Yummy fruity fall tea!!! I had this tea hot but I bet I would be good iced too!

What a great blend. Love the spices and the Smokey hint of the lapsing touching.

When I opened the bag I was surprised by how fruity it smelled, I guess I missed all the fruit notes when I was reading over it or something, and I was worried it was going to be sweet because of that. It wasn't, luckily, but I still wasn't amazed thanks to the fact that I'm still getting used to lapsang which proved to be dominant in the first cup.

The second cup though is a marked improvement because that's when the pepper starts coming though and the sweetness it does have, fades.

This tea is really lovely. it's smokey with the taste of cloves along with it, and the orange flavor comes out as you sip it. The bag itself smells heavenly, the orange is more apparent there, and both the bag and when you brew it, it really opens you up!

I love the idea of this blend: something for autumn, peppercorns and spice and smoke-- truly some of my favorite sensations. That in mind, this tea was much sweeter than I expected. The apple and aniseed and cocoa nibs help keep this blend gentle and dessert-like, and orange flavoring keeps it bright and drinkable. The smoke is just a teeny, tiny whiff. I also like that this tea is low in caffeine, so I can drink it anytime without being so hard on my body. I'm glad to see adagio making seasonal blends of their own, it makes it fun to stop in and shop on their site. But I do wish this blend had some more gusto. A blend called bonfire didn't seem to have very much cinnamon flame or savory woodsmoke. Maybe I'll pump up my personal batch with some more lapsang and see how it goes.

This is the kind of tea to have next to you on a cool fall evening as you read a good book. The orange is rather strong in this but not to the point that it overpowered the rest of it. A little bit of honey does help balance the flavors out. It's a nice tea, but I think I'll stick with Chai from now on.

Trying it out for the first time. I enjoy the smokiness and cloves. Definitely reminiscent of Autumn. I'm a fan of sweeter tea so I added some honey and thoroughly enjoyed it. The orange is in the forefront but I like that.It reminds me of mulling spices and in my book, that's a good thing.

I have mixed feelings on this tea. When I opened it up there were about a million different scents coming out of the bag. I admit that, from that, I was a little skeptical about this tea, but brewing it is really great. There's a few different flavors when you first taste it. Definitely a smokey taste, but then finishes off sweet. I'm not sure if it's one of my favorites, but it's definitely a great fall tea! I recommend adding a little bit of honey to it.

Looks like a pile of crunched leaves. Smells like a fight between sweet and savory. Tastes like cloves and orange with some heat in the back of your throat. Could definitely use more hazelnut than orange, which I say as a someone who generally dislikes hazelnut. There's just way too much bright and zesty orange for it to taste like fall.

It did taste and smell a bit like potpourri, although it is decent as an iced tea to cut back the taste a bit. I won't be ordering this one again.

I just brewed up a pot, and I will definitely start with the good aspects. Brewed, it smells like a bit like a campfire that's had some herbs thrown into it. The taste is a little smokey, with a good dose of orange, apple, and cinnamon. There's very little spice from the peppercorns, but it lingers in the background with the hazelnut. Very smooth on the tongue, too. The bad news is, the dry leaf in the bag smells horrid--like char and sweaty locker room, and... just unpleasant. I was prepared to be disappointed when I opened the bag and this odor coughed up into my face. Thankfully, the brewed cup is delicious. So if you can manage to hold your breath when you open the bag and scoop out your tea, you're good.

I love autumn flavors and honeybush tea, so I was really excited to try this one. Opening the bag, the first whiff was a little surprising, because as others have mentioned the orange aroma is very strong. My first brewing wasn't quite what I wanted - the tea had definite potential, but the orange overpowered everything for me and threw off the balance.

The second time I made this, I brewed it combined with some 'Honeybush Hazelnut' and also added a little sweetener. The result was absolutely lovely and exactly what I was hoping for - cozy and comforting, nutty and sweet, with the orange dialed down to a welcome flavor accent instead of the dominant player.

It just needs a little tweaking to be an absolute star.

I was excited to try this but sadly disappointed. It does have a very strong orange flavor and also smells of white pepper when brewed. It's not overly smokey but I don't care for the mix of orange with smoke.

A bit too smokey for me,and the orange is a little overwhelming. If you like orange, though, you'd probably like this tea. It's just not really for me.
