this smells AMAZING! You can definitely taste the dragonfruit and pineapple in this tea. Very light and refreshing on a hot summer day when it's iced!

This is a fruity mix with a definite dragon fruit scent. In fact, the scent is to strong it's overpowering everything else in the box I'm storing my teas in! The dragon fruit pieces get very small when they dry, but they grow to the size of the apple pieces once you steep it. This tea did not need sweetener.

I have a naturally poorer than average sense of taste and smell, so I have to steep tea for 30 or more minutes in order to get it to the strength I enjoy.

This is a perfect summer tea. I drank it cold and lightly sweetened. I thought it tasted wonderful. Will for sure be ordering more!

★★★★★

Tart and refreshing! I coldbrew this one overnight for ice tea.

★★★★★

Excellent! Very tasty with that little bit of sourness (maybe the apple and lemon excerpting their flavor) but also being soft and gentle. Reminds me of eating a Dragon Fruit for the first time in Bangkok.

★★★★★

I've never eaten dragonfruit, so I wasn't sure if I was going to like this, but now that I've had dragonfruit tea, I really want to try the fruit! I thought this tea was really delicious. What an interesting and tasty flavor! It wasn't too tart or too strong or too overwhelming. I would definitely drink this blend again. I also think it would probably be great sweetened or iced, but I drank it all while still warm because it was so good!

The packet opened to reveal the tropical fruity scent of dragonfruit! Steeping for 7 minutes at 212°F created a tisane in a nice shade of pink.

The first sip had plenty of naturally sweet apple and dragonfruit flavors followed by some tartness from the hibiscus and rose hips. The hibiscus and rose hips in this blend were toned down enough to simulate the natural tartness of dragonfruit. That is, the part of a dragonfruit closest to the pink peel. As I'm not usually one for the hibiscus tart flavor, this was acceptable. As the tisane cooled, the hibiscus was stronger, so I tried to focus only on the dragonfruit.

We had been enjoying some frozen dragonfruit puree in our smoothies earlier in the week, and I'd been experimenting with this in other cocktails also. Luckily, I had just made some dragonfruit syrup two nights before which was sitting in the fridge. I decided to add a bit of this custom made sweetener to this cup of tea to tame down the hibiscus and add some natural dragonfruit to the mix. It was wonderfully lightly sweet and really enhanced the essence of dragonfruit. If you're adventurous enough to try this, grab some frozen dragonfruit puree, or fresh dragonfruit, blend it up with some simple syrup, and strain out the pulp and seeds. It's really a magical combination with this tea, and many other cocktails!

Couldn't get past the smell to drink it. I have loved cold dragon fruit beverages; this didn't sit well at all.

This tea is tropical and tasty, I will definitely coldbrew a 2nd cup to cut down on the tang from the hibiscus. Very yummy!!!

Good fruity tea that was refreshing as an iced tea. Prominent pineapple flavors that played nice with the other fruit. Slight citrus flavors with a hint of kiwi. Hibiscus helped keep the sweetness in check. No sugar needed in this herbal tea. 2nd steep was too weak to enjoy. Steeped at 212° for 7 mins.

Very pleasant, but very mild. I would use more than the recommended amount of tea, especially to enjoy it iced.

★★★★★

I really enjoyed this cold brewed overnight! I would recommend not to let it sit too long in your cupboard though. It tends to lose its flavoring eventually.

This tea had promise, I would have loved it without the rose hips and hibiscus. I just really hate their flavor and they were too far forward in this tea. I’d try it again with less time to see if that helped

★★★★★

Wonderful, light, fruity tea. I've never had dragon fruit so I don't know what it's supposed to taste like. This tasted like strawberry pineapple. Loved it cold with sweetener.

This is by far my favorite herbal tea. I would definitely recommend.

★★★★☆

Surprisingly good for being so heavily apple based.

★★★★☆

This tea has a strong dragon fruit smell and taste. I meant to brew for 10 minutes but I forgot about it brewing. Lucky this tea is much more forgiving when over brewed. Overall this was a lovely tea that needed no sweetener.

★★★★☆

Pay attention to your tea to water ratio! This one can get watered down easily and benefited from less water than typical for the quantity of tea. My first steep had very little flavor and was somewhat disappointing. However, when I tried again and basically halved my water total (to between 6-8 oz) I got a bright sweet flavor that was both refreshing and a perfect way to start summer break!

This tea was like a bright summer day from my childhood. The flavor was almost sickly sweet, and the flowers were a bit heavy handed in my sample sachet, giving it an almost potpourri feeling. Someone who doesn't drink tea would definitely be able to pick out the fruity flavors, and even without sugar, this blend was very bright and sweet. My sample consisted of fruit pieces that oughtweighed the rest of the tea about 4:1. Fun for summer, fun for kids, very indulgent to my palate, but the fruit was tangy and tart on the back of my palate that matured the experience at the end.

When steeped for 9 minutes, this was a lovely blend. It's very fruity in a which which is almost tropical. The pineapple is tart and sweet, and there's a... red... flavor like a Lip Smacker (the tea smells like one too). I can't place what exactly is giving it that flavor, but it's not a bad taste! It's a pretty complex cup and I'm unsure if I got a full taste of what the blend is like because I only tried the CommuniTEA sample. I'd definitely drink this one again!

I don't remember what dragonfruit tastes like, but I liked this blend! I cold-steeped it for about an hour in a jar. It smells and tastes juicy, fruity, and kind of sweet even without sweetener. Very refreshing.

This is a very tasty herbal blend. It makes a pretty pink cup with a light floral aroma. It has a sweet and just a tiny bit tangy flavor. Pineapple comes through nicely and what I suppose is dragon fruit, but I have nothing in my taste memory to compare it to. Have only had tasteless store-bought fruits in the past. I really enjoyed it hot, but am certain it would be a light, refreshing iced tea as well.

Let’s hear it for summer! Dragon fruit is in season. The cute pink and green almost tropical fish looking fruit would be a great tea pet in miniature. The light flavor of dragon fruit mimics kiwi (cousin to strawberry in taste) mixed with pear. The dry tea today had a primary scent of pineapple and brewed into a pretty pink liquor. The first hot sip was of a tangy citrus taste overlaid by the tart flavor of rose hips and hibiscus. A sweetener add of honey was key and unlocked the kiwi pear flavor of dragon fruit more. The sip finished with a multi citrus flavor of lemon, orange and pineapple with a bit of an aftertaste of apple.

My CT packet had 3 g/ 2 tsp of chunky fruity tea with apple pieces, rose hips and petals, hibiscus, orange peel and other fruity bits. All ingredients appeared to be there and well represented. The first steep of 12 oz. was brewed at 212F for 7 minutes to allow flavors to bloom. Sweetening with honey brightened all flavors and brought out more of the light dragon fruit taste. Chilled, the sweetened tea was just delicious after a sleepover in the fridge. A gentle rose flavor was also noticed more when the tea was cold. A smaller resteep was attempted but the tea was too pale and weak to enjoy making this one a one steep tisane for me. This was a fun summery sip, though and made a wonderful iced tea. ‘Tis the season of fruity dragons. Enjoy this unique sip!

This is a juicy and wonderfully refreshing iced tea! The CT packet I received was about 1 1/2 tsp. When I was steeping it I didn't know what I was making, but the aroma was so delightful that I was sure it would taste just as good. I steeped it following the instructions for temperature, but I ended up letting it steep longer than 10 min. I was going to pour it over ice so I wanted it to be as cool as possible when I did that. By the time I took the first sip I was taken back with the uniquely juicy flavor that I was not used to at all. I took another sip and then excitedly told everyone around me, 'Wow, this is a delicious tea!' That was probably a mistake seeing that all 4 of my kids came over to try it and enjoyed it just as much as I did. At this point, I still didn't know what tea blend it was we were drinking, but I knew I was definitely going to buy a big bag of it when I found out. It was a wonderfully perfect iced tea and no sugar!... especially refreshing for the heat wave we have been having. No sweetener needed. I was able to get two steeps out of the amount I had with the second almost as strong, but still very delicious. I defiantly want to try a dragon fruit now. Great blend!

Hibiscus. If it is going to be used it should be with a very light hand. That being said, this is ok iced

What a wonderful tropical treat! Cold steeped and served over ice this is a fruity delight. I normally find fruit tisanes in need of doctoring-I like to mix about 70% tea with about 30% lemonade to create an enhanced blend. This one is completely stand alone, with no need for sweetener or extra oomph!

Nice fruity tea. I did pick the rose petals out before brewing. ugh -- hate rose petals in tea! Luckly the final brew did not really taste of rose. The fruit taste jumped out front and I'm ok with that! Nice Summery tea!

Much like its namesake fruit, the flavor is a lot more mild and subdued than I expected. It's still quite tasty, but no single element stands out suitable. In fact, it almost got lost in a spoon dipped in a bit of honey and stirred into the cup. If you like a mild cup, this might be for you.

Yum, this has a nice pineapple forward fruit punch flavor. There was a mild tartness, but there seemed to be a very good balance with a natural sweetness (read: there were not overwhelming amounts of hibiscus and rosehips taking over the show). I could actually taste most of the fruit flavors mentioned in the ingredient list - which is a huge bonus in making this actually taste different than every other red herbal offered, and for that alone it gets 5 stars. I like a bit of tartness, so this was perfect with no additions both warm and room temp. (reviewed through CommuniTEA; 5 min @ 212F)

Did the 5 minute steep at 212 and it's a nice fruity flavor. I found it a bit tart for me unsweetened, but so yummy with some sugar added. I like the fruity blends mixed with the green teas for a nice change of pace too.

CommuniTEA Sample: A very good fruity herbal tea. It is good hot or iced. I do like all of the different fruit added to give it a more rounded flavor. The dragonfruit does add a different flavor than most fruit teas and I like it!

Once brewed, there is a very nice pineapple scent paired with a pretty rose pink color from the tea. The pineapple was the most prominent flavor with a tangy background (probably the rose hips). Good tea for a hot summer day. (5 mins @ 212°F)

This tea smells really good and has a lot of flavor! I feel like sometimes different fruit teas can blend together for me, but this one definitely stands out. It does not skimp on the dragon fruit flavor. I had it iced and I didn't think it needed any sweetener.

This incredibly aromatic herbal tea is one of my favorites. (I have to wash my teapot after this one.) The nose reminds me of a my favorite childhood bubble gum, but the taste is all sweet fruit with a subtle tart finish. Aptly named, it is a dream to drink.

It smelled super sweet and fruity out of the packet. While not overwhelmingly sweet, it had a lot going on. Dragonfruit, pineapple, apple notes made for a beautiful pink color and a pretty tasty tea.

I had very high hopes for this tea when first pulling it from my CommuniTea packet for the day. The nose on this packs a powerful punch of dragonfruit and a warm tropical vibe. However, I brewed at 212*F for the full 10 minutes and was left wanting more. The taste on this is very light, more of what I would expect from a white tea than an herbal tea. Overall the tea is okay, I would drink it if offered, but would not go out of my way to order it at a tea shop. Should I get another packet in the future I will try cold brewing this to see if it has better results.

This tea makes me want to let out a big dragon roar of delight! What a great herbal! It is a nice deviation from the typical tartness of Adagio blends. The dragon fruit makes for a creamier, more low key sip. The pineapple, orange, hibiscus and lemon verbana add some citrus and acid pops, but they aren't overpowering. The color is beautiful; the perfect poolside summer sip! I would love to try this one in my iced tea pitcher. Happy Sipping!

I did not expect to like this tea, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is very fruity, but not in a cloying way. The dragonfruit flavor really comes through. It tastes good on its own or mixed into green to give it a kick of fruit. It would also be great iced.

212 degrees for 10 minutes. I wish I knew what a tree ripened dragon fruit tastes like, but if its anything like this tea, I give it two 👍👍. Buttery, floral, tropical fruitiness intrigued my tastebuds this morning. I drank this cold and lightly sweetened and what a nice summer drink. Tropics in a cup.

I've never had the fruit named 'dragonfruit' before and had this tea in a fandom blend, but by itself, I'm really liking this. Some of the other ingredients in the tea might be helping with this review. The liquid is a gorgeous pink color. It's not the red that we likely associate with hibiscus.

This is one of my favorite to drink over night. I’m constantly buying it and infusing by the gallon at home. One of my favorite methods is to put 4 iced pouches in a gallon jug with water then infuse for a minimum of twelve hours. I also add agave for sweetener.

Ive never had dragon fruit before, in a tea or otherwise. so I wasn't quite sure what to expect taste wise. The smells from the sample packet were strong and interesting. I steeped this for 6 mins, I didn't want the hibiscus to develop too tart. Then I let it cool and I drank it cold. Very very refreshing!
