This tea smells so wonderful, but I found the taste to be very underwhelming as the vanilla flavor seemed to be less prominent than I expected it to be. Probably best to try out in blends.

This tea was the first green tea i tried from this site and when I opened the bag, oh did it smell so wonderful! The taste of the actual tea wasn't my favorite, in my opinion. There was just something lacking in some aspect. Overall it was a good tea and i might buy it again!
Very nice. Light, just a hint of sweet vanilla, and very easy to drink. I don't get some of the almost bitter notes I find in other green teas. I definitely think this is a keeper. :)

Personally, green tea is not exactly my thing. Vanilla, on the other hand, definitely is my thing, and I found this one really nice with the help of some sugar.
Another hit with me. It is smooth, creamy and very calming. You get the benefits of a green tea with a wonderful vanilla flavor. It is not too sweet, just right. I heartily recommend this tea.
As far as green teas go, it's all right, but a little artificial, with the vanilla flavor covering up the vegetal green tea flavor. It's better than the green teas I've tried in the past though.

I was pleasantly surprised by this tea. I wasn't really expecting a whole lot, and some vanilla flavors taste incredibly fake. Not so, here. When it is hot the scent wafts up and it smells absolutely delightful! Upon first sip, the vanilla is very rich and pleasant and plays better with the green tea taste than I could have ever anticipated. Definitely tastes like dessert in a cup!

This tea isn't really memorable for me. It smells like someone added vanilla extract to their tea, but the taste of vanilla was a lot milder than that first whiff suggests. Adding sugar or milk probably would've enhanced the vanilla taste, but I'm not one to add things to my tea, so that idea wasn't really an option for me. All in all, it was decent and was a nice start to my morning on such a cold day, but I don't see myself buying it in future.
It's not bad, kinda vanilla. In all seriousness, it's a green tea that's not terrible but not going to light the world on fire. A good tea for a newer green tea drinker. 3/5

This tea smells exactly like a SB green tea frap. I didn't like it by itself, so I thought I would add some soy milk. With soy milk, it tasted fishy - bizarre or what? I brewed it again and added a ginormous dollop of honey, which of course made it taste honey-like with a green tea frap aftertaste. Hate to give up on a tea, especially since I love vanilla everything, but this is my least favorite Adagio tea so far.
I love this tea...a new choice for me. Have gone pretty much 'all green' in my tea sipping and this one delivers a very smooth mellow clean flavor that needs no embellishments. Wonder to sip at any time, no jitters. I brew 1 tablespoon tea in my Huesnbrew 15 oz teapot. Pour boiling water just off the boil a minute or so to the rim. Steep 5 min. Wonderful. Hot or iced. Perfection.
This was a great green tea. I loved how smooth it was. It had the essence of green tea but it was lightly sweet from the vanilla. Just an overall pleasant tea!

Very subtle, smooth tea. I loved how there was no bitter aftertaste. I left the tea bag in while drinking it, because of how subtle the taste is. I totally recommend it, and I'll most likely buy this again.

If you're looking for a heavy, pronounced vanilla flavor try another tea. This tea is very light, bordering on bland. Not to say it's bad because really if you're looking for a light tea that isn't heavy on flavor either from the leaves or anything else, this is your man, so to speak.
