I wasn't surprised that this was a good tea. It really does taste the way I remember my last blood orange tasting. For me, it's a nice morning or afternoon tea, but it's a bit tangy and bold for a night time tea. If you're not sure, definitely buy a sample of this.

Naturally sweet, with just a tiny bit of sour behind it - I like to enjoy this one plain, no sugar or anything added (which is odd for me) - I've also taken to using this to spruce up other teas - the natural sweetness of this cuts down on the tart/sourness of the Pina Colada tea, and mixing it with Earl Grey Bravo makes for an interesting afternoon treat.

I'm not a huge fruit tea fan, but this is pretty decent. I only brew mine for two or three minutes so it's not super overwhelming.
★★★★☆
Wonderfully strong orange taste, very tangy. Too fruity for my tastes, but I bet this would be good combined with a black tea base. :)
★★★★★
Very nice, very tart. Really good blended half and half with some of the cream black tea.
★★★★★
More like juice than tea, but delicious nonetheless. It can be made hot for winter or chilled for summer.
★★★★★
Heavenly. Perfect for my sore throat. Definitely getting this one again!

This is tangy and doesn't really taste like a tea. It smells very sweet just like oranges and it looks great brewed in a glass pot because of it's very pink color. I think this is a good cheap alternative to Teaposy Spring symphony.

I really like this blend, definitely lived up to the orange taste, that I wanted. Tastes great when sweetened and iced.

Great and tart with a beautiful color. It was good with sugar but I think much better just by itself.
★★★★★
Wow! This tea packs a punch. A nice mouth watering, flavorful, very orange and sweet tea.
★★★★★
Suprisingly good. I think this would make a great iced tea. Hot is delicious, and the smell is wonderful!
★★★★★
Really really tasty. Sweet and tart. A bit of honey made it perfect.

My first herbal tea from Adagio. Will definitely try this iced as I can see it working very well that way, and would be a nice change of pace. I will definitely buy this in a bigger size next time.

Perfect just the way it is -- I normally have to add sweetener of some kind to my teas, but I drink this one 'straight' and it's wonderful.
★★★★☆
A pretty good tea, very true to its flavor. Very tart, but does have an underlying sweetness. I might steep it for a little less next time even though I like very strong teas!

THis Herbal is pretty great to have on the bitter winter days. IT taste great especially the sips of hibiscus and raisins. The color is the next greatest thing from this beautiful cup of tea.
★★★★★
If you like blood oranges this tea is delicious. It is not overly sweet or bitter. It's particularly great on a cold day, or if you feel a little ache in your bones.

It's orangey, however it's definitely not blood orangey.
★★★★☆
Exceptionally exquisite tea. Will be buying more of this.

This had too much tart orange peel taste and too much hibiscus instead of sweet orange taste. the hibiscus gives the brewed tea a beautiful color though. Better for blending with other fruit teas to make an iced tea, add a touch of sugar to mellow the tartness.

I got a sample tin of a blood orange green tea mix from ThinkGeek.com, and thinking this was the same, ordered 3oz. I have to say at first I was worried, now i'm happy I made this error. This 'tea' is amazing. It is a bit more apple-y than I was expecting but it was a pleasant suprise. Also I have some regular green tea I can mix this with to get the same effect as the last mix I had.
Cannot wait to try this cold.

I'm usually not a fan of fruity herbal teas but this one is good and has a great aroma. My daughter, however, LOVES it completely.

When brewing this tea first turns a greenish-grey but quickly turns into a wonderful hibiscus color. I like to brew this tea longer than most from 10-12 minutes. As for the flavor, it reminds me of orange juice except better. Good with a little sugar, but stress on little. I really like this on while riding to school. Really good as it warms me up, I can brew it while I eat breakfast, and I don't drink OJ so this replaces it. Will become a part of my morning routine.

This is my favorite refreshing herbal tea. It's tart and jam-packed with flavor and tastes just as good when I inevitably forget about it and it goes cold.

This one is a little odd. Its good, it smells absolutely delicious, but its...well, odd. I don't know how to say this without it sounding bad, but it tastes like liquid potpurri with this almost meaty taste mixed in. I'll be finishing off my sample, but probably wont ever buy a full sized one of this.

A bit sour on its own but the smell is wondrous! It might be good to blend this tea with another.
★★★★★
My university had a similar tea that I would always get. When I found this tea that was so highly recommended I ordered a sample. Its safe to say I will be sticking with this tea for a long time to come!!!
★★★★☆
Very citrusy but instead of being sour its very mellow and almost sweet. I like it alot but i have yet to try it as a iced tea
★★★★★
This tea smells amazing as soon as you open the bag, and is just as delicious brewed.
★★☆☆☆
...tastes like hot cool-aid...I guess this isn't 'my cup of tea' , which is too bad. Through the description it sounds great, but for me it just left a burning sugary taste in the back of my throat.

I really like the flavour of blood orange. This one goes well with a few drops of vanilla extract.
★★★★☆
Bitter, but had great flavor...nothing a little cream didn't help. Love the dark red color this tea gets the longer it seeps.
★★★★★
Once you crack open the package the wonderful aroma of orange meets you. I can't describe how fantastic it smells. The best thing is the taste is nigh identical to the scent. Sweetened or unsweetened it's a treat. Hot or cold. Try it with a bit of honey!
★★★★☆
In the bag, the tea smells like orange candy, a hard one, or maybe like orange slice gummies. However, brewed there is not much of any sweetness to it. Some sugar fixes it, but if it were a little sweeter on its own I would love it.
★★★★★
Makes excellent iced tea. I've served it at numerous summer parties and it is always a hit.
★★☆☆☆
This smells amazing. However the taste left some thing to be desired. I found it almost over powering.
★★★★★
This tea is fantastic! I have only had blood orange tea once previously, and it was overpowering and bitter. THIS blood orange tea, however, was perfect. It has a great color, a tangy but soft flavor, and I will be ordering a bunch more. I would use more tea per cup than suggested on the package - 1 tsp per cup was too weak for me, a heaping tbsp as another reviewer recommended was preferable.

Fragrant and full of flavor, but not overpowering. For me it was pleasantly tart and a fantastic replacement for pop/soda (I was lacking flavorful drink since I stopped drinking pop before), and I'm never looking back!
★★★★★
My favorite and the reason I started buying from Adagio.

I love this tea! It has a strong orange flavor to it, the description says 'tangy' and I might even say a bit sour (in the best way possible!). The color is vibrant and it makes my kitchen smell delicious!

One of the best herbal teas I have ever had. I couldn't get mine quite strong enough, but I loved it.

Upon opening the bag, the tea smells like candy. There's a wonderful and rich orange smell to it. I haven't experimented much with it, but from what I've had, the orange isn't too strong or overpowering. It's a good herbal tea if you like blood oranges.

A nice fruity tea. It makes perfect iced tea and is a great drink for hot weather. I was expecting more of a blood orange flavor and played around with brewing techniques and times but was not quite able to get a true blood orange flavor as it was always a bit too citrusy.
★★★☆☆
For some reason this just wasn't all that tasty to me... This is silly but, it tasted more blood than orange to me.
★★★★☆
I like to mix this one with black tea. It's very fruity, a lovely color, but I like a bit more bitterness.
