Blood Orange Customer Reviews

Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

This tea is fantastic. My husband was looking for a replacement for one of the fruity teas Teavana had and he likes this one even better! I tend to combine it with other green or black teas to stretch it a bit but its great!

Pleased with this tea, but it's especially good in combination with Peach Bellini

★★★★★

Hands down, this is one of the BEST teas you will ever find. My wife can not have caffeinated teas, so she really enjoys this one. A good tea-cupboard has a nice blend of strong caffeinated teas and a few wonderful-tasting decaffeinated teas. This tea has the singular distinction of not only smelling amazing, but also tasting so. Enjoy!

Super bright and tasty! It almost tastes like Tang but without the sugar.

★★★★★

A personal favorite of mine. It helped calm me down during periods of great stress, and it was so tangy and delicious!

★★★★★

Very good balance of tangy flavors that compliment with the rest of the components. Very r enjoyable!!

★☆☆☆☆

This tea has a very strong hibiscus flavor. I didn't feel any orange taste because hibiscus over powers it. I would like to return it, but have to pay for return shipping and 35% disposal fee. Very disappointed.

★★★★★

I love this tea and have it daily! It has great flavor!

★★★★★

A delightful and enjoyable cup of herbal tea that is especially nice on a cold wintry night.

★★★★★

I was looking for a sub for when my Teavana Winterberry runs out, and this is what was recommended. It did not disappoint! It’s not exactly the same, obviously, but it was delicious and will do the job!

I love this iced, but it does nothing for me warm. I’ll have to think about combining it with something else.

I enjoy this tea anyway that it is brewed: hot, iced, strong, weak, etc.

★★★★★

I love this tea with honey. It is a new favorite of mine and I have already ordered more since I used the free sample really fast.

★★★☆☆

Unfortunately this tea is rather one-noted. It just tastes like orange water. I wouldn't buy this one again.

A good citrusy tea! Not my favorite but not a bad tea by any means! It's just not the kind of tea I'd gravitate towards.

★★★★★

Love this tea! I went with this particular tea based on a recommendation on the Adagio tea site. This is comparable to Teavana's Youth berry. I found it to be rich in flavor and a very fruity flavor. I am in love with the Blood Orange herbal tea! So good after a long day at work.

★★★★★

This is one of the best herbal teas I've tried yet.

★★★★☆

I love watching this tea steep, and I find it's good with a touch of honey to take off the edge of the citrus that may otherwise become overpowering.

★★★★★

A cafe by my house sold this tea and it is my favorite. I am so glad I found it here because it is so much cheaper on adagio

★★★★☆

Yummy as an iced tea, steeped it for about 5 minutes or so and didn't need any sweetener.

Oh my goodness was this a wonderful surprise! Just in time for cold weather, this is delicious and perfect for late evening drinking. I let mine steep at lease 10 minutes and you get a strong orange flavor. I also like a little honey to sweeten it up a bit. Went through my sample in just a few days and had to order up!

This blend of orange is just enough. I love the mild orange flavor so comforting.

★★★★★

This one is great as ice tea. I brew it by the quart.

★★★★★

Very nice taste refreshing and energizing, it fills like you are eating a grapefruit

★★★★★

Mix with wild strawberry to get a similar flavor to Winterberry!

★★★★★

I love this tea so much. I make a pitcher of it and keep it in the fridge.

★★★★☆

I am typically a bold tea drinker. Stepped out on a limb to try this one and really wasn’t my cup of tea by itself, but mixed in some vanilla black tea and found it to be much better.

★★★★★

Great fruit flavor

★★★★★

One of my mothers and my favourites from Teavana before Starbucks destroyed it. We were very happy to find the blend here and very pleased that it was even better then what we got from Teavana. The flavours were were more robust, and it has become one of out auto Deliveries.

Love this one because I love Blood Oranges. This tea is perfect-o

★★★★★

I add blood orange to it and it makes a fake winterberry!

While I don't drink it on its own, this tea adds a very nice citrus flavor to my blends. I enjoy the flavor boost and slight acidity to my cold teas.

★★★★★

This is AMAZING! I should do an Arnold Palmer with this. It s wonderfully tart and will probably be PERFECT with some black tea and some honey! Will order again soon.

This tea is excellent, it's best as both a hot or an ice tea

Smells like sweet oranges, very lovely taste. I got it to add to my chocolate tea to make chocolate orange, and it definitively hits the spot together with a little honey and milk.

I usually don't like these kinds of fruits teas, but this one is nicely understated and very enjoyable, It gives a nice snap of acidity with just a hint of sweetness

This is definitely one of our favorite teas! It s like dessert in your mug, minus the guilt and is a great way to relax in the evening. It was even added to the list of tea we need more of by other family members!

★★★☆☆

Hibiscus over powers the primary blood orange flavor when cold brewed. I did try hot brewing the spent tea to see if orange flavor had not been extracted but all I could taste was hibiscus.

★★★★★

Great cup of tea and you can really taste the orange flavors. Perfect for a fall Florida afternoon- or at least make you think you are there.

★★★★★

This is my FAVORITE tea. Full bodied & rich tasting. I have combined it with Dragon Fruit Dream for a different twist & was really surprised at the difference in taste. Still delicious though.

★★★★☆

Wasn't sure at first about this one as I'm not a huge fan of citrus flavored teas but I do love blood oranges. This mix does not disappoint.

★★★★★

An extremely refreshing herbal option when you need a little citrus zing. Perfect for late summer/fall. The orange is obviously at the front but the hibiscus and rose hips help add a little complexity to the taste. Really enjoy this one.

★★★★★

The perfect mixer! I love adding this to black tea to give it a bit of twang and take off any bitter edges.

★★★☆☆

It was okay. Literally just okay. I dont know if I'd buy it again. Theres not much flavor. I was expecting more flavor but it just wasn't there.

This is my favorite summer ice tea! It is bold and refreshing and I never feel a need to add any sweeteners. I brew up a large pot, then chill it, and even take a thermos of it to work to get me through the day. I don't think this tea can be beat! I stopped drinking sweetened drinks of any kind years ago, and this tea never leaves me feeling deprived of those sweet drinks! I still love Blood Orange!

Updated: This remains my favorite summer ice tea blend! It just hits all the flavors and makes it unnecessary to sweeten it! It remains my favorite natural iced tea for summer!

It was okay overall, a little bit weak for my taste.

★★★★★

I love mixing this one with the Rooibos Orange. The combination of the two is wonderful

★★★★★

For a flavorful tisane (herbal/caffeine-free) hot drink this is wonderful. It's a thick orange and hibiscus blend that works wonderfully. My husband and I both love to have a cup of this in the evening. I've experimented with longer and shorter steeps and I find that I can't get a second steep even with the first steep being short, so I just steep it for 10 minutes (It doesn't get bitter since there is no actual tea in it) and get as much flavor into one cup as I can. I don't add anything to it.

Good orange flavor, noticeable but not overpowering.
