Got the 8oz bag. CHAMOMILE IS VERY NOT-DENSE. Make sure you have storage space, lol.
That out of the way, adagios chamomile was a bit stemmy, but still excellent flavor and color. Perfect for a nightly wind down ritual.

This tea is exactly what I expect chamomile to be. It has a well-rounded, lightly floral flavor.
This is a lovely tea, sweetened with a bit of honey, it's a perfect cup to wind down with on a cold night.
I have only had chamomile in the bag and never cared for it because it was just too strong. I never knew chamomile tasted this good. The aroma of the fresh buds when you open the bag is wonderful. Very smooth taste and no bitterness. It will now be a fixture in my house.

Tastes like chamomile but what I especially like about Adagio's chamomile is that little pieces don't make their way through my stainer (also from Adagio) into the tea. A lot of other chamomiles have little specs that are small enough to get through any strainer and just float around the tea which I am not a fan of, but this one did not. I drink it hot at night with honey to help me sleep.
Lovely. I mix this 1:1 with lavender for a relaxing and fragrant blend
This is good chamomile. The taste sits up in the cup and adds a sunny touch to most black or green teas. Good for stress. I like how the buds have a strong taste regardless of size.
I'm not really a fan of chamomile, I use it to chill out my allergies a bit, but I do like this one but only in bags, otherwise it sticks to my strainers

I thought this would taste better because people on TV always says this calms them down. I bought it in an attempt to make my favorite herbal blend I got from Intelligentsia's Kilogram collection (Organic Blend 333) with mint and rose hips. Everyone I served it to enjoyed it, but to me it smells like sweaty feet. When I told my friends it started smelling that way to them too. Sorry.

Brewed for 7 mins and it had a subtle flavor pick up. Overall it tasted great and like chamomile! Recommend to any who enjoy chamo!

I bought this sample mostly for my mom, who’s been looking for a reliable and high quality source for chamomile. She’s enamored with this, and I think she’s jealously hoarding the sample pouch. It was definitely a lot richer than I’m used to with chamomile; of course, until now, my experience was the winco brand... still! It’s so lovely with a healthy dollop of Local honey!

An absolutely perfect Chamomile. Perfect before bedtime or in the afternoon with a good book. I will try mine with a dash of honey, but it is great on it’s own.
The tea smells and tastes great! It also goes well with hibiscus tea.
The dry flowers smell . . . unsettling and weirdly boggy? But freshly brewed, it's a total turn around: it becomes a happy medley of honey smells.
The mouthfeel of this herbal tea is thick; so much so that it's not really a good 'sipping' tea vs. an 'I'm drinking this with a goal in mind' tea. But that's probably why everyone is drinking Chamomile, right? Aside from that it tastes sweet like honey with floral tones; pleasant.
This chamomile tea doesn't make me feel 'tired'; it's more like . . . peaceful, soft, floaty, and relaxed. For a sleep hack, I prefer white teas. But I think everyone's particular 'sleep' tea varies heavily on body chemistry.
9NOV2020 Update: Absolutely fantastic for manual blending with other teas if you want them to have a heavier mouthfeel that's floral & honey-y. Goes really well with kumaon white tea. I'll have to pick up more soon.
Pretty good chamomile. Dusty at the bottom but thats normal. Loved that several still had petals. My bunny loves this so much

One of the best teas I have tried from Adagio. I will be buying more in the near future for sure. It is light and crisp in flavor. Perfect blend for nighttime. Helps you to relax and calm down! very delicious. wish i could drink more of it. found out very quickly into my sample that i cant drink straight chamomile tea cuz i have some minor allergy. would recommend it to others tho. has a wonderful floral grassy flavor. just what youd expect and would want with a chamomile tea.
Chamomile is not my personal favorite, but I enjoy a cup of this sometimes. It's fresh and a little bit sweet without any additions. It seems to do its job of being relaxing. And I love seeing the whole flowers.
