It's chamomile. It tastes like other chamomile teas, but it's certainly more fun to use the whole flower instead of a powdery bag.

i love Chamomile... 2 scoops of Chamomile, 1 scoop of peppermint, 1 scoop of spearmint... no sweetener and you have a great cup of tea! Good for you and you can t beat Adagio s service and pricing.

I've always liked chamomile tea, but I'd never had anything other than store bought chamomile tea bags until I tried this. It was kind of a revelation for me in terms of flavor. I had never realized that chamomile has a sweet but peppery flavor until I tried this tea. It's possible to get a very strong flavor from these flowers, as opposed to the store bought tea bags, which produce a pretty weak flavor, even when steeped for a long time.
This brew always gets me sleepy in a good way. Tasty!

I was never a fan of Chamomile before this tea. However, these are very strong & fresh bags which make the tea much more enjoyable. The flavor itself was very soothing & delightful.
This review is for the loose-leaf version. As far as taste, what can I say, chamomile is so reliably chamomile, with seemingly very little flavor variation apart from factors such as quality and freshness. Adagio's does not disappoint - fresh, fragrant whole blossoms produce a golden cup with its signature floral notes and touch of sweetness; I definitely recommend the full 2 teaspoons for the best flavor. For the uninitiated, this is an excellent caffeine-free bedtime tea, well known for its calming effects, but as with most herbal teas, it has its own very distinct flavor that is not for everyone. As far as the tea bags are concerned, there is definitely a difference, which I've detailed on a separate review; I highly recommend purchasing the loose-leaf and passing over the tea bags.
Truly revelatory, to say this tea is far superior to your generally commercially available chamomile does not do it justice. Powerfully fragrant with a smooth taste, and pleasantly calming, this tea takes chamomile to another level.

My favorite bed time tea. I buy it by the big bag. I add a bit of honey for sweetness.
I'm not a huge fan of Chamomile, but this is as good as it gets. The mouthfeel is thick and full, (which I love) and I like to mix it with Spearmint to get a bit more of a flavor that I like. It's a great bedtime tea and the full flowers are quite appealing in the bag or in your adagio tea container :)
My favorite thus far! I add a teaspoon or two of honey for an extra sweet taste.
