I like the tartness of this in both cold and hot tea. I would recommend it to anyone liking cherries

★★★★☆

A really nice & tart tea. Personally I prefer this one iced, and I know others blend it with another tea. Really yummy.

Dewy Cherry is a refreshing herbal tea that I enjoy both hot and iced. The tart cherry flavor is very refreshing after a long day.

★★★★☆

while this is an enjoyable herbal blend, the almond flavoring is so strong as to be overpowering in the cup. if i could turn that down, i think it'd be a fantastic blend.

★★★★☆

Very pungently cherry and fragrant!! I was expecting it to be a tiny bit sweet but it was (still pleasantly) very tart, very truly actual cherry juice taste. Delicious ice cold. Didn't add any sweetener but I imagine it would be great, or added to sone lemonade.

This has a flavor similar to cherry cough syrup, but what really killed it for me, is the nasty aftertaste. I don't know what it is, but this is definitely not for me.

I really enjoyed this tea as an overnight cold brew. It’s perfect iced, very refreshing on a hot day.

★★★☆☆

It made an okay iced tea, but I agree with others that it tasted a bit like medicine. I used it in a cocktail however and it tasted great like that :)

As a person who loves cherry pie, this was a delicious tea that reminded me of picking cherries on my grandparents farm as a child. The scent captures you when you open the bag, and deep red color after brewing hints at the flavor. I flashed brewed it for a cold beverage - pouring in hot boiled water halfway up the jar in order to extract a stronger, sweeter flavor from the tea, then filling the jar to the brim with room temperature water (don't use cold, the varying water temperatures may crack the glass) and placing it in the fridge for a couple of hours to finish brewing. The result was a sweet, flavorful tea that was a perfect summer thirst quencher.

Juicy fruity flavor, good hot or iced with a little sugar. Tastes like real fruit (I'm not a fan of artificial cherry flavoring)

I like cherry a lot, and can even be okay with artificial flavor but this was just not good.

★★★☆☆

Though cherry is one of my favorite flavours, the cherry flavour in this blend tasted, to my palate, very artificial, almost in a medicinal way. It was not a winner for me, sadly.

Oh my goodness I am ADDICTED to this stuff. Have to pace myself so as to use up some of the other teas and not just order by the barrel. Sweet and sour, balanced fruitiness with assertive cherry flavor that doesn't taste medicinal. Amazing with the curated fruit tisane honey. Just make sure you shake/stir your bag/container once in a while to keep even distribution of all the components.

I really enjoyed Dewy Cherry tea. Also enjoyed cold.

I was really concerned about the taste because the name but if you like cherries this is really sweet cherry like I would recommend it and I'm thinking about considering buying another bag of this

Wow! So juicy! This is really good. (It does need a little more sweetener than I usually use.). Strong cherry flavor, extra good over ice.

This one is definitely one to keep on my list of favorites. Bright cherry flavor. Want to try this iced as well!

SO MUCH CHERRY that it's a bit... much. Like, cough syrup cherry... and when hot, it's a little pungent. I love berry herbal teas, but I'm going to pass on this one from now on.

There's something comforting about having a favorite childhood flavor show up in a tea. As a kid, I loved the pure and delightful cherry taste of Luden's cherry cough drops and Dewy Cherry is wonderfully reminescent of that yummy bright, cherry flavor.

My CT packet had 3:grams of a very aromatic tea with all the ingredients. Brewed 10 oz. at 212*F for 7 min. The liquor was a beautiful Christmas red and was tart to start. A sweetener add of agave converted the snappy tart taste to a lovely sweet cherry one. My cup was drained in no time. A resteep was much much milder so this tea is just a one steeper for me. I adore Adagio's cherry flavor so whenever it shows up in blends, I start the kettle with anticipation. If it's paired with chocolate even better with a ready thumbs up from me. Now looking forward to springtime, pictures of beautiful D.C. cherry blossoms in bloom and the appearance of luscious sweet tart cherries piled high in their little green boxes in farmers markets and stores.

Has a medicine smell. The flavor is pleasant.. fruity and little tart. The cherry isn't quite cherry but overall isn't bad. I could gulp this as a cold brew tea.

Quite tangy I think, probably from the hibiscus. The aroma was quite strong upon opening the packet, sweet cherry jellybean smell. Mellowed out the tartness with monk fruit sweetener. But now it smells like...a certain cherry almond lotion? 🤔

I really like hibiscus tea, and when I first started sipping this dewy cherry, I thought the cherry flavor was fighting the hibiscus. As it cooled, it tasted better though. I would like to try it iced, as others have suggested.

★★★☆☆

I found the hibiscus overwhelming and the cherry flavor was artificial tasting.

Noticed apples, rose hips, and hibiscus in my communitea packet. Smells cherry with..idk molasses kinda. I hot brewed for 8 minutes 4oz, then poured over cup of ice and ended up adding lemonade. Very pretty red color and the lemonade complimented it.

Nice bright red color.flavors blended well. Just the right amount of tartness

★★★☆☆

It's very mediocre, for lack of a better term. It's better, by far, than Black Cherry. But it's not nearly as fantastic as the Cherry Marzipan Oolong.

It’s definitely cherry, but I didn’t detect any medicine taste from it. Not too tart. This was pleasant hot, but would be exceptional as an iced tea!

★★★☆☆

Very artificial-cherry-flavor tasting. I didn't at all get the tartness I was expecting from the hibiscus and rosehip, or if I did it was somewhat smothered by the general mellow sweetness of the cherry. I can imagine it being good cold/iced, but as a hot tea it's a big nope from me.

★★★★☆

I enjoy all the teas with hibiscus. The tartness pairs nicely with the cherry. I enjoyed without sweetener and also a little honey. I’m glad this was not a medicine tasting cherry.

March 24: steeped for full 5 and i think too much , very very tart and a little cough syrup-y

delicious. tastes like cherries. I agree it'd be a really nice iced tea in summer. Having it with honey for my cold.

This tisane smells amazing, but it tastes like cough syrup and/or soap. Hard pass.

★★★★☆

I drank this hot, but I think I would really love it iced as it tasted better as it cooled off. Hot it is a bit too sour for my taste. The cherry is subtle which i appreciated. I drank it with some of the tisane honey from Bees but I think I needed to use more or perhaps sugar to make the cup perfect. I'm grabbing a sample so I can try it iced and see if it will be the hit I hope it will be.

Tried a sample in my CommuniTEA box. I think that this might taste better as an iced tea instead of as a hot tea. The hot version tastes almost artificial. I didn't much hibiscus flavor.

★★★☆☆

I get it, I appreciate it, but I don't like it, too Hibiscussy for me

It's very cherry! But not a medicine cherry. The hibiscus comes thru toilet and it's nice and tart. Not something I would want daily, but would be good when I'm craving that tartness.

★★★★☆

It's VERY cherry tasting. I personally enjoy it, but it's not for everyone and I definitely wouldn't drink one every day—maybe iced, though. Something to try later.

★★★☆☆

This has a nice cherry flavor but too much hibiscus. I think I spent more time picking out the hibiscus then I did actually drinking it. It was good cold too after I picked out the hibiscus. I liked it better when I got the communitea packet. Maybe I’m just getting used to the tartness from the hibiscus. March 2024 Great cherry aroma when I opened the packet. Strong cherry flavor competes with tart hibiscus. I'll stick with the cherry green that has a nice cherry flavor and NO hibiscus which spoils so many teas for me.

Sour cherries are one of my favorite fruits, and while this is not the same, it is a fair substitute. There is a very strong tartness from the hibiscus, and a very present wild cherry flavor (for me think more candy cherry flavor) - other flavors were not that present to me. It is decent hot, but really shines as an iced tea. Perfect for a warm summer day while lounging in the sun.

★★☆☆☆

I love the color of this tea: It's bright, cheery, and just so fun! But it tasted like cherry cough syrup to me to be honest.

While I like this tea I would enjoy it more iced. I did steep mine with 1tsp. honey atop which brought out the cherry.

3/6/24 I have tried this several more times since my original review. I have learned to let it steep forever and I get a great cup of tea. It doesn't taste as tart or fake cherry to me . I can drink it hot or iced. Looking forward to a pitcher of this on a hot summer day.

I cold brewed this tea and then drank it iced. It is definitely on the tart side but was refreshing on a hot summer day. It tastes and smells like a cherry lollipop to me. Cherry isn't my favorite flavor. I probably wouldn't purchase it, but wouldn't turn it down either.

Delicious blend! I drank this iced on a 100 degree summer day. It was very cheerful, refreshing and tasted like cherries. I did not get the medicinal vibe from this and enjoyed it very much. I poured the tea leaves into a cotton tea bag, dropped it into my tumbler with ice and water to cold steep as I was walking out of the door. I refilled the tumbler with water throughout my day of teaching. I love how this herbal tea flavored my water all day!! Great blend Adagio!
