While the scientist in me giggles with delight over titrating lemon juice and observing the color change, I agree with other reviewers in that it tastes better blue. I definitely prefer it iced to hot, as well.

I was very skeptical when I ordered this tea because I have never had any tea that turned blue. This is delicious tea. I think the best way to describe it is it drinks like a blueberry muffin tastes!

This tea is so good! I am so glad that it was released for a special moon this year. The color is amazing!! and it has a very good flavor. I steep it for the full 10 minutes to get the maximum flavor from it and have enjoyed it immensely. The lemongrass and blueberry are very good together and I drink this when I want to feel like I'm having a nice dessert without the sugar.
I love this tea! I am sad it isn't available more often, but at the same time I love the exclusive-ness. It has a balanced blueberry/lemon flavor with a beautiful color!
It smells like fruit loops! I really like it with no lemon but it’s nice with it too. And it’s a fun little science project watching it changes colors. Glad I bought multiple bags to last me till next year!
This is an amazing tea. The natural color is a beautiful deep blue, but it must have some of the same chemicals as litmus paper, naturally occurring in the ingredients, because when you add a bit of acidic lemon, it turns purple!

A kind of witchery... from dark blue, to purple with lemon, and dark red with some hibiscus, there is a kind of magic in it. But taste is very light, fruity and warmful, like a quiet night above the moon. A great experience!

Really amazing! The color changing aspect is super fun- my kids absolutely LOVE this tea. I, on the other hand like it a lotlot- but it does smell better than it actually tastes. Unfortunately- it is like that with some tea. I don't usually sweeten my tea at all but with this one, a bit of agave brought out the flavor more.
Loveliest blue color but lacking in taste. I had to add more than a teaspoon for 8 ounces.
This is a refreshing and light tea that is great for afternoon and evening. It doesn't have any caffeine so it won't keep you awake. It is good both hot and cold.

My kids and I love Bella Luna Blue! The flavour is light, refreshing and lovely. The colour is out of this world and we have fun adding lemon to change the colour and talk about acids and bases - science experiments at home! Makes great popsicles, too!

I highly recommend this tea to every and anybody! I only bought one bag and was wishing that I bought more just after the first cup. First and foremost, the color is BEAUTIFUL. It brews a deep sapphire blue which is due to the butterfly pea flowers. But wait---there is more. The color changes to magenta if you add lemon, and green if you add honey. As far as the flavor goes every other reviews is pretty accurate when they say that it tastes like fruity pebbles. I will definitely be picking up a couple more bags next year.

Okay, I can admit that I bought this tea because I was intrigued by the color. Much to my delight it is also a delicious tea. It is lovely warm, but I've also served it cold for a refreshing beverage.
Very nice flavor and gimmick, I might be using too much but it tends to be more of a dark navy blue and adding lemon juice usually makes it go purple. Subsequent steeps yielded a paler color that showed off the color change better. I have friends that generally don't like tea who liked this one, so that's a plus.
