Tart and citrusy! I really like this fruit tea, it smells fantastic and once it brews it is a lovely red color. Delicious plain or with a bit of honey!
Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

Tart and citrusy! I really like this fruit tea, it smells fantastic and once it brews it is a lovely red color. Delicious plain or with a bit of honey!
Strong flavor, good with sugar. I mix this with berry blast sometimes!
It has a very tart taste to it, though it's not overpowering. I'm contemplating adding a tiny bit of sugar to cut it. It has a very natural orange flavour, which is quite nice. Definitely want to try blending with it, to see how other flavours will balance the tartness.
I find that it's a little bit bitter on it's own. It does brew well with other herbal teas as well as green rooibos and that cuts the bitter taste, I add a little sweetener too.
It was so good that I've ordered it multiple times, and it remains my favorite tea.
Aftertaste too bitter for my palette, even when brewed for the minimum recommended time.
This is my first time trying the blood orange tea and I really like, might turn out to be one of my favorites.
Really a unique tea. Smells wonderful. If you cut open a fresh blood orange it smells just like that.
When it steeps it is a wonderful deep red color, and the pedals bloom beautifully.
It tastes just like you would expect, like a blood orange. Very bright and flavorful. One of my favorite herbal teas adagio offers.
Mixes well with other teas, and a great pickmeup when you're sick!
Add a touch of vanilla and it's like a creamsicle in a cup. So good.
Slightly tangy and very satisfying either hot or cold. I find that it is only really good for one steeping however. If you enjoy hibiscus tea, you should check it out.
Not my absolute favorite, but it was good. I loved the red color, will definitely order more around Valentine's just for that!! The orange flavor was good, but I felt like it was overpowered by some of the other flavors, which I didn't like as much--but that could just be the scoop I got.
Needs two teaspoons instead of the recommended 1. If you use just 1, it has an extremely weak flavor.
My new favorite herbal. Not sweet, but great orange flavor. Quite possibly the best citrus tea I've ever had, and great as an end-of-the-day or after dinner caffeine-free treat.
I love anything that has to do with blood oranges so the second I saw this tea I had to try it. I tried the serving size that Adagio suggests and have to agree with other reviewers that this one is best with extra tea. That being said, I really like this tea. It is light and refreshing and tastes great. A little sweetness brings out the orange but isn't really needed. Another one that would be great iced in the summer.
I LOVE this blood orange! Very orange-y and very strong but in a good way!
A wonderful tea with a wonderful flavor. it steeps into a dark pinkish-red and tastes delicious.
One of my favorites, nice hot and cold but a bit of an odd ball when drank at room temperature.
This smells AMAZING. I honestly can't stop smelling it.
This tea is really flavorful! Out of the bag it doesn't smell like much, but once it's brewed it smells and tastes wonderful. It's pretty much like juice. Works well hot or cold, but it's better cold.
Love the Blood Orange the taste is great and the color is beautiful
I prefer a more spicy orange tea, so this was a little sweet for my taste.
More hibiscus-y than orange, but perhaps it is because I am so used to the flavor of hibiscus in fruity, herbal teas. Other than that, it is a good, flavorful tea.
Very good fruity herbal tea. It tastes fine on it's own.
This is my favorite herbal tea. It's got just the right combination of juicy, citrusy, and tart. I imagine it would be really fantastic iced, too.
This is a really refreshing and fruity blend, and it's delicious iced. I would say it tastes more like a juice than tea, so maybe not the best choice for a die hard tea fan, but definitely tasty
I really enjoyed this sample!! It has a very fruity taste that made me feel so much better during my time of the month. I'm going to have to stock up because a hot cup of this is great!
A longer brew time and hotter boil was the key to really releasing the flavor. worth it!
I love the flavor of this tea! My sister got me hooked on it and now i order it everytime i place a order
I have had better blood orange. Pleasant, but I won't be buying again.
I picked this out as one of my free samples and I'm so glad I did. It smells great and brews to this beautiful red-orange color. It tastes great either alone or with just a dash of sugar.
Great flavor. sweet but not tangy. You can actually taste the fruit since it's made with orange peels, unlike the other flavored teas.
Yummy! This tea was excellent, a bit tart, but that's the way I like my tea!
I'm not the biggest fruit tea fan, but I really like this one. It's very good iced.
The blood orange was good but I think I made it a bit to strong(first time user of the ingenuiTea)but I did try it with the rooibos vanilla like others had suggested. I found that it was better with the two mixed. I do think the blood orange with a little stevia over ice was really tasty:D
The smell once steeped was really off-putting for me. It wasn't horrible, but it just was not my cup of tea. (Pun, of course, intended.)
Anyone who likes oranges will love this tea. It has the same sour tang as the wild strawberry and sour apple flavors, but there's no mistaking the orangey-ness of it. In my opinion, it doesn't need any milk or sweetener - it's just perfect as is.
I really liked this herbal tea this was the first one I tried and it was awesome!
WOW. Fruit Sangria used to be my favorite herbal from Adagio, but this tea is really great! It's got a very nice tang that finishes off with a bit of sweetness. It smells wonderful, too! I only steeped it for five minutes, but it could definitely benefit from steeping longer. I only got a sample, but I'm definitely going to buy a larger bag of it later!
I recently ordered a bunch of herbal teas and suspected this would be the best one. I was right! The orange taste is delicious with a wonderful underlying tartness. It's the perfect blend, with neither the tartness, sweetness, nor orange flavor being overpowering. Great choice for an herbal tea.
Good flavor and it's good mixed with vanilla roobios to add a little sweetness.
This is a really great orange tea that manages to have an orange flavor while not being too sweet or artificial tasting. I do recommend doubling the suggested amount to two teaspoons however as I find the tea tends to come out sort of weak otherwise. I don't recommend steeping it longer in an attempt to get a stronger flavor as, while most herbal teas do not get bitter if you do this, I found that the orange rind in this blend could make it bitter if left too long. Overall a really great blend.
This tea is very delicious hot. Sweet and a little tangy, this tea is excellent for those cold winter nights. Maybe with a little spiced rum added as a treat!
Good herbal choice for ice tea, experiment with how much rock sugar to include. Prefer this as an ice tea.
This is really good on it's own but I loved it when i added it to the green citron tea.
This tea is very tart and strong, but I like it blended with the rooibos vanilla. It does not produce a creamscicle flavor (if only!), but it tones the tartness down which results in a tasty orange tea.
It is tasty on its own, but loses intensity against strong black teas. I like to use my herbals to blend.
This tea is fruity, fragrant and slightly spicy - in my opinion, it is a perfect year-round tea. I find icing teas rather sacrilegious however, I could see where some would enjoy this cold in the warmer months of the year. In the cooler months, as we are coming into now, it is warm, soothing, and reminiscent of all of the wonderful spicy scents and tastes of the Autumnal and Winter seasons.
So delioious. Great mixed with dewy cherry or reasberry patch!
Astringent but tasty. Rosehips and hibiscus, I think, add to the over-all taste.
