Excellent green tea fruit blend. I like the fall feeling of the pomegranate taste. It's bright and warm, not too grassy but lighter than an oolong.

Not as good as the cherry green but still a delightful flavored green.

Use this as a flavorful addition to my White and lighter Green blends. My wife also uses this with everyday sencha tea.

★★★★☆

This one is a bit too fruity and sweet for me, but it's quite nice and would be great iced.

I brewed my Pomegranate Green hot with some raspberry leaves and green tea honey. It's really good! The only thing I'd like to note is that I do not taste any pomegranate at all, I only taste raspberry. Despite this, I would recommend this tea because it is nice and light and very good!

One of my favorites. Nice light green tea not a strong pomegranate taste

This is a somewhat tart fruity green tea, but not too tart and a nice change of pace from the citrus family of flavors. Although I'm subtracting a star because the bag I got of this is a little bit twiggy and bitter compared to what I had in my sample.

★★★☆☆

Didn’t get to many notes of pomegranate, almost thought I had brewed jade tea instead.

One of my favorite teas. The taste of pomegranate is just right.

★★★★★

This is quite nice, and one of the rare flavored green teas in which the flavor of the green tea is complemented more than covered by the added flavor. Not too acidic, either-- a very natural, pleasant pomegranate flavor.

★★★★★

Pomegranate Green tea is a delightful refreshing green tea. Not only is your cuppa filled with the refreshing green tea aroma and essence but it is enhanced with a light pomegranate aroma and taste. Drinking this tea is similar to enjoying pomegranate nibs without the chewing. I was especially happy to enjoy the pomegranate aroma and taste throughout 2-3 steepings. It should be noted that I drank this tea Grandpa Style — keeping the leaves in the tea traveler with continuous adding of 195 degree water throughout the day. @adagioteas

I wish the pomegranate flavor were a bit stronger, but it’s a lovely mild tea best served hot.

I bought this one to blend with vanilla green to replicate the Tinsel Teas Merry Mistletoe blend! It's nice on its own or blended with the vanilla green. I prefer this over the raspberry green, though sometimes I do add some extra freeze dried raspberry bits to this to punch up the berry a little bit.

I bought this for my daughter and it's her new favorite green tea!!

Nice fruity tea, but still needs more pomegranate flavor. @adagioteas

★★★☆☆

It has an amazingly delicious smell of pomegranate, that doesn't stick around after brewed. The prominent flavors are raspberry and raspberry leaf. Not bad, but also not pomegranate.

★★★★☆

A light fruitiness that really takes the grassiness out of green tea. Nice!

It's decent, but the pomegranate flavour isn't as strong as I was hoping. I think I taste more of the raspberry than the pomegranate.

★★★☆☆

I cold brewed this for iced tea but honestly, I didnt get much pomegranate flavour at all. Overall not bad, but a little light on flavouring for me.

★★★★★

This had a nice delicate pomegranate flavor in the tea. It honestly didn't taste specifically of pomegranate but just some sort of fruit. The tea was somewhat light. I brewed it cold overnight in the fridge.

I love green tea but it can easily become bitter if steeped too long... I steeped this in the fridge and it's crisp and delicious

★★★☆☆

This tea was just okay. It didn't have a strong flavour outside of the green tea taste. Might actually say this had more of a subtle raspberry flavour to it, not pomegranate, so 3 stars for this one.

Pomegranate green is wonderful! It has the lighter flavor of the green tea base, but the pomegranate flavor comes through on top for a nice fruity cup.

this is a great tea to enjoy every morning. the pomegranate is not overwhelming.

This had a nice fruity taste, and a light grassy undernote. I enjoyed it.

This is one of my favorite greens. Makes a great iced tea.

I don't normally like green tea but I enjoy this tea so much. Best flavor

The pomegranate smells strong when you open the bag but once steeped the fruity note is not too strong and the green tea flavor comes through!

I enjoy this as a morning tea. I like the mild green tea and subtle fruit flavors. It has a mild pleasant scent. I’ve purchased this several times.

I brewed this for 2 mins at 175F (no 180 button on my kettle), and it was fantastic. I couldn't detect any bitterness. Instead, there is a nice, mild green tea base with a faint vegetal scent, enhanced by a delicious fruity flavor. I love pomegranate. This tea doesn't taste exactly like pomegranates, but it's rare for fruity teas to taste exactly like the fruit in question. But like I said, I loved it - it's mild, smooth, and a bit sweeter than a plain green tea. I think this one would also be great for blending. Recommended for sure!

Admittedly I am skeptical when the CommuniTEA packet of the day is a green tea. There’s yet to be one I really enjoy, but someday a green tea will surprise me, right? Unfortunately today’s tea gave off another smell like water left from a tin of green beans as it steeped (180F for 2min). It had only the most faint hint of tartness at first. I wanted more of that. I added a touch of honey to hopefully mask any unwanted vegetal taste and boost the fruit components. This brought balance but as it cooled the tea tasted less and less like, well, anything. I drank half the cup, realized I might as well be sipping warm water, and dumped it for a different tea. At least I could drink it for it ultimately had no taste.

I marked this one as good! Because it was good. Good for some one who might not like green tea, or is starting out trying green teas.

Mild green tea with fresh fruit notes. Not exactly my cup of tea, but if you enjoy berry flavors with would be a refreshing one.

I brewed this as instructed and experienced a nice flavor, it was a little grassy to me. The raspberries and pomegranate flavors were very soft if there at all. So while it is a good cup of green tea, I don't really see it as anything special. It does rebrew pretty well and keeps its flavor.

Overall it is a good tea, just not really for me.

This tea is fine but not much more than that. It's tart in a way that's not overpowering but instead in a way that seems kinda 'meh.' Sugar is a must with this one and it's definitely better over ice.

Can't really taste any pomegranate, mostly just green tea flavor.

Sipping hot a sweet then instantly tart flavor appears in my cup so decided to add some adagio’s green tea honey (a thoughtful gift) and ice today’s communiTea.
Sipping chilled with honey seemed to create a delicious mellow, lightly fruity green iced tea. Not sure if it’s the pomegranate or raspberry actually tasting for the fruit, but was pomegranate green is very refreshing and good cuppa tea.

The pomegranate green tea is lovely--light, fruity, and buttery. I steeped at 170°F for 3 minutes and didn't experience any bitterness or astringency. A second infusion was done at the same temperature for 2 minutes. The tea steeps to a light yellow color. I added a bit of honey to my first cup but found that it overwhelmed the flavor. The second cup was much better without any sweetener. This would make a refreshing iced tea, too.

I received a portion of this tea as part of the CommuniTEA box. As such, blends may be unbalanced compared to larger portions of this tea. Regardless, on with the review.

Out of the package, the tea smelled fruity and tart, with some of the more earthy green tea notes underneath it. It's an intriguing smell. It's a decently large portion, with large leaves and some fruit pieces visible in the mix. After steeping the tea for almost three minutes with 180 degree tea, it comes up with a somewhat pale yellow tea with a decently fruity smell. The taste is well-balanced between the green tea and the pomagranate and raspberry, and it naturally has a good amount of sweetness to it (though, of course, I was drinking this with a meal of nutella-covered waffles with strawberry syrup, so that may have affected my perception of the tea.) Sugar wasn't necessary at all, and while I haven't had this cool, it's quite nice warm.

Overall, this is an excellent tea, and my mother (who usually only likes black teas) loves it as well. It's fruity and pleasant, and I can imagine that this tea would be an enjoyable iced summer tea.

As soon as I opened the communiTea pouch and poured the leaves into my infuser, the aroma of fruit just filled the area. It was a lovely thing early in the morning, especially when its one of the days I go into the office and am not quite awake yet for it. I’d briefly glanced at the ingredients the night before, but had to look again to see what it was I was smelling. I’m not familiar with pomegranate, but know I smelled the raspberry for sure.

I went with the suggest 180° and 2 ½ min for the time. While warm, it was a very mild fruit flavor of raspberry and what I am going to guess was the pomegranate. There was what could be considered a bit of a tart taste to it, but nothing unpleasant or bitter. The green tea itself was mild and with some astringency hiding in the background (and it came forward and into almost bitterness after the tea cooled and sat for a long while - as is a habit of mine). The fruity aroma stayed with the tea throughout the time, and the flavor strengthened as it cooled down. I think I preferred it warm, but it’s not my favorite, but I certainly don’t dislike it by any means - and would like to try it again another time.

The smell is lovely, when you open the package. Unfortunately, the taste of raspberry is faint and the taste of pomegranate even fainter. It is a lovely tea, just wanted a bit more pomegranate flavor.

Good, but very light pomegranate and raspberry flavors! It mostly just comes through as a bit of a tangy sweet aftertaste. I added a bit of maple syrup, and the fruitiness didn’t really come out much more. But still, not bad!

As a dedicated green tea lover, I find most green tea blends to be quite delicious. It amazes me how each flavor is definitely green but each uniquely different. This mornings tea did not disappoint. Actually, I could not tell it had pomegranate but it fit so nicely with the green. I drank it hot (2cups)and thendrank it cold as a thirst quencher as I worked in my yard.

There was nothing that really stood out for me with this tea. I did not note any pomegranate nor raspberry scent on opening the CommuniTEA packet. The taste was certainly green tea but not so grassy that I could not drink it. There was no fruit flavors noted either, even with adding 1/8 tsp of monk fruit sweetener. I am generally not a fan of green teas nor of the bitterness that raspberry leaves often impart, so from that standpoint this tea was OK. For those don't like their teas grassy, this is a good choice. For those who like a fruit flavor as advertised you may be disappointed. I steeped at 165 F for 2 min.

Yum! I enjoy green tea with fruit and this was no exception. The fruity pomegranate was definitely light and the green tea was the front runner but it was a delightful cup. Would be great iced as well. I didn't even need a sweetener. Very good cup!
