Very delicate flavor. Smells divine. Steep for at least 8 min.
I drink this tea nightly as part of my bedtime ritual. It is relaxing and helps me prepare for a good night sleep. It is very calming to the body and the mind. Sometimes I mix it with a bit of peppermint tea to change up the flavor profile

It s chamomile, what more can I say? This makes a great brew for when you re feeling under the weather, but I still prefer the adagio foxtrot blend.

An old classic ramped up, not at all like what my mom used to have me drink when I was ill with a stomachache. Its smooth, a little fruity, and relaxing.

It is hard to find pure chamomile tea without other additives such as lemon. I have to be particular because of stomach issues. I never much liked Chamomile tea til I tried this. It was boring to me. This tea has a nice flavor and I look forward to drinking it every evening before bed
This chamomile is beautiful to look at and delicious to drink. A definite go-to in the evening, so soothing and flavorful. High quality buds and not just a bunch of powdery mess.

This is simply chamomile flowers, nothing sophisticated. I mix them with my home grown sweet mint leaves to make a sleepy time tea. The chamomile flavor is very strong though, so I usually add just one or two flowers per cup.

Chamomile hasn't been a tea I've had much in my lifetime, but I'm so glad it was a part of Adagio's 'portions sampler - herbals'. It was immediately added to my wish list.
When ordering, I wondered why the largest size was 8oz and not 16oz like Adagio's other tea offerings. Oh, THAT'S why! It comes in the bag that can hold 16oz of other teas, but chamomile is so delicate and airy that 8oz fills that large bag like a pillow.
I'm not certain if I actively notice any of the frequently quoted benefits from drinking it, but it's a really lovely caffeine free choice as you wind down at the end of the day. I’ll definitely have to try blending it with other teas, as other reviewers have mentioned.
If you check the satellite view in google maps and zoom out, Cairo, Egypt is part of a Ginkgo leaf-shaped wisp of green amid so much desert. It's wonderful such a delicate flower can grow there as it has for thousands of years.
I loved reading the profile on the farmer, Salah Abdl-Azim AL-Esh. I got a chuckle from his comment, 'I don't drink Chamomile except when I am sick.' But his advice to western tea drinkers, “Drink a lot of Chamomile. It is good for you.”
It’s great that Adagio offers the Roots Campaign to connect us with the farmers who work so hard to allow us our daily tea experiences, and I will be mailing my thank-you postcard to Salah soon.

That out of the way, adagios chamomile was a bit stemmy, but still excellent flavor and color. Perfect for a nightly wind down ritual.

This is a lovely tea, sweetened with a bit of honey, it's a perfect cup to wind down with on a cold night.
I have only had chamomile in the bag and never cared for it because it was just too strong. I never knew chamomile tasted this good. The aroma of the fresh buds when you open the bag is wonderful. Very smooth taste and no bitterness. It will now be a fixture in my house.
