One of my go-to teas. A very basic mellow tea. I don't find it needs anything added to it and can be steeped again and again.

I have grown quite fond of this tea and reach for it frequently. I love the whimsical 'dragon' shaped leaves and watching them awaken as the tea steeps. flavor is everything you'd want from a gunpowder-esque green tea.

This was great. Not like Dragonwell great, but still had a great taste. Much better than I expected. A little sweet with a really pleasant aftertaste. I kinda nice deep and leafy taste.

I use this in tandem with spearmint tea as an elevated gunpowder tea to make a nice moroccan mint and it works wonderfully.

This tea is very good. It is not too strong, and can be a great tea to use when introducing people to green tea. It is not very bold though and can get bitter if over steeped.
This green tea is so good. I cold brewed it over night and mixed a little stevia and ice! Buying the 16oz bag of this today!

I didn’t think I was one for green tea, but I like this one. It’s not too strong.
I've been drinking mainly black tea so having green tea is a bit different of a taste to get use too. Its definitely lighter and has a bit of a bitter light grassy taste but its still very enjoyable.

What a fantastic deal for a really lovely tea. Lots of nuanced flavors, and I have an affinity for the simple beauty of the leaves themselves in this tea.

Wow. What a powerful green tea! Definitely unforgiving if you over heat or steep too long and that is not a bad thing. I love making extra for the fridge to make into iced tea for later.
Not very engaging. I believe the sleeping part of the name should be in bold print.
This tea is very sensitive to time and temperature and can easily be brewed as bitter. Further it isn't near as forward as an oolong tea so not much to expect. I personally won't fall for the name again and as such won't reorder this tea.
Smells and tastes like the hay I used to feed my guinea pigs. Love it.
I love this green tea! I was a little nervous because sometimes gunpowder green tea can be too much for me but this was perfect. So far, this is my favorite green tea that I have tried on this site.

It is a nice enough green tea. I usually use it for combining other flavors. I often use it with peppermint of ginger.
One of my favorite green teas, right alongside gunpowder green! I admittedly have a bit of a sweet tooth and tend to gravitate towards black teas with some form of sweetener and milk, but this is a nice green tea that stands well alone for me. Not bitter or overly potent in any way.
There's not a significant 'wow' factor to this tea like some of the other green teas I've sampled on here, but nevertheless this is a good, solid green tea for any occasion. Not overly floral or astringent, it scratches the itch for those who want to slow down and savor the moment.

I was pleasantly surprised that green tea can possess other flavors besides that dominant green flavor- this one’s a little smoky and a little floral- and I love that combo. Good for a re-steep, and the leaves unfurl to cute little snakey dragon shapes.

This is my go to tea - used to drink Emperor’s Cloud and Mist from Teavana - this is the best replacement I have found!
