Blood Orange Customer Reviews

Deep vibrant color and sweet flavor. Hearty with a good balance of orange peel dryness and fruit juiciness.

Sept. 1, 2020: This is a beautiful color when brewed, thanks to the hibiscus. The orange flavor is really good. I found it tart and added a little honey. I bet this would be even better iced.
UPDATE: This tea is amazing iced...like biting into an orange. 🧡

It’s a solid flavor, but if you steep it too long, it gets too bitter. Great as an iced tea though!

Delicious and nutritious! This is a classic for the herbal drinker. It is a cup of tang, so if you don't like that flavor profile, you better stay away. But my citrus loving butt couldn't be happier imbibing this rich, red beauty. Big pieces of fruit and peel blend up a hearty cup. YUM! Happy Sipping!

This one was a gift, and seemed to be a hit. Haven't had it myself in a while.

I love this tea. It has a nice smell and was very tasty. This tea fulfilled expectations. This is one that I'm more apt to partake of more frequently.

I wanted an herbal to sip at night, and since I love fruity herbals this did the trick! Lovely taste and aroma

A 'zingy' tart herbal tea. It doesn't cross the line into downright sour, but it sure pushes the boundaries!

Taste more like a perfume than tea.it could be way better.

The orange aroma was so deliciously strong when opening the bag, it smelled like orange juice. The aroma and the taste of the brewed tea is much more subtle, though (but equally delicious). I may try increasing how much tea I use next time to try to get a stronger flavor. I think this one would also taste great as an iced tea!

Very sharp and a bit more acidic than sweet. Be careful brewing this one if you prefer a sweeter-tasting orange.

★★★★★

Beautiful citrus tea, perfect for in the morning or afternoon, hot or iced.
No additional sweetener needed.

The herbal flavors are delicious but lack depth. Makes a nice blend with the ceylon sonata to make good iced tea.

Such a great, deep, citrus flavor! Best brewed cold, in my opinion.

Strong and fragrant, very bright and refreshing, I enjoy it more as a note in a blend vs on its own.

★★★★★

Oh, this one is great. I had mine iced - its just the right balance of tart and orange flavor. I think it might pair well with cherry or strawberry ? Will have to try that.

★★★☆☆

This was okay. The orange is definitely there but seems a little weak. I mixed this with dragon fruit dream, which created an absolutely amazing tea that made me feel like I was on a vacation on a tropical island.

★★★★★

This refreshing, flavorful tea was fantastic hot and iced!

If you like teas with hibiscus and orange, this is the tea for you. I made this tea hot and cold-brewed. When hot, this tea has an amazing smell and a nice tart orange flavor; when cold-brewed, this tea isn't bitter and still maintains a large amount of flavor.

This is probably my favorite by far. I drink it hot...cooled or iced: sweet or straight ...and have never been disappointed. I've tried other brands of blood orange which simply don't come close to the Adaigo blend.

Just delicious. So much so that it hardly needs a sweetener. If you live a goid citrus tea — this is it.

Made this hot with a little honey then iced it for a very refreshing iced tea.

Super deep red color with an amazing orange flavor. I prefer to drink it as an iced tea with honey. This is what I usually drink during the hot days down here on the gulf.

Bright & complex & so wonderful! I love brewing this one & then chilling it in the fridge as a treat for later.

This smells AMAZING and is delicious. Would be a really great iced tea as well.

★★★★★

This is a great blood orange tea. Very flavorful and crisp.

★★★★★

I coldbrew this to make ice tea. It's got a wonderful citrus flavor and doesn't need any sweeter.

★★★★★

This tea is delicious cold! The flavors work well together and it is very refreshing. I did add a bit more tea (probably 3 t/16 oz of water) because it has bigger pieces in it.

This is a very fruity medium bitter caffeine free tea

★★★★★

I love this tea. The flavors of all ingredients work well together.

★★★★★

This made an excellent iced tea (brew normally, then put in the fridge).

★★★★★

So go iced tea or mixed with berry blast and lemonade

★★★★★

It is a little bit different what I expected, but I can accept it. Especially after a few drinks, I like the smell very much. I think it is much better for hot drinks during the winter, because it makes you feel warm. The smell of the skin of orange is strong.

★★★★★

A new favorite! It's honestly more like a bright citrus fruit punch, but that's what I love about it. I can actually taste the orange here, which has been hit or miss in other teas.

Good taste and I like the lack of caffeine. This tea is good hot, iced, even room temp. Pairs well with ceylon in an iced tea. Try it! You'll use less sweetener.

Tasty on its own, and I'm excited to try blending it with some other flavors.

This makes a really flavorful cold brew! Love the blood orange taste with the hibiscus.

Upon opening you get this amazing aroma of Citrus Orange that definitely wakes your taste buds.
Letting the tea steep I can still smell the aroma from my bedroom leaving my mind wonder how subtle the taste.
The color as beautiful as a Blood Orange and the taste as sweet, yet a hint of tang makes you want more. This is my second tea testing today from Adagio Tea and I have to admit I'm delightfully surprised. I'm also happy that this was one of the flavors I've chosen.
I will keep this tea in my wishlist so I can continue to order when need be

The tart and creamy sweetness of this tea go so well together. It reminds me of orange candies if I add a bit of sweetener!

It's great on a chill morning bright flavor lifts you and warms you

★★★★★

As always, this hits the spot on a cool afternoon.

★★★★★

I love blood orange teas, and this one is a favorite. It has large pieces (something I look for) and big flavors. I prefer to drink it hot, but I'm sure it would be nice iced as well.

★★★★★

Another cult favorite in this house! I just love everything about it. Great hot or cold and can be brewed strong enough to pour over ice and drink as such. We mix this with dragon fruit when we want to sweeten it up or tone it down a bit. Thoroughly enjoy this tea!

★★★★★

This tea is delicious iced, I'm also enjoying it hot. The orange plays well with the hibiscus and brews up to a beautiful cup of tea! Happy sipping!

There is a nice bouquet of citrus aromas that great my nose prior to steeping. The sourness of the orange is the first flavor I noticed - and it is very strong. I added 1/4 tsp honey to tone the sour down a bit. The tea was still tart and the honey made it perfect. This is a really good tea.

If you enjoy orange tea, this is a great one. It s got a really rich juicy orange flavor and the bits of orange rind and fruit in the tea are also edible and delicious when sweetened with stevia. I could enjoy a cup of this daily.

★★★★★

My favorite so far! I love orange and this has just the right tangy edge. I drank up an entire 3 oz. pkg in one day!
