor. I had it iced and I didn't think it needed any sweetener.
This incredibly aromatic herbal tea is one of my favorites. (I have to wash my teapot after this one.) The nose reminds me of a my favorite childhood bubble gum, but the taste is all sweet fruit with a subtle tart finish. Aptly named, it is a dream to drink.
It smelled super sweet and fruity out of the packet. While not overwhelmingly sweet, it had a lot going on. Dragonfruit, pineapple, apple notes made for a beautiful pink color and a pretty tasty tea.
I had very high hopes for this tea when first pulling it from my CommuniTea packet for the day. The nose on this packs a powerful punch of dragonfruit and a warm tropical vibe. However, I brewed at 212*F for the full 10 minutes and was left wanting more. The taste on this is very light, more of what I would expect from a white tea than an herbal tea. Overall the tea is okay, I would drink it if offered, but would not go out of my way to order it at a tea shop. Should I get another packet in the future I will try cold brewing this to see if it has better results.
This tea makes me want to let out a big dragon roar of delight! What a great herbal! It is a nice deviation from the typical tartness of Adagio blends. The dragon fruit makes for a creamier, more low key sip. The pineapple, orange, hibiscus and lemon verbana add some citrus and acid pops, but they aren't overpowering. The color is beautiful; the perfect poolside summer sip! I would love to try this one in my iced tea pitcher. Happy Sipping!
I did not expect to like this tea, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is very fruity, but not in a cloying way. The dragonfruit flavor really comes through. It tastes good on its own or mixed into green to give it a kick of fruit. It would also be great iced.
212 degrees for 10 minutes. I wish I knew what a tree ripened dragon fruit tastes like, but if its anything like this tea, I give it two 👍👍. Buttery, floral, tropical fruitiness intrigued my tastebuds this morning. I drank this cold and lightly sweetened and what a nice summer drink. Tropics in a cup.
I liked this a lot! I’m not sure I’ve ever had dragon fruit, but now I want to try it. Didn’t add any sweetener, it was plenty sweet and fruity on its own.
I've never had the fruit named 'dragonfruit' before and had this tea in a fandom blend, but by itself, I'm really liking this. Some of the other ingredients in the tea might be helping with this review. The liquid is a gorgeous pink color. It's not the red that we likely associate with hibiscus.
This is one of my favorite to drink over night. I’m constantly buying it and infusing by the gallon at home. One of my favorite methods is to put 4 iced pouches in a gallon jug with water then infuse for a minimum of twelve hours. I also add agave for sweetener.
Ive never had dragon fruit before, in a tea or otherwise. so I wasn't quite sure what to expect taste wise. The smells from the sample packet were strong and interesting. I steeped this for 6 mins, I didn't want the hibiscus to develop too tart. Then I let it cool and I drank it cold. Very very refreshing!
I am glad to finally find a hibiscus/rose hip tea that is not too weighted in those two ingredients! This tea is a lovely tropical drink that has a good mix of fruit flavors even after a 10 minute steep. The hibiscus provides a tartness but there is not enough to give it the 'thin' mouthfeel that I often find with others. Even though the blend is light in color, it packs a punch in flavor.
17 June 2021 update to my previous review below: This time I steeped for five minutes instead of ten, because I didn’t want to give the hibiscus and rose a chance to overpower other flavors. There were quite a bunch of apple pieces noted in my communiTEA packet, which was a good thing for helping to distribute the sprayed on dragon fruit flavoring. I added ¼ teaspoon of sugar to amplify all the fruit flavors. When warm, the dragon fruit came to the forefront this time with pleasant and tasty kiwi/pear flavors. Other fruit flavors performed a supporting role. The rose and hibiscus provided a nice floral accent. A refreshing drink indeed! (5 mins @ 212°F, ¼ tsp sugar)
26 Jun 2020 review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Strong fruity punch and rose aromas were noted in the bag. When brewed, the rose and hibiscus tastes were very prevalent and overpowering the fruit flavors from start to finish. Typical kiwi/pear flavors of the dragon fruit were noted along with pineapple and other fruit flavors. I feel that the dragon fruit was not given front stage in this blend and was overpowered by all the other players. Drinkable, but would prefer a blend that didn’t overpower the dragon fruit. No sugar needed. (10 mins @ 212F)

I’m sure this would taste better iced than it does hot. I’m generally more of a hot tea kinda gal because it helps relax me. There was a lot of apple pieces in my sample. Just okay for me.
This is probably my favorite fruit tea. Closely tied with lychee rose, anyway. The dragonfruit flavor is strong and sweet and addictive. I prefer to drink this tea iced, but it's also tasty warm!

A strong fruity scented tea the brewed up into a beautiful pink concoction. This blend goes well together.Pineapple flavors were dominant with the apple,dragonfruit,orange flavors coming forward as the tea cooled. There was a hint of lemon verbana and hibiscus. It all came together to make a delicious treat and a uniquely flavored tea that would be excellent iced for refreshing summer drink.
It’s just ok. A decent amount of fruitiness but it doesn’t really taste like dragon fruit.
It is not my tea. Dragon fruit drinks always popular this year, but not this flavor. I cooked it with hot, ice, with coconut milk. All bad. I won't try it again.
I was expecting more of a dragonfruit flavor, but all I taste is a bunch of pineapple with some berry at the end. I like berry fruit tisanes, and I think this will be very tasty iced, but I'm a tad disappointed. My sample bag is honestly mostly dried apple and pineapple chunks, so I wish it had a little less filler and a little more dragonfruit.
Love this so much! I've drunk it hot, turned it into iced tea, and even started flavoring my Kombucha with it. Love it all three ways.

I feel like this tea is a nice refreshing blend. It’s not too strong in flavor as compared to the raspberry patch one. Still delicious nonetheless. I feel like it would be amazing as an iced tea with some raw honey!
I love this tea! I made it into an iced tea and it's so refreshing, especially for the spring/summertime. It's a nice fruity tea. You can definitely taste the dragon fruit, pineapple, and hibiscus.
This is one of my husband and my cult favorites. It is a sweet, light tea that can be made stronger with the addition of more tea to steep. We frequently go halvsies with this and blood orange for a sweet yet citrusy kick of a cup o' tea! IMHO this tea is improved when sweetened but on its own is still faintly sweet, I do not find this tea to be too awful bitter if I forget about it while steeping either which is a releif as I frequently walk away and do!

This was a nice enough herbal tea, but comparing it to others from Adagio, I found this one required more of the tea to get any kind of flavour from it. The taste itself was nice enough, fruity and refreshing, but I found it frustrating to have to double the quantity of tea needed to get any sort of clear taste. There are other herbal teas available to me that give me more taste for less tea required.

Not my favorite tea, it doesn t really taste like dragonfruit at all and it has a weird aroma for me. Its not bad but its not my cup of tea...pardon the pun.

OK, I made this hot and it was 'meh'. It was good, fruity. But it really wants to be an iced drink. I can see sitting outside, in the sun, with my Dragon Fruit iced tea. That sounds delightful.

This is such a refreshing herbal tea and the flavor is nice.
This has a lovely smell when you open the package. An interesting combination of delectable bubblegum and citrus. But, don t worry, there is no bubblegum flavor. The tea itself is a light almost nondescript (although not in a negative way) tropical taste; something like kiwi mixed with pears. The combination of pineapple, apple, hibiscus, and such gives this tea color and body but is so well balanced that I woudl be hard pressed to pick out a single flavor.
