I originally purchased this to try iced but found myself enjoying it more as a hit tea. Excellent with a splash of cream!

This has actually made me start liking hibiscus and rose hip in my tea, I always used to avoid the sour taste. Adding a little honey really add to the flavor for this one.

Tastes like fruit punch with a hint of cream. It's a bit tart but a little sweetener balances it out. Not my favorite fruit tea but it's very nice.

This is tart by itself. After I added some cream and sweetener it transformed into a blackberry pie! It even smelled like a fresh baked pie!

Yummy flavor, especially because of the creme flavoring! Please add creme flavoring to more of your teas, it is simply divine.

This tea is so delicious, you have to add honey or a sweetner otherwise the hibiscus takes over but once you find the perfect amount for your tastes this tea is amazing! I feel bad saying this but I bought this last month and never opened my bag so this was actually my first time trying it. Shame. It's very good the berry flavor is crisp you get a solid palatable cream flavor that isn't to artificial and a zippy zing from the hibiscus at the end. Highly recommend! Berry delicious!

It tastes like a close cousin to Cupid's cup, delightfully tart and sweet with fruit being the dominating flavor. A vibrantly red/purple tea wit ha great deal of acidity that pairs well with sugar, but should be kept well away from cream, as it will curdle anything capable of curdling.

The rosehips and hibiscus took front stage here which I have to say, I love. Slightly sour, floral. Hint of fruitiness from the apple, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Just a dash of the creme but I think I would enjoy having a heavier hand with it. A dazzling flavor combination, I adore fruit flavors and herbals so this is everything I could want and more. And for those reading, I drank it plain.

I had to pick out some of the hibiscus, a bit too much for my taste. The berry & cream flavor is nice. It's better iced instead of hot though. Even better when blended with another tea, or even lemonade.

The flavor of sweet berries and cream balance the tart hibiscus and rose hips for a great iced tea. I cold-steeped 3g of tea overnight in 12oz water. It was a little on the tart side without sweetener, but still refreshing. Adding a scant teaspoon of sugar brings the fruit and cream forward. I plan to keep this tea on hand for hot summer days.

I love this tea so much, I actually have a large bag of it on the way right now. A friend let me try it when she ordered it a bit ago, and when I saw it was in store today I was overjoyed. It is a nice sweet berry tea, with just a little bit of cream to balance it out. It makes for an excellent after dinner treat. It’s also excellent cold, which is great with summer coming. It doesn’t do much on a testers, but that’s typical of most herbal tea.

Great berry flavor. Smelled like a party in the packet. Brewed into a nice red color with a fruity aroma. The tea was sweet right after the brew. I didn't need any sweetener to enjoy this cup. Tastes like the berry filling of a cobbler. I didn't get any cream flavor at all.

At once tart and somehow smooth feeling, this is an interesting tea. The aroma is both fruity and creamy, but the first initial sip was all tang from the hibiscus. Adding a fair amount of rock sugar helped tame the tang enough for me to notice the smoothness from the creme flavor and allowed the sense of a mixed berry flavor to come through. A second steep produced a less vibrant color and tang. I chilled it, which muted the flavors, I suspect. This version still had the remnants of the hibiscus tang but seemed more smooth. Perhaps the most disorienting part about this tea is the juxtaposition between the aroma - like berry yogurt - and the taste, which despite doctoring remains quite tart. (7+ minutes @ 212F)

When I opened the packet today and realized that it was Berry Creme Compote, I took it as a sign I should make iced tea. This tea is enjoyable hot on a cold winter's day, but I really prefer to make it as an iced tea.

You could call it an adult's kool-aid almost, with the smell and taste of tart fruits. I haven't yet mixed it with some alcohol to make a cocktail, but I have a feeling I will try soon.

This tea is packed with flavor. It's bright, tart, and filled with the taste of mixed berries. I taste primarily hibiscus and strawberry, with other berries peeking through. I can't find any of the creme flavor, but it's presence may be what is providing the smooth mouthfeel and helping the berry flavors blend together. I added a good dose of sugar, which gave it a sweet-tart flavor. I prefer this tea hot, but it is also tasty when cold. This tea offers a great punch of flavor if you like fruity tart teas.

I happily drank this tea alongside eating a bowl of raspberries. The tea is a wonderful combination of berries and it made me feel like I was eating more than just the raspberries. It is heavier on the hibiscus and rose taste, but the berries compliment the taste very well.

I’m glad I gave this tea a second steep. The first came out much more tart than I was expecting for the ingredients list. The hibiscus was very present! However the second steep was much more mellow and, after adding a pinch more stevia than usual, had the sweetness I was looking for!

I needed sugar because this was a very tart tea but once I added the sugar this tea still had its bite with its tartness but all the other flavors mixed to give a wonderfully fruity and flora experience

Smells like a cherry or berry flavored lollipop, and tastes a bit like it too! Lots of different tangy berry flavors which go very well with some sugar. There is a hint of cream in the background that also ties this blend together nicely!

Impressively strawberry tasting for a hibiscus blend, which I usually find dominant. I Suspect if Communitea didn't portion it out, I would put too much tea in my infuser.

I enjoyed this tea a lot. It took me back to my childhood from the minute I ripped open the sachet and the smell that arose was exactly that of strawberry pop rocks.

The color was so pretty, I literally spent three minutes with my chin propped on my hands, looking down into my cup and watching it develop into a deeper pomegranate hue.

I tasted it immediately and the berry flavor was realistically tart, almost like when you cook berries down too long, but it wasn't unpleasant. The cream flavor hovered on the back of my tongue like a memory of whipped cream, but I was determined to go full out and sweeten it like a dessert, but all I had at work with me was my stash of vanilla coconut milk creamer.

It curdled before I was finished adding it. I stirred it up quickly to avoid unpleasant chunks and while the texture was kind of ruined by it, the flavor was still really good. Less pop rocks and more like a mixed berry sorbet.

It's not my favorite, but I would definitely drink it again.

This tea has a lovely fragrance. I opted to cold brew and drink it in the evening as I prefer teas with caffeine for the morning. For me there was a mild sweetness and a fruity flavor.

Hot pink delightfulness in a cup! I wasn't sure about this tea reading the reviews - would it be too sour? Nope, it was delicious! The scent when opening the packet was a bit like artificial fruity kool-aid, but once brewed it turned into a tart and tangy cup of berries with a hint of cream. I added some stevia to tame the sweetness, and before I knew it the cup was gone. For my second steep I added some vanilla almond milk and it was such a treat! This tea surprised me in the very best of ways.

Delicious! This one has an amazing berry flavor with a hint of cream. The longer it steeps, the more sour flavor comes out. (I just leave the tea leaves in the water instead of take them out). This is a great fruity tea!

I steeped a heaping teaspoon of this tea for 10 minutes. I expected it to be like Berry Blast with added creme flavor. I wasn't too far off. It still has the tanginess but the creme dulls it so it isn't quite so sour. When I added sugar, it started tasting like pie filling unlike Berry Blast which tasted like a sour fruit snack. Unfortunately, I still do not like the creme flavor. I notice it in the aftertaste of this tea with the same dishwater-esque mustiness I often find. Though, it's more subtle than it is in many other blends. If you don't mind creme flavor, this is a good very berry blend if you don't want something quite as tart as the others.

UPDATE: I tried cold steeping 1.5 teaspoons of tea in 10 oz of water. The result is weak but pleasantly flavored. It's about as strong as lemon water. Most of the flavors are there (including the creme flavor I don't like) but it's not tangy.

Great tea when you are in the mood for a tart, fruity tea. Hibiscus and rose hips are forward with a mixed berry taste right behind them. You can smell the crème more than taste it. You can add just a touch of vanilla tea and this will make the crème flavor pop more. I like this warm or iced. Blends well with other teas such as spearmint, cinnamon, vanilla, or chamomile. I sweeten it with just a touch of raw honey or my favorite add-in cinnamon honey. The 2nd steep is weak and does not taste as fruity or tart as the first. This is when I usually add another tea to help make the flavors pop a little more. Fun tea to flavor experiment with. Steeped at 212° for 10 mins. Enjoy!

I opened my CommuniTEA packet and smelled candy! This tea brewed up to be a respectable blend of floral and fruity; with just a hint of the advertised creaminess that lent itself more to texture than to taste. Interesting, sweet, and fresh tasting, but I think one cup is enough for me.

Far too tart for me, unfortunately. The tea smells great, and I could detect the other flavours, but ultimately the hibiscus soured (ho ho) the whole brew for me. For fans of sharp fruity herbals, for sure.

I usually avoid rose hips and hibiscus in any blend, but the addition of the creme here really elevates this tea into a smooth berry taste that’s just a touch more tart than pie juices.

CommuniTea review: I wasn't sure about this because of the hibiscus. Sometimes I feel that hibiscus can steal the show! My sample packet had a nice blend of ingredients and I really enjoyed this tea! At the suggestion of others, I made it iced. I really like the addition of cream...it smooths things out.

If you don't like hibiscus, then this blend will not be for you. It does have several berry flavors and a nice, smooth creme flavor as well that I think really helps the blend, but the tart semi-sweetness of hibsicus is the foremost flavor. I personally love hibiscus, so I enjoyed this blend a lot. I would absolutely drink it again. I think it would be extra delicious if sweetened, but it didn't need any sweetener to be good IMO.

Oh, all the berry-ness of this tea from the 1st smell to the rich red-orange color! I toned down the raspberry tartness with just a touch of honey and what a delight. I think this brew would also be so good iced.

212 degrees for a very long time.
I steeped this until the water cooled to get as much berry goodness as possible and I wasn't disappointed. Fresh tart hibiscus and rose hips punched my tastebuds at first, followed by a burst of fruit flavors, then mellowed by subtle creme at the end. This tea is like Kool-aid for adults. I enjoyed this cool with copious amounts of sugar to balance the sour and show off the complex notes of this fruity concoction. Yummy!

This was a fun tea! I found that a 5 minute steep was enough to get the berries and cream without the hibiscus and rose hips being overpowering. The fruit was plentiful and it was amplified as the tea cooled to a medium warm.

The packet for today smelled like fresh berries & cream! Excited to try this one, I pressed the herbal tea button on the VelociTEA maker to steep for 7 mins at 212ºF.

The pink and scarlet red colored tea smelled of berry goodness. The first sip was surprisingly tart. It seems that hibiscus had hijacked the berry basket and hidden all the berry flavors in the background. I could make out blackberry, blueberry and a slightly sweet flavor from the apple pieces. This one is a bit of a disappointment given that I'm not a big fan of hibiscus, and really love berry flavors on their own.

I tried adding some rock sugar to try and bring out more berry flavors, but it just ended up making it less sour without doing much for the berries. Adding enough to balance the hibiscus created a cloyingly sweet brew. Adding cream made it a bit more palatable but just ended up needing too much cream which made it like drinking pure half & half. HIbiscus was just flying around in my face like an annoying fungus gnat regardless of what I did.

If you like the hibiscus 'zinger' style teas, this one's for you. If you're like me and don't really care for hibiscus, then this one's a pass.

Really enjoy this herbal blend. It smells much sweeter than it actually steeps up. It is a little bit tart, but not too bad at all. I drink mine straight, but many people add just a touch of sugar in it to smooth it out. This doesn't work well with dairy cream since the hibiscus causes it to clump up a bit. Overall, this is a great herbal tea that is a wonderful evening drink.

The CommuniTEA chat said this tisane tastes like yogurt and, to my disappointment, it does. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't taste like SOUR yogurt from the hibiscus, which is much too present and far more prominent than most of the other flavors.

Sampled with CommuniTEA on 5/12/21: Berry herbals are historically not my cup of tea, but the addition of cream flavor made this less tart and more smooth than others. I added a bit of sugar and this turned into a very enjoyable cup. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4: I probably won't purchase this for myself, but wouldn't mind having it again. 8mins at 212F

I was so excited to try this tea, since it's been on my wishlist for a while. I knew exactly what it was upon opening the packet and smelling the berries and cream! This tea smells amazing hot, with an aroma that mimics blackberry cobbler perfectly. I couldn't wait to try it! However, like others have said, it IS very tart. Even with 1/2 tsp sugar, it had quite a potent punch of berries, with an aftertaste reminiscent of Smarties candy. The second steep was much more muted, but not really in a good way. I almost wish I could add whipped cream to this!

Drinking along with the CommuniTEA today: Lots of ripe red fruit scent from the dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 5 mins at 212°F, I noticed a pastry cream fragrance followed by strong cranberry-like hibiscus notes. When I take a sip, I detect cream flavor and pucker-worthy fruit punch hibiscus. After placing the flavorful apple pieces in my cup, I get an extra sweet hit of fruit by finishing off my sip with a bit of apple and finally a nice creamy vanilla finish.

This is one of my favorite teas, I was making a blend similar for a few months and then found this one. it is sweet enough to not need sugar, but not to sweet like i find some of the berry ones, the black cream tea in it balances it nicely. It is amazing!!
