While I haven't fallen head over heels for this tea, I can't deny how soothing it is. A very calming aroma and mellow flavor is just the thing I need on those restless nights. I have family who say it's the best chamomile they've tasted, and I agree.
A lovely chamomile. This variety has a lovely depth that is missing in other brands that offer chamomile teas, like Harney & Sons. I pair this one about 2:1 with the lavender inclusion and a drizzle of honey for a truly relaxing evening cup.

Delicate and wonderful. It certainly does have a crisp apple taste subtle and yummy. I added honey and lemon which are my favorite things to add to a tea that they can pair well with. I usually read at night and this is nice to sip on.
Works well as a nice relaxing tea but please check the bag before consuming. I found feathers and feces in mine.

I drink a cup of chamomile every single night before bed. When I live in Italy I get it there, and it's the whole little flowers like pictured here. I ordered the 16oz bag and half of it was flower dust. It seems more appropriate for tea bags, not loose steeping. I'm not sure why this happened, if it's old because of all of the dust or because it's such a large quantity. I might try to reorder in a smaller size to see if it's better. The flavor is good - the texture is not.
