Not bad, but not one we will purchase by the pound.
China green tea with pure vanilla. Smooth and cozy, like warm sugar cookies made with fresh vanilla beans.

Not bad, but not one we will purchase by the pound.
My family loves this tea, the flavor isn't too intense, great for beginner tea drinkers.
This is liquid love. I usually do straight green teas from Japan, but this one definitely works with my sweet tooth and makes it a delicate and slow experience!
Somehow, this tea manages to taste and smell just like sugar cookies! Buttery, smooth, with a really nice grassy green tea undertone. But mostly, it's pure sugar cookies. I really enjoy it. For me, personally, I've found I have to brew the green teas for a longer time to get the fuller flavor that I want. But when I do, they're fantastic.
I prefer the vanilla black tea, but the vanilla green is also a nice semi-sweet treat, although I feel the vanilla is a little less noticeable against the taste of the green tea. Still a really great cup, especially for green tea lovers.
Yuck! This is probably the only tea from Adagio that a truly think is disgusting. The vanilla tastes artificial and does not go well with the Green Tea taste. Gross!!!
This tea has a light vanilla flavor that compliments the green tea. It's perfect with out any added sweetener.
very nice tea. wonderful vanilla flavor. very nice for after lunch pick me up tea.
The vanilla taste and scent is pretty strong but complements the green tea beautifully.
I like this tea okay. But prefer more vanilla taste. Can brew more than once though. Okay tea.
A nice way to enjoy green tea without it being bitter. Light and healthful. Ordering it again.
Great hot and iced! The vanilla is sweet, no need to add sweetners
Good vanilla flavor. very smooth with no aftertaste. The taste and finish remain good as the tea cools. Important to me as I usually don't drink my tea quickly. I have accidentally over steeped - 5 to 6 minutes - and didn't notice any bitterness. I use about 1 1/2 tsp for 14 oz water. And I also generally reuse for a 2nd infusion. Of course in the 2nd infusion, the vanilla taste is much weaker, but there's still no bitterness.
I love this tea. Good vanilla flavor without overpowering.
This is a good light tea for any occasion. This tea is a very flowery and pretty sweet tea, so for those who don't enjoy it, I would skip this one. Good tea all around, but not amazing.
Blended with an earl grey or unflavored black tea the lightly vegetal, grassy side of this vanilla tea stands out best and is most appreciable. This tea is good by itself and doesn't have infinite blending potential but I use it to make some of the best cups of tea for myself and others.
The vanilla makes this tea very calming and soothing.
This tea has a very mild vanilla taste and it's one of my favorites.
Aah- the delicious true vanilla taste rounds out the otherwise sharp edges and bitterness that green tea sometimes comes with, and the aroma is lovely. I adore this tea- it is just such a perfect complementary blend unto itself, with just the right amount of everything. I've gone through a few 3-oz bags and a few samplers of it. This is THE best tea I've had (except for the Master Silver Needle) which I will joyfully drink every day if capable.
Hoped for more. This is a very light green tea and I didn't get too much green tea flavor from it. it was a bit overpowered by the vanilla, and it just wound up tasting odd to me.
If you like vanilla this tea is great. I love it at night.
Not a strong vanilla flavor do the flavor was so-so for me. Enjoy green tea for health benefits.
I do not like the vegetal or grassy taste many green teas have and the addition of vanilla creates a smoother, creamier flavor. Even a person who does not typically like green tea might enjoy vanilla green.
This was good on its own or mixed with cherry green tea or spice green tea.
This tea took the bitterness out of green tea and gave it a fun and warm taste. Like a matcha sugar cookie!
Very relaxing tea with a mellow vanilla flavor. This is my go to tea on stressful days.
I tried this tea to see if I might enjoy green tea better. I simply am not a green tea drinker. I did mix with black tea and I enjoyed it better.
This is one of my favorite flavors. I enjoy the vanilla flavor along with the mild green tea flavor.
tastes so good, and you can even get a hint of that sugar cookie
I enjoyed this fairly well, but it's not my favorite green tea.
I LOVE this tea. I cannot get enough of it. Great vanilla flavor and light green taste. This stuff is amazing. Some days I drink several cups.
I really liked this (in contrast to the apricot green, which I felt was - meh). It was subtly sweet and something that I could just keep drinking for that reason. The subtlety of flavor reminded me of the grapefruit oolong, which I also love. I would recommend this highly!
Update: I have switched to the Darjeelings, but this is now my husband's daily tea. We buy this in the pound bag!
Unbelievably good flavor and you can brew this stuff STRONG if that is what you like! This is great for my morning tea.
I love the smell and the vanilla taste . Liked it better than a tegular green tea
Average, light green tea. It's very good but not my first pick when making tea.
Delicious! It is as relaxing as it smells! The vanilla comes through in the scent and taste. There is just enough there to keep the green tea from any bitterness.
Love this tea!!! It has become my go to even tea once everyone is in bed. Mixed with some Camomile tonight! Wonderful flavor.
this is really good if your looking for something different... classic green tea with vanilla flavor as it says
The vanilla really comes through. Smells great and tastes even better.
This was actually quite good. The vanilla didn't overpower the tea at all.
AMAZING! I love this tea! This is my go-to tea now. Sometimes, I add a little bit of milk to add a sweetness to it.
I like this one a lot. Its a nice break from all the fruit flavored teas I tend to order. It smells like cookies in the tin, and when you steep it the aroma carries throughout the room. The vanilla taste is just the right amount too. You can taste it but it doesn't overpower anything. I add a little sugar to it on colder days it reminds me of eating cookies by the fireplace when I was little.
one of my favorites, will be buying a bigger size soon
Reminds me of matcha ice cream or cake. Definitely recommended for fans of those.
I steeped this tea for a long time while I worked in the shop. I knew that by doing so, I would get a bitter taste. However, I was surprised to find that it was only slightly bitter, but the vanilla had come out in full force. I have had other green teas that would have been very bitter, but this was surprisingly smooth even after a long steep.
Hands down, my favourite tea that I've gotten so far. Very calming, and the touch of vanilla is deliciously awesome.
I bought both this and vanilla oolong just to see how they would differ. And I have to say I like this one better. Both are very sweet teas (as vanilla tea tends to be in my experience) but with the green tea base of this one, it has just a hit of a leafy taste that tones down the overwhelming sweetness. Its one of my new go-to teas.
The vanilla flavor doesn't really come through for me. It kind of just tastes like a regular green tea, softened around the edges.
The vanilla flavor is distinctly there, but not overpowering. It's very nice on a winter afternoon. Comforting, but not intrusive.
Very good tea, slight vanilla flavor - not overwhelming.
