This tea is so much fun! I make it for the kids I babysit and they are so amazed by the color change. Everyone I have made this for has enjoyed the flavor and the unique color.
While this is a good brew, the color-changing properties were not as dramatic as claimed. It takes a LOT of lemon juice to make this change color; it's enough to make the cup undrinkable.
So I thought this was good, interesting, and unique. However, it's not my favorite and I personally don't think it's worth the hype. The blue color is fun though!

Bright and summery but I find the lemongrass slightly overwhelming, however it pairs perfectly with lemonade.
This was surprisingly good which makes me disappointed that I can't order anymore and didn't think to order more than one bag. Definitely taste and beautiful. I don't care for lemon in my teas but it's a vibrant blue that looks so artificial but isn't.

It s...not what I expected. I guess I was hoping for more of a pow of flavor...a fruity tea, maybe. But as far as the cool factor goes, this is really, really cool. It brews as blue as promised. I might mix mine with some pineapple herbal so I can have color and fruit.

This tea had a very mild flavor of blueberries and lemongrass. Let's be honest though, no one really buys it for the flavor. Watching it turn blue was super neat, I couldn't stop taking photos. I definitely want to blend it with some other teas or make it into an Italian soda kind of drink.
I did not expect to like this as much as I do. Just the right amount of lemon grass and then there's the fun of the color.
Delightful! I've tried other butterfly pea flower brews that just tasted like boiled vegetables. The lemony blueberry taste really makes this tea, and the butterfly pea flower adds a bold, beautiful color that makes it a pleasure to look at. Can't wait for the next blue moon to buy some more
I really like this tisane. It's almost like a dessert with lemon and blueberry flavors. I think it is sweet enough on its own but I'm sure it would be great with honey. Also good with lemon or lime juice.
Everyone just loved the color and really unusual fragrance and taste. It was a bit hit on the 4th of July especially served over ice. This is a winner in my book of teas.
I really like this tea, it's so fun. It really is great to pull out when you are with people to show them and for them to try. This tea fills the room up with its smell, it smells of fruity pebbles, and none of that is lost in the taste. The tea is bursting with flavor, the lemon grass accentuates the flavor of the peabody so wonderfully. This tea really is great. I can't wait until the next Blue Moon, so I can stock up on some as a gift.
I love blueberries and also enjoy lemon grass. However, this blend just didn't resonate with me.
I loved this tea - it's magical and tastes wonderful with milk/cream. The colors are gorgeous and we enjoyed adding lemon juice to it.

Once in a Blue moon is never enough. Rich, powerful and full bodied(if that's really a way to describe tea). I'll never miss once in a full moon again. The more of this blend that i make the better it tastes. I now use the VelociTea and it seems to be even richer.
I was really excited to try this tea. Unfortunately My expectations feel short. It had a weird herbal flavor from the butterfly pea floweres and only a hint of blueberry. I did enjoy it more with lemon. I seem to be the minority because most people seem to go nuts for this tea.

Love this tea! I am not a fan of very fruity tea, so my first smell of this tea had me a bit concerned, because the blueberry is an overpowering smell. But after brewing a cup, I had nothing to worry about, besides the AMAZING bright blue color of the tea the flavor is the best part of the tea. It is a light flavor that perfectly compliments all of the ingredients. Really wish this was not a promotional brew, because I would probably buy more right now! And I can not rave about the color enough, it is so pretty and so fun, because it is such a bright pretty blue. But no worries! It does not stain your cup or teeth blue.

This tea was amazing. I brewed at the recommended minutes and degrees but added a bit more tea since I like it strong. I added one teaspoon of sugar and six drops of lemon. It was amazing. Gave a bag to a friend. This was a gift for my daughter but she got it early so she could try it and myself to.

I'm in love with this tea. It's fruity but not too sweet, and the addition of lemon juice not only improves the flavour but turns the concoction a lovely shade of purple. Who doesn't like a bit of theatre with their tea? Word to the wise, though, make sure to steep it for at least 8 minutes, otherwise it's very mild.
A beauty to look at, and to taste. I've tried it both hot and iced, and both are real favorites of mine. I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered the Bella Luna. Along with the Watermelon Cooler and the Honeybush Banana Nut, this is playing heavy in my summer iced tea rotation.

This is a beautiful looking tea..lemongrass and blueberries being the dominant ingredients. I have made it Iced several times and even though I steeped it for a while, and the color was a lovely deep blue, the taste was disappointing. 'Subtle' might be a nice way to describe it but I think 'tasteless' might be a better word. I just needs more of something.

I got an email about the Bella Luna Blue and that is was only available for a few days. I wanted to try it. I am not a big fan of flowery teas but my daughter is so I purchased it for her. I think it was the fact that the tea turns blue. Which it does turn a deep blue. We both tried it and really liked it. It reminds me of a chamomile tea. For me its not my everyday tea but I would purchase it again I do enjoy it and so does my daughter.
This tea is naturally sweet and, in my opinion, does not need additional sweetening. I simply drink it by itself or with fresh lemon juice. It turns from deep blue to purple when lemon is added, as stated. I think the lemon helps balance out some of the sweetness. Overall, this tea is a magical experience.

I am so upset this only comes once in a blue moon because I really think this is my new favorite tea. I'm having to ration it out because I know I'm going to be so sad when it's gone. Do yourself a favor and get this the next time it's around!
