Such a mild mannered and polite appearing tea is absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. This is going to be in my summer iced tea rotation.
Fresh China green tea with playful raspberry. Candy aroma, jammy flavor, slightly dry and not too 'cheeky.'

A perfect, fruity green tea! My new go to green, and it’s fantastic iced!
This is my favorite!! And I was more excited to find out my long time favorite had raspberry leaves as well when I was pregnant because it is supposed to aid in labor. Very tasty tea.
amazing taste and smell. My 11 year old wanted more. It's a great tea for a pick me up on a cold day. I also used it when i was sick and was amazing with a hint of lemon added.
This was fantastic. Smooth, faintly sweet, and appropriately tart on the finish. I loved this blend and am seriously considering buying some after my CommuniTEA sample. If you like raspberries and slightly tart teas, as well as nice, light greens... I definitely recommend this.
Light, tasty. Wish I got more of the rise from it, however.
The raspberry flavor wasn't as strong as it initially smelled. But with a bit of sugar it made a decent iced tea. Though this stood up to multiple steeps so I did try it hot as well. I think fruity flavors come across better when cool though.
This was a truly wonderful tea and a nice treat at the end of a terrible day! The raspberry flavor was subtle, but nice, and the tea wasn't too grassy so it was really just a pleasant cup of tea
It has the fresh, bright green flavor you expect of a good green tea, with little bitterness. The raspberry adds a bright tangy-savory flavor, and it makes this tea an excellent one to drink with a meal where steak is the star of the show.
I decided to cold brew today's Communitea sample. I'm not a huge fan of rose in tea so I was happy there weren't many petals that made it into my packet. The tea was delicate and well balanced. I think the cold brew helped with the issues others had with the artificial raspberry flavor and kept it from overwhelming the green tea.
Today's CommuniTea blend is raspberry green, which includes green tea, raspberries, raspberry flavor and leaves and rose petals. The packet smelled of green tea and raspberries, but there were only two visible pieces of raspberry (and only one small rose petal), so I wasn't sure how strong a raspberry flavor there'd be. The tea brewed to a pale gold, with raspberry aroma still evident. On drinking it though, there was more a hint of raspberry than strong raspberry flavor. All things considered, it was very nice. I'm giving it four stars due to the lower than expected raspberry flavor. (Brewed in 12 ounces of 180 F water for five minutes)
This is is one of my favorites to drink iced on a hot day, although it’s good on a Midwest cold day as well as long as it’s steeped just a little over two minutes.
Was looking forward to trying this one and the fruity smell when opening the packet got me excited! Unfortunately it fell flat for me. The raspberry was very weak and I tasted no rose either. Was happy to give it a try though!
Adagio does raspberry well! (As opposed to their blueberry and blackberry, which taste very artificial to me). I oversteeped this like crazy and it wasn't bitter! This is going on my wish list for sure. Totally delicious ❤️
This tea was such a surprise. When brewed, Its flavor was so mild compared to its heavy scent in the CT packet today. A very sweet aroma of floral/raspberry wafted out of the packet and a generous 3 g/ 3 tsp of green tea leaves, a few rose petals and bits of dried raspberry came tumbled out. I brewed my usual 2 tsp of tea in 12 oz.of water (leaving the “extra” tsp for the next cup) and steeped for 3 min. at 175F green tea temp. The pale green liquor was slightly vegetal in flavor and I didn’t taste much else. When I added honey, the tea became pleasantly sweet but still lacked raspberry flavor. I decided that maybe the “extra” tsp in the packet was necessary after all for a flavorful 12 oz.so I added it to the next 12 oz. steep. This made all the difference and I could now taste a mild raspberry flavor with a hint of rose essence. I sweetened this cup with Tupelo honey and chilled some too. The cold version was much like the hot version and pleasant to sip. I brewed a few more cups of raspberry green after finding a sample bag of it in my tea stash. The taste of this tea slowly grew on me and I enjoyed drinking it today. And now that I’ve become well acquainted with this fruity green, I’m ready for the next new flavor.
Strong raspberry aroma, but delicate raspberry flavor. A little sweetener brings the raspberry forward. The flavor also becomes stronger as it cools. No rose flavor noted. Very good sipped hot or chilled.
Fantastic!! This is by far my favorite tea this month so far!! I love it!
This tea makes a delightful start to a clear spring morning. It’s nice and light with a lovely kiss of raspberry. As the tea cools, the raspberry flavor becomes more pronounced, and naturally, adding a little sweetener (honey, in my case) also helps to bring out the raspberry flavor, making this tea a sweet, jammy treat. It would make a fun iced tea for early summer.
The light golden brew carried just a hint of raspberry from the aroma. It was a gentle green tea, especially if steeped at a lower temp and for just a couple minutes. Although nice hot, I think this would be even more refreshing as an iced tea.
Yum this is super delicious I love the raspberry green!
Not a fan of rose petals in tea. I found this to be too floral. The perfume flavor overpowered any raspberry or green tea flavor. 175 F for 2.5 min
This tea had a nice raspberry flavor to it! The fruity flavor was sweet enough that I didn't feel the need to add any sucralose this time. The only thing I didn't love about it was a stronger grassiness than I'm used to from Adagio's greens - maybe it was the raspberry leaves that were the culprit? Either way, I thought this was a solid tea and I liked it a lot! (2m30s @ 180 F, no additions)
Opening the packet was like standing over a package of raspberries, the smell was that strong. Brewed, it produced a lovely light green tea color.
It was basically ok? Not utterly fantastic, not horribly bad.
I steeped this CommuniTEA packet for 3 minutes. It tasted quite familiar, like another green tea that's been in CommuniTEA this year but I can't place which one. The rose and raspberry did not add much flavor but they were still faintly noticeable. Overall this tea tasted not exactly grassy but distinctly green. Resteeping with boiling water for 4 minutes, the result was about the same but a much weaker flavor. I would buy this tea if the raspberry flavor was stronger. I might pick up a sample bag to see if I just had a bad balance of ingredients.
Cold-brewed overnight in the fridge. Light tart raspberry layering with a refreshing green tea. Reminds me a bit of Adagio’s Raspberry Matcha, which I also drink cold.
This tasted more like an herbal raspberry tea than a green tea to me. It was very light and fruity but there was a combination of artificial and real raspberry with a hint of rose. I prefer a stronger green tea supported by a raspberry flavor rather than a raspberry-heavy tea.
I read several sophisticatedly negative reviews for this blend, which made me feel like a pleb for loving it as much as I did. It tasted refreshing, a bit reminiscent of something bottled you can buy at the gas station. It was naturally sweet, and a splash of vanilla coconut milk creamer gave it a more rounded flavor. The raspberry definitely came through, and I'm sure I could drink it for days without getting bored.
This green tea has a delicate flavor. The raspberry was there, but not too overpowering.
As the self-appointed Queen of Raspberry, anything r-berry is totally mah jam. This Raspberry Green tea, my dears, is my drink-on-repeat-for-days-on-end jam.
In the packet, this stuff smells beautiful. Not exactly a natural raspberry but one you'd find in a perfume. Does anyone remember Raspberry Fantasy Body Spray? That is what this smells like to me and it brings back endless memories of junior high. In my mug, the green tea base comes out and adds a green note to the still-present raspberry aroma, making it smell a but more on the natural side. So lovely. 😍
If you're turned off by the artificial raspberry note, just hold on. The flavor compensates. This tea has gentle sweet and tart raspberry notes balance perfectly with the sweet green tea base. I swear it is likely raspberry was just made to be paired with tea!
Try this if you're looking for something sweet without the sugar. I am trying to cut down on sugar to drop weight for summer. I've been making and icing gigantic jugs of this tea to drink neat, without any sugar, and it has been so helpful with my insane sugar cravings.
If you're looking for a raspberry forward drink, I suggest you go elsewhere (maybe the Raspberry Patch herbal tea). This tea rather deceptively smells strongly of raspberry, but is primarily a green tea. It is a beautiful green tea, however. It's okay hot, but when cold brewed or brewed at lower temps it brings out a sweetness in the tea. There's just a whisper of a raspberry finish that lingers on the tongue. If you've had Adagio's raspberry matcha, this is a lot like a less grassy version of it. Overall, a very nice, refreshing tea if you like green teas.
Although I am not a huge fan of green tea, I always try to keep an open mind when I try the communitea. Unfortunately, this tea was not to my taste, there was something awfully medicinal and bitter to it. I have had some greens that I do like, but the base was just not complimentary in any way. The fruit flavour was somewhat artificial and just wrong to my palate. This was one of those teas where I forced myself to try several sips, wait until the temperature cooled a bit, try some more sips, and then, down the sink it went.
I liked it. Nice, fruity taste with a mellow green base.
I had very few raspberry pieces in my CommuniTEA packet and as a result my tea had only a faint raspberry taste. The flavor was mostly green tea with a subtle note of raspberry. I added some sugar but it didn't seem to be enough to bring out more fruit flavor. The green tea had a strong hay flavor.
I think i underseeped it or over i don't know where i went wrong but i mainly taste the green. Not getting any raspberry which wierd cause alot of the chats talking about how the raspberry is so subtle but i don't taste it like at all. Maybe the second cup will be better.
This is a nice subtle flavored green tea. Very delicate. Could only detect barely a hint of Raspberry flavor. At least this isn't a 'grassy' green for me. I cold brewed this tea for 8 hours overnight and added monk fruit.
A little underwhelming at the recommended brew time - try it for five minutes! The rose and green almost overwhelm the raspberry, leaving it just a touch tangy. Really just a rose green with a little something extra - I'd like to taste more raspberry!
Zing of Raspberry and mellow green tea its a winner. I sampled this tea as part of the CommuniTea May 2021 box.
This was a phenomenal blend. The smell out of the packet was luscious and it didn't disappoint when steeped either! Wonderful, full-bodied green tea with the perfect amount of sweet and tart raspberry notes. A simple yet perfect flavor combo.
Nice smooth green tea. A little vegetal in taste, but with a great body. The raspberry flavor is a little tart, but flavorful without overpowering the tea. Nice lightly fruity aroma.
Great aroma when opening the packet, but the taste wasn't really there. Tasted just like a green tea, although there was a hint of raspberry when it cooled quite a bit. I didn't detect any rose at all. It's not bad, just not what I was expecting based on the ingredients.
So, the tea had a yummy scent of a mix of berry and a hint of floral. It was a bit sour when hot, but I noticed that the flavor softened some when warm and cool.
It was pleasant, if not one of my favorite green teas. (3 mins @ 175°F)
Sampled with CommuniTEA on 5/6/2021: Smell of the dry tea is strongly of artificial raspberry with slight vegetal notes from the green tea. Visually, my packet contained only a few pieces of raspberry and rose petal, which translated into the brewed tea being rather plain. When brewed, the smell of artificial raspberry was still present, but the taste of the tea was green with a slight hint of rose. Overall, this was a very drinkable tea, but not one of the most memorable fruit teas I've tried from Adagio. If you're looking for a fruit tea, I would suggest the blueberry white over this one. Brewed 2.5 minutes at 180F.
We usually do not care for green teas, they almost always taste grassy to us. This was an exception, very fruity and dessert is
It's actually not that bad, very light and refreshing! Just needs less of a artificial raspberry taste.
175 degrees for 3 minutes. The soft grassiness of this green tea made a wonderful bright base for the fresh raspberry flavors. It was not like a bowl of raspberries, but more like wandering through a raspberry patch, with the leaves, blossoms, and fruits all in the same cup. I drank this tea chilled today with a bit of sugar and it was very refreshing after working in the garden. Two thumbs up!
I was surprised at how much I didn't hate this tea! If I hadn't gotten a sample of this in my CommuniTEA bundle, I never would have tried it. I am not normally a fruity, flavored tea kind of person, and raspberry in particular is a big hit-or-miss taste for me. Especially with that 'candy' smell that it talks about in the description, which I very much smelled when I opened the packet, I was worried.
I ended up being shocked at how delicate the flavor of this tea actually turned out. I could even have used a little bit more of it, as I didn't get any of that tartness that is mentioned in the description. I may have very well gotten an 'unlucky' sample, as there had been only one rose petal and a few visible raspberry bits in mine, but I'd rather err on the side of too little fruitiness than too much.
I cold steeped this overnight and I am drinking it iced today. I had about 1 1/2 teaspoons in my CommuniTEA packet. I added 12 oz of water to steep overnight. It turned out to be so delicious, and I am truly enjoying it, but I want to taste more of the raspberry. I plan to order more so I can add another teaspoon for a stronger flavor. It is one I will be purchasing to drink iced. Raspberry Green is refreshing and mildly fruity.
180/3mins I really enjoyed this tea iced and lightly sweetened. It's a refreshing green tea with a light raspberry flavor.
Great tasting tea would purchase again. I highly recommend this tea for your enjoyment.
Dry tea smells mostly like raspberries with a hint of vegetal green underneath. Once brewed, the tea is a medium yellow-green with similar scents. When hot, moderate vegetal green tea is noted along with some slight bitterness from the raspberry leaves. As it warms, more moderate raspberry notes can be tasted, mixing with the vegetal green tea. The raspberry flavor isn't too strong, and isn't overwhelming. The green tea becomes more buttery and vegetal as the tea cools, but the bitterness is still present in the finish which is slightly off-putting along with the slight taste of rose. I'm curious how this will translate cold brewed, which should reduce the bitterness and may bring out the raspberry. Brewed at 180 for 3 minutes.
